We had a lovely stay at the WM! An amazing family staycation! My husband and I had a beautiful and comfortable room with a balcony and a sea view, which was lovely! We loved the balcony and the refilled water filter (very sustainable!). Our kids had the room with no balcony. Their bed was very hard but the hotel added a top duvet/thin mattress on top to make it more comfortable. Hotel location was great too, walking distance to Sai Kung village, the beach, kayak rental and outline island kayak trips. The infinity pool was also beautiful. We did Hup Moon beach one day, kayak rentals another day. We will definitely be back! The M Square restaurant in the hotel was nice with pool table, golf sim, games, etc. A nice addition for an end of the day family time. Areas of improvement: - Breakfast buffet was ok, but not amazing. It also closed at 10am sharp which we felt was a bit early for a holiday weekend. Breakfast until 10:30am would be better and with more variety too (more fruits, pancake, waffles, maybe some avocado, more juice options and other options) - Pool was beautiful but no drinks or food on the pool floor, which was odd. Moreover, there is no bathroom on the pool floor. You need to take a lift down 3 floors and walk a bit to the nearest toilet. It seems a bit odd.

A wonderful place to stay. V quiet rooms with black out blinds made for a great sleep. Special touches like bath salts, a coffee machine with decaff pods, toiletries in a little drawer, Bluetooth speaker in the mirror, and of course the incredible rooftop pool - it was wonderful. We didn't sample the dining or have breakfast. Only one improvement would be to have more towels in the room, just one each, a hand towel would have been nice. They closed the pool when the storm warning came in which was sad but understandable. We will be returning here!

Comfortable stay in general. Got some technical issues when we parked our car however Thomas quickly came to resolve the issues and ensure we are all settled before he leaves the car park. Concierge responded to basic inquiries but could be more proactive in giving recommendations without requiring prompts from guests.

Really enjoyed my stay - my room was spacious, clean and a great sea view. Staff were friendly. Pool was amazing - wish they didnt use 'stadium bright lights' as too bright/harsh/cheap when wanting to enjoy sunset or evening swim/relaxation - softer lighting would make the evening pool experience all the more relaxing.

When we were checking the room, we spotted that one glass was missing and there were hair and tiny piece of broken glass on the floor. We called the front desk and request for a further clean up. The staff said they will ask housekeepers to come and check. We then waited for another 10 mins, but no one showed up. So we went down to front desk to tell the staff in person again and said we had to head out but the housekeepers can enter our room for cleaning. When we got back to our room late afternoon, we found that the glass was replenished but the broken glass and hair were still on the same spot. We subsequently found stains on the wall and curtain. Very disappointed with the room’s cleanliness, especially when we have requested for a further clean up.

La camera era ampia, aveva una bella vista ed era arredata con gusto finissimo e fornita di ogni accessorio che potesse essere utile. I stayed in a room with a sea view balcony. Good things: 1. The room is spacious. 2. The toilet is spacious too. I like the bath tub. Water pressure for shower is strong too. 3. The sink is outside the shower area. I would suggest having another towel on the floor in the sink area too. 4. There is a weight scale under the sink. Good! 5. The mirror with time - nice! However if u r a person who sleeps lightly, u may be disturbed by the blue light round the mirror. For me, I am totally fine. 6. A lot of guests commented the bed is hard so I assumed it may not be very comfortable cuz I am used to sleeping on a softer bed. It s true that the bed is pretty hard BUT it is unexpectedly quite comfortable and I slept very well during the stay (I stayed for 2 nights). I think it really depends on people themselves. 7. The view is nice though there are not many things to see. It gave me a calm and peace feeling. I did sit at the balcony in the morning and at night once respectively to enjoy some quiet peaceful moments. 8. Two layers of curtains so u can totally black out the room and sleep well. 9. The hair dryer did not work so I called the operator to change another one. The staff came pretty quickly. 10. The shuttle bus service is good especially for local people. Rooms for improvement: 1. The sink: the water goes down slowly. Probably it has clogged?! 2. If you turn the shower head towards the door during shower, some water will be leaked out of the door.

the staff there are nice and allow us to have early checkin! The room we booked is with a rooftop terrace, it became soaky after rain and need quite a few minutes walk from the lobby. However, everything is really fine and decent and the staff there are nice.

Location with wonderful view, great design, love a huge sink in the room ( not in the bathroom!) and fragrance throughout the hallway. Suggestion to have something other than hooks and bars in the bathroom for personal belongings especially near toilet area since the sink is outside the bathroom.

This trip is for celebrating our anniversary, I request for a champagne or a cake for celebration, but hotel staff said “did not have “ But can provide simple decorations. I booked 1 bed room, but I don’t know why provided me a 2 bed room and without any decoration. The room are clean and tidy, walk distance to market and seaside. Swimming pool locating in the rooftop with great view, but I found quite long time coz quite hard to find the entrance. I asked 2 staff where the swimming . One said she don’t know, another one said get the lift ,but there is 2 lift, I get the wrong one! The staff just looking at us and didn’t provide any help. The breakfast are just so so, not much special. U can try outside in sai kung city with more budget price. So to be concluded, staffs at this hotel need more trainings about customer service and passion on their works. They look like unconcerned. I spent 3k HKD in one night as I m a local resident, I felt not worth about with this services in such a luxury hotel.
