Property is very clean and staff are very helpful. However, the elevator never worked within the 4 days of our stay. We were at 4th floor.

Very clean and very new….gym facilities were also clean, smaller but gets the job done.

The elevator didn't work and I wish it had, but I would definitely stay there again. The room was immaculate and the staff was superb. The area felt safe and I liked that there was a small plaza that I could go to whenever I needed something.

⭐ 1-Star Review: Woodspring Suites Philadelphia Northeast I stayed here for one night with my wife and 19-month-old daughter, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The room had no real curtains—just a thin shade that let in light early in the morning. The bed frame was cheap and rattled every time we moved, and the mattress felt springy and uncomfortable. There were only two very thin pillows and no real blankets provided, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom only had a tiny bottle of shampoo—no soap or lotion. When I arrived, I was told the elevator wasn’t working, so my room was changed to a much smaller one than I originally booked. The new room didn’t include the sofa bed or extra space I paid for, yet I was told the price would remain the same, which made no sense. To make things worse, there were no ice machines on the first floor, and when I contacted Hotels.com about the room issue, their representative had to call the front desk twice. The hotel staff member then called me back sounding annoyed that I’d even reached out to Hotels.com. Overall, the stay felt uncomfortable, unprofessional, and not worth the price. I would not recommend this location, especially for families with young children.

Basic hotel. Our room was huge and spotless. I mean sparkling spotless. Front desk efficient. However the Expedia booking specifically says $50 pet DEPOSIT not charge. Deposit usually means if upon inspection of the room there is no damage or mess from a pet your deposit will be refunded. We were told when we checked in it was a charge. Not pleased. Present it as a charge added on to the price when booking.

Good hotel fot traveling with dogs. Rooms were clean with towels and sheets but no blankets. This is a long stay hotel but we were only staying two nights.

It is definitely a No Frills Hotel, but you have a full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and sink. They do not have tissues, a hair dryer or hand towels. You get one bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo. The kitchen does not have any plates, utensils or pots or pans. The bed is the biggest issue. It is not very comfortable. They definitely need different mattresses and to upgrade their sheets. Everything was clean and smelled fresh, but the sheets as if they had been laundered quite a lot. The location is great for shopping or even going to the casino which is not far. The facility caters mostly to contract rentals and displaced, for example insurance claims. It is right off of the highway and other than the highway noise the hotel was very quiet in the evening. If they get new mattresses, etc. we would definitely stay there again. The price is definitely right.

Beds are small and not comfortable, the room has a mini kitchen but not cutlery or plates. I know it is a 3 stars hotel however it is not worth it for the price.

Do not stay here. This property is ROACH INFESTED. And forget about trying to reach anyone at the front desk. This place should be shut down.

Had to request bed essentials, towels during my stay, no biggie but just inconvenient, floor was disgusting dirty (not sweeped or mopped) my children socks were black LITERALLY! Also, one of my children, myself and husband have bug marks on our body(bedbug bites) when we got home we realized the markings!! Check those beds Never would stay here

- Was not aware it was an extended stay hotel. - Garbage bags piled up in stairwell not touched for days. - Woken up at 1am by staff about a possible room mix up. - No blanket on bed, just thin sheets. Two thin pillows - Not able to control heat/cool settings.

Saw 3 cockroaches in the room over a 2 night stay. Dirty floor, unswept, unwashed. Walls super thin, can hear all conversations (and other activity) from next door in your room. Only positive was the very friendly staff at the front desk.

Sheets were dirty, the room smelled bad. There were ditry clothes left unde the bed. The bathroom had mold in it. There was a drug deal going on outside front door as i left at midnight because the people upstairs were so loud.

Fist of the pillow didn't have any pillow covers bed was hard as rocks and not even a bottle of water the room didn't have for that price such a horrible experience never again my entire body was hurting i whish i could say something good unfortunately my stay was miserable.

Overall a good stay, room was clean and staff was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. Bed was a little hard and you could hear everything going on outside and in the hallway very loudly. Overall a good stay and will utilize again when in the area!

For after hours check in, you have to use a phone on the wall right inside the first set of doors and tell them you’re there to check in. We tried calling 5x and it just kept ringing busy. Finally got an answer the 6th try and the lady who answered sounded like she couldn’t be bothered. She got us checked in and then just handed us the keys and told us to have a good night without even telling us where to go. Room smelled like smoke whenever the vent/light in the bathroom was turned on. People knocked on our door multiple times all day and night both days of our stay.The day of check out, housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:20 even though checkout wasn’t until 11. There were no do not disturb signs to hang on the door. We didn’t bring shampoo or conditioner because we expected there to be some. There was one teeny tiny bottle of shampoo about the size of a thumb and no conditioner or soap. Everything had stains on it from the sheets to the towels to the ceiling to the base of the lamp on the nightstand. No ice machine in the hotel, you have to make your own. The beds creaked and made every possible noise even when just slightly moving. The mattresses were hard as a rock and the pillows were way too soft. Loud footsteps coming from the room above us the whole time and the sound of furniture scraping/moving in the room next to us.

Needs better beds and pillows the beds feels like you sleeping on a cot bed and 2 small pillow the hotel needs to upgrade the beds

This was a bare bones facility. We arrived late and the front door was locked. One exerior window on the first floor was covered with black plastic. A front desk attendant did not answer the phone, but did come and check us in. The areas around the elevator were littered. Our room was freezing cold, and had no blankets or extra linens. There were two pillows, a top and bottom sheet, simple metal bed frame and one night stand with a blinking alarm clock. Someone was playing loud music in the parking lot across from our room and you could hear it distinctly over the sound of the HVAC. I'm glad we were only staying for one night.

property was newer and clean but bed frame was cheap and wobbly didn't make for a good nights sleep

This hotel was in a good place but very noisy, the keys didn't work and they said they don't honor Expedia reservations so I had to pay full price. The beds are weak the thermostat didn't work, after 2 the from desk is closed so when our keys were messed up we had to wait hours to get in . I'll never go there again

I got to the hotel to check-in only to find out that they couldn't accommodate me and my family due to them not having the room that I reserved available. I ended up not even being able to stay there and had to pay more than $150 more to stay elsewhere last minute. I was supposed to have a suite for 5 guests that was reserved through Expedia. I felt like they could've made an exception since they gave away my room before it was even time to check-in. Very dissatisfied with the way they handled the situation, especially since they charged me before check-in for a night that I had to wait for the money to get refunded days later

The rooms look exactly like the photos. Staff is amazing they have everything down to a science, i arrived at 1am and they already had paperwork and keys ready. Very efficient.

Mostly good. It is in Philadelphia. This entire city smells bad. So that is a negative if you have a sensitive noise. The hotel smells strong of cleaners. Again if you have a sensitive noise this is not good. the thermostat was turned way down when I got to the room. it was really cold in the room. I wanted to open the widow to let the cleaner smells out but people were smoking pot outside. That sucked. Over all though the place was what I needed. So that is the good the bad and the ugly.

This location was a high traffic area next to a major highway. Attached to the property was a small strip mall with shopping and gas. Conveniently located and inexpensive. Lots of families with children and pets. Sometimes noisy.

Our stay was great. The staff was awesome. The lady at the front desk was the sweetest. The room was clean and accommodating for our family. The hotel is at a walking distance to a grocery, pizzeria and Chinese spot.

Very friendly stuff , excellent room. Many shops around, a lot of parking spaces.

Very noisy with kids running the hallway at 11pm. No coffee cups, cream or sugar. No breakfast.

No food option and the bed was comfortable but the receptionist Jemalyse was very rude, smoked Marijuana outside in the parking lot with guests would not answer any questions unless she was on duty and chastised me when I called to check in early even though I paid, very ugly disposition and for this reason I will not stay here again nor recommend to family or friends
