2025 price for 1960 condition. Restaurant/room together made for noisy evenings and mornings. Resort fee is a rip off. You get to watch boats and breath boat exhaust on your balcony. Maintenance staff are on the ball and plantings very pretty. Friendly cat, but is that worth $22 a day. I'll bring my own car Oh yeah, room smelly; dogs or just old?

Very clean, well maintaned, on the water, beautiful..has everything, tiki bar, lounge/dancing; patio eating inside dining..food was very good and reasonable..all staff very friendly and accomodating, large clean pool area..this will be my stop over or vacation spot.

Very unique property. Love the gardens, plenty of places to gather, balconies overlooking water. Lots of dining on property and within a short walk. Good parking, friendly staff. However, $20 “resort fee” for one night did not cover anything that normally should be included in any lodging for free, was not appreciated.

Stayed on a weekend and the live music starting at 3 p.m. was great. All staff was EXCELLENT! Very professional, friendly and accommodating. The food was also good. Hooks or racks are badly needed in the vanity area of the room for hanging things (towels, bathroom bags, etc.). I don't like all the junk fees that are added to the advertised price of the room.

We love this resort, have stayed there multiple times now. We ask for waterfront rooms and watch the boats come in and out of Manatee Pocket. The group fishing charter schedules and leaves right from the resort, and freedom boat rentals is on site. There is a bar at water level and a nice restaurant above. Had an excellent breakfast, (not free) and the pool is warm (no hot tub). It’s walking distance to at least 4 excellent restaurants and a coffee shop. It’s removed from the hustle of Spring Breakers. This is a boater/fisherman’s dream.

We missed having a coffee maker in the room, but they do have complimentary coffee in the lobby. All amenities were otherwise there. The bed was comfortable and the views are very nice. The pool was clean and inviting. We enjoyed the restaurant 3 night and a breakfast. The staff was VERY friendly. Great hires!

The negative: the bathroom was so small. The door opened into toilet and shower, you could barely turn around and there was no place to hang anything. In shower, though you provided shower soap and shampoo there was no corner shelf or anything to hold my own small shampoo etc. a suggestion too would be to have a wall handle for seniors as toilet is very low. Last negative: I love the concept of no carpet, but, our floors were very gritty on the feet. To point bottom of our feet were black. So if towels were black it was from the floors. Good: staff were wonderful, the manager helped with a last minute family gathering. Service was fabulous for the last minute gathering. Very attentive and so friendly. Love the area, easy parking and we really liked our balcony view.

We loved our time in the resort. It is close to friends and family that we have in the area. Resort was very clean and everything looked newly painted. Lighting was great and made it feel safe. Only complaint would be food from restaurant. Options were average and the quality and amount were not great. Drinks were always good. View of the water from our balcony is always a plus for us.

This is our 2nd tine here and it was just as great as the first time. All the staff are kind and helpful, the room was so comfortable and the views from the room and from anywhere on the resort are amazing. It’s also very clean and quiet! We’ll definitely be back again and agan!

Staff completely unhelpful. Internet password provided did not work. There was a “resort” fee for nothing. We were there one night, checked in around 5pm and checked out at 6:30am. We never saw another hotel guest. However, there was lots of noise coming from the room next door. When the occupancy is so low, why not give people some space! We asked the front desk manager for directions to a restaurant that was literally minutes away. He simply said he had never heard of the place. We also asked for directions to the local airport. He was also not able to help. Turns out the airport was a 6 minute drive. Just a total lack of caring and no understanding of CUSTOMER SERVICE! One and done!

Band playing outside my room till 11 pm. I had been traveling three days and had an early am meeting. No other room available. And although the hotel staff were aware of the situation they were firm about saying…too bad. They refunded the resort fee but that wasn’t the point. Disappointed.

Not sure if food was good because the restaurant (and the ba) had already closed down when I arrived at 9:20 pm on a Tuesday night (apparently they had bingo from 6-8pm) and but they offered me to buy beer in the lobby and go sit in my room. The room is pretty basic. Outdated sheets and carpet and nothing really to speak of. The price was fair and the view of the marina was very nice. N

We had an issue with the bathroom in our room. The front desk staff (Jamie) listened to the issue & then worked to resolve the problem quickly. He was both friendly & efficient in handling the situation. The restaurant & bar staff were all friendly.

The room was fine other than no bath lotion and no coffee maker provided. However, the hotel staff has to improve their customer care. I was riding my knee scooter due to recent surgery and when we checked in, we were given a room farthest away on our floor. Also, my wife was made to carry a 48 quart cooler when the desk clerk could have suggested using a cart that was not visible to her. Lastly, there were several doorways that had high heights to maneuver over on my scooter.

We stayed there overnight Thanksgiving, but there were no dining or beverage options while we were there other than some free coffee in the lobby, but the coffee pot was empty. Other than that a nice, relaxing place on the water that serves the purpose of providing a clean, quiet, safe place to stay overnight
