Truly a 5 start experience with helpful staff, epic views, fully loaded gym, pool, spa and next level dining options. The sky lobby with view of petronas towers is truly a sight to see.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are very nice, spacious and well equipped. The pool area was also really nice and so needed in the heat. The restaurant was a bit hit and miss and the staff were not the best in this area. We found the lift situation a bit bizarre and it did become annoying having to go up in the lift to then change to another lift to come back down. Just a little niggle. Overall a lovely hotel, in a fab location.

Great location and superb hotel. One of its key features is the Lobby location on the 39th (top) floor with tremendous views of the Petronas Towers and other city landmarks. The downside is all hotel room floors are located on floors below the lobby, aceases by dedicated lifts and the only lifts accessing the ground floor are express lifts at Lobby level. Therefore, a lot of ups and downs to get anywhere.

The suite was nice and had an amazing view of the Petronas Towers. The layout of the room was divided in such a way that you felt like you were in an apartment. The location in the KLCC can be a plus and a minus as it’s centrally located in the touristy area but traffic makes it difficult and time consuming to get picked up or dropped off. There are many restaurants and shopping options nearby and there are numerous other hotels nearby. The hotel has a very odd setup as they placed the lobby on the top floor; this gives the lobby an amazing view but it creates on odd phenomena where you have to go up to the lobby from any of the rooms, switch elevators and go all the way back down to exit the hotel. They said it’s an added security factor but I believe that to be more of an excuse than anything. The fitness center was decently equipped but missing the “must have” bicep curl machine. Overall, not a bad place to stay, but expect an hour drive from the airport in either direction.

Nous venons dans cet hôtel depuis plus de 10 ans . La direction devrait revoir certains points de confort. Les oreillers et matelas à ressort ne sont plus au goût du jour. Au spa dans la salle de repos les matelas sur les transats sont tellement fins qu’on a l’impression d’être allongé directement sur le bois. C’est vraiment honteux! Piscine glacée , et ils me disent qu’ils ne la chauffe pas! Un point à revoir. Sinon hôtel très bien situé, personnel très attentionné et matériaux de qualité. C’est pourquoi nous y séjournons depuis tout ce temps.

The hotel staff is very helpful, getting to and from the room/ lobby is bit inconvenient especially during peak hours when the elevators take a long time. The room was gorgeous and the staff was wonderful

Waking up to the view of the Petronas Twin Towers, surrounded by forests of skyscrapers and at night, seeing the KLCC fountain show and reflections of the Petronas Towers on the Four Seasons hotel. That was my defining feature of this hotel. The city of Kuala Lumpur, sadly is not a very walkable city, at least not in the area around KLCC. The roads are winding, sometimes missing, confusing always. The hotel to other parts of KL is hard to get to without the power of Grab, probably the easiest and cheapest way to get around (Unless you have the Chinese president visit KL during your visit and you have road closures, but I digress.) This hotel however, has a route that gets you inside the Suria Mall without having to endure the humidity of Kuala Lumpur. The lobby is on the 39th floor of the building. Interesting experience, and you can see the iconic Twin Towers, but it does make it longer for you to go into your room, as you have to take the elevator twice. But the room is quite nice from my experience, facilities are good as well, with a nice gym. The room was kept well-maintained for the duration of my stay. The area felt safe at all times of the day, and there were many staff at the ground floor to help you get your stuff out from your Grab/transport from your airport, and if you want to order food, the ground floor seems to be the place where the drivers drop it off so you can leisurely come pick up the food. Excellent experience overall, would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable room

The staff on the morning buffet area were really attentive and friendly. Food was incredibly delicious. The staff on the lobby reception area were not welcoming, bearing serious, not-so-friendly faces. Ground staff were all friendly though. The corner nooks of the room we were in were dusty when I wiped them upon arrival and there was an ugly non-removable yellow-brown stain on the bathroom tile. There were 3 of us in the room, and I repeatedly asked for an extra bar of soap for the sink area ( called guest services 3x, different days) but my request was only granted after 5 days, after I chanced around the housekeeping staff (2 days before we left.) We were booked for a week. They gave us extra towels, however, also on the 5th day. I like the location of the property.

Comfortable rooms, with great views! Lovely breakfast buffet. Serene and beautiful. Hotel really needs an upgrade, quite dated. Room had a smaller TV. We had an empty beer bottle in the common area near the lift area on level 21 for over 24 hrs. Asked staff a few times shortest distance to KLCC and each time it was a different route 1) take the street route which is a 15min walk in the Malaysian heat 2) go through the outdoor car park which was shorter and finally 3) a beautiful cool mostly indoor walk from a back door of the hotel! Over 3 days we took 3 different routes. The carpets needed a good vacuum - this is in the common areas.

The bathtub and water is dirty. Yellowish water came out from the pipe.

内装も外装も非常に綺麗で、掃除もしっかりと行き届いていました。KLCC駅からも近く、徒歩で移動できる距離です。スタッフの対応もとても丁寧で親切で、つたない英語で話しかけてもわかりやすい英語で返してくれました。 今回ホテル内のレストランは利用しませんでしたが、レストランからはKLタワーとツインタワーの両方が見えるとても最高のロケーションです。 近くのショッピングモール•パビリオンまでも近く、ホテル前から歩道橋が伸びているので雨にも濡れず移動できます。 高級ホテルですが、価格も良心的でとてもいい経験になりました。 これからクアラルンプールに旅行される方にはぜひおすすめしたいです。

The Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur was overall quite average. I paid for a view of the twin towers, but my view was of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, because i was assigned a room on the lowest possible floor. The ground floor lobby, has no seating whatsoever, which I lound odd, unwelcoming and dysfunctional - so many people standing around waiting for taxis or friends or whatever.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. My room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. The bad things about the hotel you can hear people talking, walking on corridor when you're in the room.

Light switches were confusing. Room was smaller than anticipated

Room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good with lots of choices and location was very good right next to KLCC. Happy with my stay here.

Our first time (group of 7) staying at this hotel. It’s a wonderful view from the checkin desk, and we had plenty of time to absorb it because we stood for about 30 in line waiting to be checked in. Hotel is great, but the rooms are looking a little dated, worn and tired. Still the price was excellent for such a central stay in KL

all are good except can hear noise from outside.

we did not get into our rooms until 4:30 pm even we had checked in at 3:pm

Staff here was exceptionally warm and friendly.

The room supposed to be ready by 15:00,when I get there 17:30,the reception told me I’ve to wait for another half an hour because the room is not available because haven’t been clean,that’s not nice for a 5 star’s hotel

I was treated rudely by the staff (a Malay man) at the Ground Floor upon checking in (the small reception near the front door). I arrived on 8th March at around 11 p.m. and was dressed casually in a home wear T-shirt and shorts. When I asked for directions to the lobby, the staff member pointed in the direction rudely, with an unwilling tone, probably not expecting me as a guest. Everything else was 10/10, except for this guy's attitude.

Everything was good, apart from considerable delay with luggage delivery to the room and restaurant service being too slow!

Not the most ideal for doorstep access to KLCC but still in a very central area

Great location, free inhouse parking, walkable to KLCC and the twin towers, also walkable to Bukit Bintang street. Staff are friendly and breakfast is nice.

Överlag en super fin vistelse, mycket fint rum med utsikt över petronas. Ligger perfekt med gångavstånd till både Suria KLCC och Pavillion. Bukit Bintang. Poolområdet var också härligt och inte för trångt. Vi lyckades pricka in dagarna där asiens stora konferens hölls samt andra tillställningar vilket gjorde att säkerheten var förhöjd och man märkte att personalens fokus låg på det. Hade uppskattat information om detta i förväg eller åtminstonde vid check in. Kontaktlös beställning vid poolen funkade mindre bra och någon dag väntade vi 25 minuter för två drickor.

Excellent location and quiet

Extremely comfy stay at Grand Hyatt. Loved every minute of it. Walkable to both KLCC and Pavilion malls in sheltered conditions. Perfect!

Good location and view of KLCC, spacious, great breakfast, convenient

Buffet breakfast was great but will prefer the hotel to serve buffet dinner. Great facilities. Very convenient location.

Amazing stay! Beautiful rooms, great views, fantastic breakfast, and absolutely wonderful staff. The pool was also wonderful. Highly recommend!

Great breakfast buffet especially when that one day when they had mangosteen. The noodle soup bar was unique and my favorite part of the broad array of selection. You can walk the area without getting wet when it is raining. Will be my top selection in KL next time.

Afternoon tea was not as good as expected. Poor level of service.

Great location. Comfortable hotel and great service staff. Sadly the restaurant at 37. Did not do justice to the expensive Miyazaki wagyu steak.

Great hotel, staff were so polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices and real nice food. Our room was very large and overlooked the Petronas towers. We ate in the restaurant twice and it was very good. We would stay here again.
