Parking garage could not accomidate our vehicle with a ski rack on top. We were told at check in that our only option was public parking IF it was available. Hot tub was closed. And found out "pet friendly" does not include the option to leave the pet crated in the room. Good thing we didn\'t end up bringing our dog, since that was also not clearly stated anywhere on the website.

Overall great stay at the Executive Inn Mountainside. We have a 4 month old baby with us and having the kitchenette in our studio room is really handy. A bit of a bare bones kitchen though (only 2 plates, cups, etc) but there's a dishwasher. Staff is super friendly and the new check in/out option by text message is really convenient! Also great location in the heart of the village. Hot tub was nice to use especially after a long day. Would appreciate having better pillows (quite old and lumpy), and if traveling with a stroller the only way in is through the underground parking.

The shower tube was very dirty and not clean. There is very dirty hair clug hanging at left out water stopper. Also sink water drainning is not working. After washing my face or brush my teeth, greasy bubble water fills up and pushed out from inside pipe. Very dirty and disgusting. Also kitchen sink does not drain well. Same greasy dirty water fills up. Unsafe and unsanitary.

Our room had a strange smoky odour, as if someone had burned something in the oven and the room was never aired out or deodorized properly. We opened the windows to air it out. Windows were quite filthy on the outside. Our room was tidy overall and seemed clean, until we used the bathtub - when the tub was filled up and we turned on the jets, a mucky brown film appeared floating in the water. The paint in the bathroom definitely needs a refresh. We only stayed one night otherwise we would have complained and asked for a different room. The bed and bedding were comfortable and checkout was very easy. Unfortunately we did check in online but had to line up and check in in person anyways. Overall a disappointing experience and we won't be staying here again.

The staff there were all friendly. The toilet lids are very dirty. The plates in kitchen are very dirty. The light on the stairs are broken. Both of the bath sinks are blocked. Unpleasant experience.

Enjoyed my stay here and found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. Can't give it 5 stars though as the property and rooms are in need of a deep cleaning. The location is great and the fact in has its own parking garage is a bonus. Would probably stay here again if it was a good deal, but I think 4 stars are more app than 5.

I had no issues with this hotel until 3 am where I would say a gang of mice invaded the room and made themselves known. Some scattered into there holes , others went under the door into the hallway. I would say the 2nd floor definitely has a mouse problem.

We have been staying here for over 16yrs. Love the location to all the lifts/gondolas in Whistler, on-site parking and right in the village. Hotel windows are single-pane. If you are a light sleeper good luck. Can't beat the location!

Not what we expected.Rooms did not look as pictured very old and not updated. Fireplaces not working. Apparently in that whole section of the building the televisions were not working due to cable problems or something.To their credit they did offer us free parking for the two night stay. Bathroom was very dated bathtub (was quite gross looking) see enclosed pic.All in all location was great but value for the money a definite no! !

Room was great Loved having the bed upstairs in the loft so there was more room in the living room/kitchen area. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms as well. Suite is a little older and could use a fresh coat of paint and calking around the bathtub but overall we were very happy with our room.

The room was quite tired, with it being too warm in the loft and too cold on the main floor of our room. Poor setup for ski storage and nowhere to put ski boots. A clothing drying room would be more useful than the in room sauna. On a positive note, the hotel is relatively close to the lifts, though the entrance of the hotel is facing the opposite direction, meaning you have to walk around the building to get to the lifts.

Overall is pretty good. Good location. Pets friendly. Walking distances to pay parking . Bu make sure your room face to swimming poo, cuz our room was facing some restaurant and pubs. People were talking and laughing loud ill 2am .

Got a great loft room. Had a separate sleeping area upstairs and a kitchenette + living room downstairs. Upstairs bedroom had a dry sauna ( but we were there in summer). Staff were attentive and friendly. place was clean but you can see its aged. They did tell us it was about to undergo a renovation. Very pleasant stay. We were only there for one night and we wished we had booked an extra one.

Not bad but given the other options in the village I would not come back again. The tub was slow draining the first day. We told the staff and they poured draino down the tub. It helped but the water would still get over my feet when showering. Some bugs also crawled up the plumbing. The staffs are warm and helpful but there was usually only one at the front desk so if they are away helping other guest you would be left waiting.

The check-in was somewhat difficult as there was no one at the desk. Per the note on the desk, I was instructed to call for service. I then got help from a nice man named Cooper. We drove to another location to check-in. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. It was clean

We accidentally messed up our check-in time, but the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They went out of their way to adjust things for us and made sure we were comfortable despite our mistake. Their kindness, patience, and problem-solving really took the stress out of the situation and turned it into a positive experience. It’s rare to find a team that goes so far above and beyond — we’re truly grateful and would absolutely stay here again.

The front desk at this hotel was closed, so we had to walk over to the Executive at Whistler Village to check in. We had to wait a while for another group to check in, and then when we were checking in, the process took forever. Then, because the front desk at our hotel (The Mountainside) had no staff, the guy at the desk at the other one had to walk over to ours to activate our room keys after helping a bunch of other people after us at the other hotel. The whole process probably took more than 30 minutes, if not being close to 45 minutes. We paid $356 for the night - surely our hotel can afford one desk staff.

The property seems a bit run down and poorly maintained. The hot tub was out 4 of 5 days there. But the lack of desk staffing and lack of answering the phone made for an awful checkin. The room is a tight layout and not a single hook for hanging gloves, jackets, etc. Why not 1 star? The location is pretty nice, a 3 minute walk to Excalibur gondola. There’s still a bit of a view. The pool was kept hot while the tub was out. The (short) staff seemed helpful and friendly when present.

I’ll start with the good: Clean. Nice full kitchen and all worked. Bed and linens were good. Good heat -3 ways! Gas fireplace, Baseboard heat AND a heating/air conditioning unit. And windows open! Good central location (also a bad thing. See next section). Had laundry and ice machine available. Service was friendly and good response time to inquiries. Friendly cleaning staff. Bad: Place definitely needs an upgrade. Very dated and old (but kept clean). Halls are smelly so air flow needs upgrading. Biggest downside is the noise. They give you ear plugs. That’s a bad sign. The noise from the street is like they are in the room with you. And this is Whistler so people out partying till 3 am. Upgrade with better windows would help. Location while good is also an issue. Lastly: under staffed. I know it’s a big issue everywhere now. No-one at front desk at check in. Had to walk over to other hotel and got lost. Had a phone but no-one answered. However saying that when there was someone they were very friendly and when I texted they responded quick.

Very close to the Gondolas, 2 min walk. This was are most important point for us. It’s In the heart of Whistler, lively but got woken in the middle of the night , crowd are nosy when the bar closes. I think there must be a bus stop on the street . We have been told that s Its One of the first in this area, so its older, and in need of LOVE but clean and had all the things we needed for our budget. I highly recommend

Location is amazing! 5min walk to 2 gondolas and a lift chair located at Whistler Village with plenty of restaurants and shops. The building is showing its age. No lobby sitting area, really no where to sit. There is a ski storage area in the basement. We were on the top 5th floor and enjoyed having a loft, fireplace, full kitchen, sauna, and 2 bathrooms. Very spacious and quaint but dated. Room service comes every other day, she was delightful and did a great job refreshing the place. You need a code to the underground parking and doors. When you arrive it maybe confusing because you don’t see a hotel registration zone when it’s covered in snow. It should have a more prominent sign. We parked in the next-door hotel garage, registered, got our code and then moved. No early check-in before 4pm unless you arrange in advance and pay $30. There is an independent local restaurant on the premise with great food and drinks! Overall Whistler is a destination place with two great mountains and hundreds of runs from beginner to double diamonds!

This property was great. It was within walking distance of all the restaurants in the ski slope. We were there in the summer, but we did take the gondola to the top of the mountain. Parking was easy the sites around the area wonderful the hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
