The most important is having a smartphone with internet connection: the locks (of the main door, of the room, of the living space) can only be unlocked by following a web link every time. There is no personnel otherwise. All updated instructions are sent by email and messaging. You really need that smartphone. The good thing, you can check in whenever you want online. The kitchenware is very, very limited, I reckon one is supposed to eat outside. Hard to find parking place, and expensive. But otherwise one can walk to the town center, no car needed to visit Bilbao main attractions.. Nothing to complain about the bedroom.

The location is great; the check-in process is easy; the room and bathroom are clean, BUT the room was extremely hot and stuffy with no way to cool it except to leave the door open, which no one wanted to do. The window does not close, and the alleyway was probably the loudest I have ever heard in my entire life, from the bar crowd to the dumping glass into the bin at 4 am to the street cleaner at 7 or so am. It was LOUD. The beds were also super loud; every movement of my traveling companions was super loud, and we all woke up many times throughout the night. I recommend earplugs. Maybe being very drunk and definitely younger than 40 would have helped too.

It is in good location to move around thr city. The check in is with a code, you need internet access and charged mobile to enter. We didn't meet any stuff, not that it is a problem. Overall good and worth the price.

The hostel is in a very central location. Fair price. Check in and check out online. You don't interact with any person.

Good and easy access to city. Shower not very good. Hard to get temperature right and wouldn't stay on wall Very noisy at night. Priced way to high because off rugby finals I suspect.
