Stayed 10 nights

We stayed in the hotel for 10 days from late April into early May. While the weather was particularly hot for Querétaro, our room was like a sanctuary with outstanding air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The staff in hotel were wonderful and helped with everything we needed. The hotel also included a wonderful terrace on the roof with a good restaurant and breakfast included. Possibly the best feature of the hotel is the location, which allows for quick walks to the Plaza de Armas and Jardín Zenea. The center of Querétaro is delightful. It was a great stay overall.

Crumbling hotel in Centro Storico was difficult for us since it had no air conditioning and April temps were in the upper 80s, the only way to access breakfast was up treacherous death-defying stairs, and the bathroom was unpleasant (and I’m being kind). Staff’s friendly attitude didn’t outweigh the hotel’s faults. We wanted to check out after 10 minutes in the place but due to Hotels.com cancellation policy we were stuck paying for 3 nights, even though we checked out a day early. Would never stay here again.
