Room was okay, all the furniture was damaged. Lights were flickering, I assume they don't expect you to stay in the room. Walk to the beach was short, and convenient. And they put the chairs and umbrellas out for you. All the other guests were quiet and kept to themselves. All in all a delightful stay

The room was a little smaller than it looked in the picture but not an issue. There was some mole in the freezer which was unpleasant to find. Everything else was great. Easy checkin and checkout experience. Quiet area and amazing view of the ocean. The kitchen was full of appliances and utensils. Overall a great stay just some small issues that can be easily fixed.

Fabulous view! Refrigerator and kitchen needs updating. Freezer didn’t work. Not great if you’re looking to utilize kitchen. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are a plus!

Apartment (1 bedroom) was very clean and view was incredible. The kitchen is complete and nothing is missing. A keurig could be added. It is a cheap addition that goes a long way. Toilet paper holder is loose and shower absolutely needs a shower handle. 2 more towels would have been welcome. Overall this is the second year we stay at this period and we enjoyed it. Go to their website to see real time vacancy if you want to extend your stay.

I will start by saying the location of this hotel is fantastic and the view of the beach and the water were great! My positives end there. I am assuming the pictures online represent some of the rooms. I booked an oceanfront room based on these photos. My room looked nothing like the pics, so beware. Instead of updated flooring I had musty old blue carpet which smelled. The sofa sank as soon as you sat on it. You would sink to the frame, basically unusable. The inside furniture was peeling old wicker and the outside was rusted without cushions. I love the beach and could stare at the view all day - but sorry to say, I wouldn't go back here.

couple of things: the room was one level up from ground level. you had to use STAIRS. the bathroom was the smallest i have ever seen. The water pressure in the shower was pathetic. outside light illuminated the room at night. the hair dryer was NOT mounted. thus there was a screw sticking out from the hair cryer base.

I reserved room #44. The room was very nice and convenient for one or two people. There were just 2 issues. 1- The stove did not work, 2-the front door latch must be fixed. We woke up and the front door was open. We do think it was opened with the wind because the door did not completely close problem with the door latch. other than that it was wonderful! Please have the door latch fix for room #44.

This was a very peaceful & tranquil experience. Our room was beautiful & the view AMAZING! I will definitely recommend this resort to my family & friends! The staff was professional & very helpful. Studio Unit Upper Oceanfront 'San Remo': Perfect for couple, room was very clean, updated, AC worked well and awesome balcony ocean view. Grounds were quiet and short, direct walk to beach. Short drive to downtown Montauk and hiking trails.

I stayed in an upstairs ocean facing room and it was perfect! A quiet enclave and very peaceful and enjoyable. Most beach motels on the strip don't have great water pressure or hot water when you shower, and one of my fave things about this place is *amazing* hot water in the shower!! I stayed here while out east for work and would definitely stay again. Staff was lovely, property was easy to navigate. Right on the beach. A little uncomfy w/ having the bed right next to the door and would have preferred a bit more security on the doors as a woman traveling alone, but minor... Overall lovely stay and would come back :)
