I am a frequent traveller. I highly recommend this hotel. It is connected to a large mall and lots of eating places outside the hotel. Staff was terrific. Hotel and rooms were clean. Enjoyed the roof deck bar, OZ.

If you have meetings in the area, great place. Clean and safe. Undergoing some renovation makes it a bit noisy during the day. Get the private lounge if you can make use of it in the early evening for cocktails and snacks.

Hotel service is great. Edcel and Mericel in the lounge were great. The hotel is going through renovations currently so it is a little noisy during the day if you really listen. Over rooms are normal size and cleaned impeccably

2nd time staying at the property, and become my favorite hotel to stay in Makati. I feel comfortable and safe, and all of the staffs are amazing and friendly. Also, the hotel is very clean and bed is very comfortable.

I stayed in Holiday Inn and Suites Hotel for 4 nights.The hotel is connected to Glorietta 3 and near to other malls which is convenient for shopping. Has lots of restaurants around, so you will not starve. Breakfast is good as well. But during our stayed, I was bitten by mosquitoes for 2nights. Pest control came twice to our room. So happy I had a good sleep on my 3rd night. Supervisor was so apologetic . I hope next time, they should check the rooms first before assigning to their guests.

Hotel is better than average. This is a relatively new hotel. but my room and hallway at the 10th floor smells like a musty, old carpet reminiscent of a 3star or lesser hotel which is why I removed a star. Bathroom / shower is ok, I wish it's better (i.e. bigger space). However, for the rate, this hotel cant be beat: convenience, food/buffet offering, and the staff (Hermie and her team at the Buffet area) are all amazing. I will add more details later on, but for now, am happy and willing to come back here again

Great staff! Best blackout/dark room mode ever from our 25+ hotels we booked this year. My wife is a light sleeper. Perfect for 3 person booking. Extra single bed was provided from the king bed in the room.

Excellent property! Would have given 5 stars but for the AC not working properly (temp. did not go below 22 degrees celsius); and the TV volume had issues and would not go up to audible levels. I stayed in room #915. Advised front desk of the issues during and after my stay.

Pros - good location right on mall - safe area even at night - bellbiys were great with luggage Cons - charge for half day late check for just an 1.5hr overstay - hotel is super dated , rooms are tired - carpet in room wa filthy - walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from corridors and surrounding rooms

Location was great; adjacent to Glorietta Mall. Hotel room was renovated so it was clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi works great. Chose Club Level access, but nothing special: food, beverage selection mediocre and service average. I normally stay at New World, where the Club Lounge is way better: food and beverage selection and service! Room Service at Holiday Inn was pretty good, however was disappointed when told “bulalo” (beef shank soup) was unavailable for second half of my stay (had it first 3 days and it was exceptional)! Had breakfast once at Club Lounge but opted for main restaurant on lobby level: way better choices. Service was okay, could be better if wait staff more attentive and visible. They need to move around and check on guests often! There’s so many of them and they just stand around. But that is indicative of poor training and possibly management! I actually mentioned this when asked to complete survey. Was also dumbfounded when ube cheesecake was unavailable, though touted as their “signature” dessert! If so, make sure it’s ALWAYS available! Funny thing is that night, a smaller version of it was available at Club Lounge (wth)? Housekeepers do good job and work really hard! In general, had a nice one-week stay, but more than likely, will return to New World, although rooms there are in need of an upgrade / remodeling! Perhaps with new ownership, that will happen. Holiday Inn Makati is not a bad choice, but there’s definitely things they need to work on!

The staff were amazing. Front desk Poul went over and beyond when we were charged over the said room rate price for breakfast. Gen, Christian (at the lobby bar), and Ulysses always made us feel welcomed and special. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

Extremely hospitable staff with good location as well. It is beside a huge shopping mall with plenty of shops and things to do as well. Only issue is when we tried to contact the concierge regarding some local tours, they kept on telling us to check with the tour agency next door which is inside the mall. I dont think thats what a concierge is for, to be always directing tourist elsewhere.

The hotel staff are friendly and efficient. Location is next to all major shopping. Very clean and safe. One minor mishap, when we went to Flavors at 6am, no one came to our table and said hello and ask if we want coffee, juice, etc, which was the norm (I come here very often). There’s plenty of staff around but we’re all focused on being busy that they missed welcoming and assisting arriving guests, haha. I understand, it happens. The waiter next to our table spent all his time chatting with the other 2 guests next to us, completely ignoring us. No, I don't want anyone’s attention, I just need my coffee first thing when I sit for breakfast. Most of the time, that’s all I have, a good coffee to start the day. ❤️

Great location and close to the airport. The mall is literally on the groundfloor of the hotel, made shopping really easy and lots of restaurants around. The staff was very helpful and accomodating with our requests. Will stay here again!

This is our to go Hotel whenever me and my husband visits Makati, it is conveniently located to everything, you can walk towards Greenbelt, Rustans, SM or One Ayala. Everything is walkable and its surrounded with good restaurants too. The hotel itself is very clean and staffs are amiable and very accommodating. Also, i love the lounge area on the 19th floor if you just wanna hang out and chill. Kudos to Edrex, Neo, Aki , Daniel and Stevene for being so accommodating.

This hotel offers firm, but comfortable beds. 2 choices of pillows. A very hot shower. So hot, there is a warning label! :) The onsite swimming pool is a decent size. I did not stay long enough to enjoy other onsite amenities. If you have the option to pay extra for Breakfast and Dinner, TAKE IT! Both buffets did not disappoint! They were DELICIOUS! the staff is super friendly and hospitable! I will definitely be back! The stay could not have been more perfect.

Best breakfast buffet with taho champorado pork tocino garlic rice and a lot more! So conveniently located! The lobby floor had lots of restaurants japanese and korean. Housekeeping is very prompt. And servers in the breakfast buffet were all amazing! I would stay here again when i come back to philippines
