Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View

Price was good. Bathroom very small. Could not sit on the toilet as knees hit the bath. Not enough lifts, had to every time wait.

Room was really small with a really poor odor, could barely sleep with a mirror next to the bed. The pillows were dirty like I could see the dirt on them. The staffs were using the towels I dropped on the floor to wipe the floor and then putting back up into the sink. As soon as I open up the toilet cover, there’s a huge and disgusting smell that I couldn’t find anywhere else than this 4 stars hotel. The shower was okay, they got warm water as I paid and expected. I could barely charge any of my chargers or phones because the plugs were not working at all. The table I had was very tiny too. Paid £1.4k for 21 nights, might be cheap in HK but please this hotel isn’t a 4 stars hotel.

I stayed in a city-view, cheap room. It was very accessible to an MTR station, and as a huge hotel with many rooms, the staff members knew what to do. The facilities are a bit old, but compared with other hotels and considering the price, it was an okay stay. I am willing to stay again. The fire alarm rang early in the morning, and I felt a bit insecure, considering that I stayed on the 33rd floor.

The security team was very helpful and made the check‑in process smooth. Since the check‑in desk is located on the 5th floor, first‑time guests may need extra guidance and reassurance, and the security staff provided exactly that. Thank you for the excellent support.
