Staff were helpful and accommodating even though I didnt speak Spanish. My room was spacious and had a good view of the mountains and city when there is not much smog. The rooms appeared to be clean but I walk barefoot around the room and my feet were black. I did ask housekeeping the next day to clean it and they did. The area is safe and clean even at night but then again I am a guy. Although there was no kettle in the room, they let you use their hot water in their restaurant for coffee/noodles. The place is outdated but it was comfy and great stay for a weekend. OXXO just across the street for late night needs.
