The accommodation was excellent. In town for 5 days, needed a kitchen, so this was perfect. Only complaint was the dog waste around the property. I travel with my dog and always pick up after her. If the hotel isn’t going to require guests to clean up after their dogs then they need to have someone do a cleanup.

IT IS ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. BIG ROOM, COMFORTABLE BEDS AND SAFE AREA. VERY EASY TO PARK.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Everything was excellent: the staff, the room, the breakfast, the pool. The rooms are excellent and large with a sitting area, a table with 4 chairs, a refrigerator, stove and microwave and a dishwasher. I would definitely stay here again.

our suite showed wear, bathtub has rust stains, in adequate trash cans, no ice on our floor, one elevator was out of service due to construction on the ground floor, the fire alarms went off twice due to a malfunction on the third floor. My personal favorite was putting 80 yo in the suite the farthest from all exterior doors and elevators.

Property is under renovations and minor construction ongoing. Staff was very helpful and respectful.

My family has been staying in two-bedroom units at the Marriot for several years. We are always pleased by the friendliness of the staff and the complimentary breakfast options each morning. The beds are extremely comfortable as is the temperature provided by the AC/Heat units in each room as well as the ability to open windows enough to get fresh air. I have noticed a slight decline in the cleanliness of the shared areas (hallway carpets, mostly). This year, I was surprised to be awakened at 7:00 a.m. by the sounds of construction on the room adjacent to mine on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Sounds of hammering and a nail-gun shocked my daughter and myself awake and awakened a baby, as we heard crying shortly after the nail-gun went into action. I am not sure who had the idea to begin early morning construction on one of the busiest weekends of the year for most hotels. I called and spoke with the front-desk assistant who relayed my concerns to the manager and we didn't hear any noise on Saturday morning, though the crew started up again later in the day. This was a bit disappointing as the walls vibrated with each bang of the hammer, making it impossible to go back to sleep. The entire point of staying in a hotel is to get a good night's sleep while traveling so I think this construction should have been delayed to another less busy weekend and should never start before 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. I will book again next year, hopefully with all renovations completed.

Check in was easy, room was clean and comfortable. We had an accessible room and that met all of our needs. The only downside is that the handicap parking was not real close to the door, but we managed.

I have stayed here several times but this time my window was covered with plastic for renovations on the hotel could see out side at all. I wish hotels.com would have mentioned that and or offered me some of a discount on my stay. But the hotel and staff are wonderful! Not their fault remodeling was being done

It was a very cold and very windy day, easy parking made it quick to load and unload. The pool area was of course closed up but the wind had made it a little jumbled. Super nice staff, friendly and helpful. Loved the liquer store and restaurants so close and although right off the highway, super quiet!

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; the bed sheets were not clean. There were bugs in the room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel

The room itself smelled TERRIBLE!! It was like someone burnt something in there. Every time I walked in the room I said it smells awful in here. The bed was so uncomfortable. I kept checking to make sure there were no bed bugs, too. There was a gross grease like film on the television. We got up and were out of there by 8am which is not like us at all.

Staff were all great. Smiles on their faces and willing to help my entire 6 day stay. Clean and fresh unlike other places I have been. Bed was comfortable and room temp was easily maintainable. Would definitely recommend and use again.

My stay wasn't that great because there was a lingering smell of dog pee. The hotel did accommodate me by changing my room but by that time I was already dissatisfied. Other than that, I probably would have had a decent stay.

The breakfast was good, with a decent variety, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day. The cleaning staff were especially helpful and kept everything spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were just right and made for a great night’s sleep. The surrounding area also felt safe, which added to the overall peace of mind during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

The linens were very old, stained and worn. The hallways smelled nice although the carpets were dirty. The bed was terrible and the mattress pad was old and didn’t fit. This was the worse Towneplace Ive ever stayed. I have to come back to this area although I won’t be staying there. I will try to Hilton Garden next month.

Loved the suite with a mini kitchen & full size refrigerator.

The A/C wasn’t functioning but management was able to get me another room without issue.

When we first got to our room it was 82° I shut the blinds due to the sun light beaming in and baking the room turned the AC down thinking it would cool off after a few hours when we would return, it didn’t cool off. Went down to front desk to notify them of the issue she first told me there wasn’t anything they could do I asked about possibly switching rooms and then she wanted to charge me to do so! Finally after arguing with the rude inexperienced lady and her calling multiple different people we got a new room which was also not very cool temp wise. It was late so made the best of it. I let them know the issues the next morning and no one seemed to care whatsoever. Will not be returning to this hotel.

I think the bed in our room is getting a little worn. I felt like it was sinking to the middle.

The location is good for our needs when we visit in the Tulsa area. The room was great, and we liked the way the room was set up with a kitchenette. The closet between the entryway and the bathroom was handy for storage.

As in most hotels of this level, there is no soft close on the door and inconsiderate people slammed doors from10:30 until well after midnight. We could also hear stomping and movement for an half hour or so at 10:30. (It was not above us as we were on top floor.) Additionally, we were in room 414 and someone checked in or arrived back at 3:39 am right next door and then made 20 minutes of noise. Always our luck. Probably would not stay again due to noise level.

Flight to arrive in town was delayed a day due to being unable to make the connecting flight. I contacted the hotel and I was told that even if I wasn't able to change the reservation dates, they would hold it for me. It was a handicapped accessible room that was needed for my stay. I arrived the next day and they gave away the room and they were fully booked with no more vacancies. They refused to provide a refund. They not only told me something untrue on the phone, they kept my money for the room they gave to someone else. Everyone should avoid this place as they care nothing about people.

There was storm damage in the area, and we were never able to check in. The hotel kept us waiting for hours until midnight before they told us that they would not check us in. We ended up staying in a house with no electricity because of the failure of this hotel, the communication between the hotel, and the guest was absolutely trash

Property was great, but the thing my wife and I enjoyed the most was the wonderful desk clerk I believe his name was Quincy! Wonderful wonderful young man full of local information and so personable! Will return just to interact with his warm personality!

Overall our stay was fine.. was unable to extend my stay an additional week because the hotel was undergoing remodeling and their inventory was not updated online as per the front desk. I had to book at another hotel. Checked in on Monday and checked out Saturday, housekeeping never came during our stay. Phone out of order, floor lamp wouldn’t stay on, socket issue on on/off switch. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Shower barely got warm.. appears that was corrected on Friday.

Hotel was nice. Night staff, Lizzy, was great Day staff, especially GM Suzan Musa were very unprofessional, rude and seemed to be more interested in reducing their payroll costs than providing the client with an enjoyable stay. Will not stay at this facility again as long as she manages it.

Loved having the 2 bedroom suite. We loved the floorplan, but we did notice a slight smell that could mean it just needs a dehumidifier in there. And there wasn't a blanket for the fold out bed. We didn't call because it was about 1 a.m. when we figured that out. Luckily, we had brought a blanket. Very friendly staff especially the lady working in the breakfast area.

We did not find the beds comfortable…probably need new mattresses. There is some age to the property but breakfast was done nicely and wait staff was on top of restocking, assisting guests and clearing tables.

I wish the rooms had hooks for coats as it is cold there. There’s also no hooks in the bathroom for the hand towels. The sound of the washer is very loud. One night a dog wouldn’t stop barking and the front desk lady was so nice and apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault. The breakfast was great, very clean and great location. I love the kitchen. They need more blankets, one night we asked for one and they had run out!
