No furniture in the lobby. Even just a simple couch to seat while waiting for the ride.

I checked out earlier than expected I was waken up to arguing in the hallway traffic in and out of the rooms when I did check out there was nobody there to receive my key there was a huge cup of liquor in the front lobby didn’t feel safe with my vehicle parked on the street

Room was okay, water heater worked perfectly

The blow dryer was not working but overall a good experience

Nice staff but that’s where it ends. Very old, dirty, noisy, smelly, prostitution, broken wardrobe, broken hair dryer. Just not pleasant, sorry.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment and strongly urge others to avoid it. Upon checking in, it became immediately apparent that this location fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and customer service. First, the room was in unacceptable condition. The bed was not properly made, the pillows were visibly dirty, and the curtains were torn and marred with dirt and burn marks. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, as if it had not been cleaned, and the blow dryer was non-functional. The refrigerator did not work, and the closet was unusable due to a broken armrest. Additionally, there were no hangers, iron, or ironing board available, which added to the overall inconvenience. These issues, combined with the apparent lack of attention to cleanliness and organization, suggest a serious lack of respect for guests. This is not just an oversight—it points to systemic negligence. I would not recommend this establishment under any circumstances. In fact, I strongly believe it warrants an investigation by the appropriate authorities, such as the Better Business Bureau, to address these glaring deficiencies. This location is in dire need of significant improvements or potential closure to prevent further dissatisfaction and inconvenience to future customers.

The Front desk staff was very informative and friendly. the environment in the hotel was good and safe. the area is ok. Parking was a slight issue however, I expected that since I am from Brooklyn, I know how parking is. I did find a spot about a block away but otherwise it was worth my short stay. Its not a high end Hotel its basic and was what I expected, I have nothing negative to say about it.

House keeping was excellent. Roo. Was clean with fresh towels everyday.

The nastiest, dirtiest, filthiest Hotel i’ve ever been to. Didnt even get a refund back.. from the walls to the sheets to the bathroom to the floors. It seem the room havent been clean since the Hotel opened. Wish I could submit pictures! Wish i could give it a -0 rating.

The room was just enough space for 1 person and luggages. All of the bed sheets were stained with multiple stains, lots of hairs on sheets and towels, and cigarette burns throughout the bedding and curtains.

This place has a bad Bedbug infestation . I was literally bit up from head to toe! I won’t ever stay there again I suggest no one does.

The hotel is very dirty and noisy. The neighborhood doesn't look safe. It's bad overall and definitely over priced!

Staff was not present at front desk upon arrival and took several minutes to come down. SHEETS AND BATHROOM WAS DIRTY. Hair and stains all over. Requested new sheets which he was a nice guy and did promptly provide. But even those clean sheets seemed to be stained and there were no blankets to provide. We stayed since it was midnight and there are no refunds and every other place was a drive. But we will never ever visit again.

I stayed for one night and it was fine by me. It is indeed very loud outside and you can hear it through the window.

The room is a tight fit. It was clean with minimal extravagance. A microwave probably couldnt fit in the room in one was to be provided. Having a fridge was helpful.

Room smelt of cigarettes and weed. The air conditioner did not work and was broken. Was on the street front and could hear everything. Awful stay!

They need to install some sound proofing. Couldn’t sleep at all due to hearing horns and sirens all night long

I stayed here because it was inexpensive. The neighborhood isn’t very nice. The rooms are small and not cleaned very well. If you can afford better don’t stay here.

The tall indian guy at the front desk was extremely rude. Also, no one told us before we came, there’s $60 security deposit when check in and it has to be CASH ONLY. So i have to withdraw some cash on their ATM machine and took me $3 fee. I booked 2 rooms, but the other is with different name. But instead of asking politely if the other room is under different name or not, he insisted that i only booked for 1 room until i showed her my expedia reservation, and still he’s being rude that that’s not his fault at all. The hotel said cleaning service everyday. RUBBISH! We stayed 2 nights and asked for cleaning service the second day. We came back from outside at night, no once touch the room. Still dirty and messy. No new towels. So i called the front desk, and the rude indian guy said i have to pick the towels at the front desk. Never apologize for no one cleaning up the room. The bathroom are extremely dirty from first time we came, the bathtub jammed the water won’t drain quickly. The hotel clearly said non smoking hotel. But once we came in, we can smell the smoke. The bedsheets and comforter was burnt by cigarette, like holes burnt.

There is no one there at front desk to check u out in the early morning and they advertise as being a 24hr checkin and out hotel.

If you booking online, there should be a notice or an alert, saying that you need to have $60 for deposit because the hotel does not accept credit card for the deposit only cash that should be announced ahead before you do the reservation.

the staff was so kind! we were rushing out the door in the morning to make a train and they seemed super understanding and helpful with checkout.

It's right outside the housing projects. All night you heard police sirens,people screaming in the street,and loud music. No sleep at all for me. How NYC even approved a hotel in this dumpster fire of a neighborhood is beyond me. Waaay overpriced for a hot sheet motel

It was close to the Subway station and a few other shops around the area easy to get to and hang out.

I just needed the hotel to sleep and have a shower, there are stores and places to eat near, subway station 3 and L in about 3 blocks away, As I mentioned, it worked just fine for me :)

I needed a place to crash for the night while in NYC. It’s cheaper than the rest and just a walk away from the subway. Nothing fancy, just a bed and a bathroom. Would definitely book again

I honestly feared for my safety. I was threatened within the first 10 minutes of being in the area in broad daylight. I went to a Rite Aid down the street, it was like being in a foreign country, the shelves were about 2/3 bare. I have never seen this in this country, even when the store is going out of business, which this one wasn't. $12 razors were locked up. There was a sign in the lobby that said, Prostitution was not allowed. I think you get the vibe. There was also a sign that said $60 cash deposit for all check-ins. It really felt like being in a different country. I would strongly suggest picking a safer area.
