Since our arrival until our check out, our time at the Banyan Tree Lang Co has been fabulous. The only negative is that we stayed for only 5 nights. I wish it could have been more. Our lagoon view villa was beautiful, designed in a traditional style. Our preference over a large scale hotel resort. We had the use of bicycles for our stay which was perfect for getting around the complex. Lovely little paths and pretty lantern lit bridges to cycle or walk through. We ate in all the restaurants over the course of our stay and also tried out Rice Bowl next door in the Angsana hotel. Every meal was delicious with exceptional service. We had what’s app chat with our own villa host which felt personal. We enjoyed the beach with stunning sea views. Staff there would bring us complementary sorbet, water and snacks each day. We also enjoyed a couples massage in the spa. Another lovely experience. I have to say the staff really made the difference. Stand out service, smiles and hellos from everyone. We have stayed in lovely resorts in the past but the Bayan Tree Lang Co truly stands out. Would love to return.

とても快適で素晴らしいリゾート施設でした。ラグーンヴィラに泊まり、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。朝はヨガレッスンから始まり、カンフーのレッスンやサップボートで楽しんだり、リゾート施設内で全て完結することができ、観光には出かけませんでした。食事は朝のバイキングをたくさん食べて、午後はアフタヌーンティーのサービスがあり、夜は施設内のレストランやルームサービスで食べました。飲み物は1000円から2000円、料理は一皿3000円から5000円程度で、ハンバーガーが3500円くらいでした。5泊6日で施設内で全て済まして2人で8万円くらいで過ごすことができました。大変満足の旅行で、自然に囲まれてリフレッシュできて良かったです。流石のバンヤンツリーだなと感じました。スパも素晴らしい体験でした。3泊以上をオススメします。 Great hospitality and beautiful nature. We stayed in the lagoon view villa and could bird watch from the pool deck. There were kingfishers, bee eaters, jacanas, egrets and many other birds that came around. The pool was delightful and the perfect temperature. Using the bikes to get around the resort was fun. The beach is huge with very few people.

Nous voulions tester une fois encore un Banyan Tree, voilà notre motivation lors de passage au Vietnam. Plutôt isolé des routes classiques du pays, mais cela participe à son charme. Heureusement une navette est disponible à l'aéroport. A organiser en amont, ce qui n'est pas forcément aisée. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'accueil personnalisé : fleur, voiturette, directement en chambre... à la hauteur de la réputation du groupe. Pas déçus non plus par la villa avec une décoration, des matériaux, un design de grande qualité. Coup de maître, il semble que nous soyons les seuls occupants tant il n'y a aucun vis à vis et pourtant une vue dégagée sur les espaces verts, tant depuis le jardin que la piscine privative. Idem pour le spa, qui accueille chaque hôte dans un spa individuel, un moment où se croire être Cléopâtre 😄. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. J'ai eu l'occasion d'en tester des centaines mais c'est à ce jour le meilleur tant par la variété que la qualité. Moins bien par contre pour le restaurant, nous avons connu mieux au Vietnam. Salle de sport et activités en tout genre, de quoi faire en sorte de ne pas voir le temps passer. Même si la plage est certainement plus tentante en été que lors de notre passage hivernal. En bref, trop court séjour pour nous.

We had the most AMAZING time at the Banyan Tree Lang Co. Our beach pool villa was incredible. The pool has a great size for swimming and the jacuzzi is heated. And you are just a short walk from the beach and you have a beautiful view of the beach from the comfort of the Villa. While we were there we enjoyed a deep tissue couples massage, which was one of the best massages I ever had - the masseuse totally made the bump at the back of my neck disappear. I am just in awe of her technique! We also enjoyed dinner twice at the Saffron Restaurant, which has some of the best Thai food we ever had. The chef comes to greet her guests personally and the staff is just wonderful. And this is true for the overall experience here - the staff was so professional, friendly and thoughtful. We even received little gifts every evening and there is also a complimentary snack brought to you in the afternoon. The Watercourt Restaurant where breakfast is served is also very, very good and the staff will prepare delicious dishes for you on demand and also cut fresh fruit for you! Unfortunately, I do not have all the names of the incredible staff we met, but a big THANK YOU to Mi, Ngan, Hai and the manager Dao. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will hopefully be able to come back soon ❤️

We stayed at Banyan Tree for 8 days / 7 nights, staying in an Ocean facing Pool Villa with Well-being Package. Highlights: Jacuzzi / Hot Tub attached to the private pool. It got windy and cold on some days (hot and sunny on others). The Jacuzzi allowed us to enjoy a hot soak day or night when temperatures dropped. The on-call Butler service via WhatsApp was efficient and useful. Whatever we needed was a quick text message away. Always friendly and accomodating. Villa was serviced and cleaned twice a day, and with our Well-being package we got juices, fruit and healthy bowls of food in the afternoon. I knew this hotel was more isolated and that was fine for us, and the food options on site were fine for a one week stay. However, if you are planning multiple day trips from Banyan Tree then the transport may get tedious as it’s a fair distance from Hue and Hoi An. If you want a relaxing and pampered stay that feels miles away from the problems of the outside world, this is your place.

Our Villa Host, Man was amazing!!!! Super friendly, responsible, helpful, spontaneous and personable!!!! He has exceeded my expectations every time! An absolute super staff you have!!! The Villa was clean and comfortable. Privacy was respected. Cleaning staff were quick and quite thorough. I also really like the maintenance option you have on the website so I can report any defects, which were all taken care of at the indicted time. A big thumbs up for your maintenance team too! Greeters at the restaurants were all great! They remembered us by face and our orders from the day before…..amazing! Shi was particularly attentive!!!! Your Spa is also of high standard…… loved the massages!!!! Ladies there were skillful and gentle!❤️ In general, our stay with you was great! This was my second visit to Banyan Tree in 6 years, and I found the staff to be more friendly and the atmosphere more comfortable. ・For Banyan Tree Management However, there were some imperfections in the service, such as the hammock in out the room being hung on the evening of the 3 or 4 day of our stay, and the few of conditioner. Additionally, as the facility has been in operation for over 10 years, I noticed signs of wear and tear in the furnishings and other areas of the facility. In my case, I communicated with the facility several times about my itinerary between making the reservation and arriving. There were no communication lapses, but I think that if I had been able to communicate directly with the butler once he had been assigned, I would have felt more at ease before my stay and my stay would have been smoother. Despite the significant changes in the world post-COVID-19, the staff have continued to improve. ・For guests quality Like many hotels, the guest demographic has deteriorated compared to 6 years ago, with an increase in guests lacking proper manners. In an era where everyone can easily travel overseas, many people seem to be visiting the resort despite some forcibly, prioritizing the present moment post-pandemic.

Wow!! I cannot stress how beautiful this holiday was. The staff were absolutely incredible, nothing was too much for them . They were helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. The villa was perfect. It was clean , comfortable and nothing hadn’t been thought of . The in room check in after a long journey was a perfect touch . Fresh fruit , tea. Coffee , fresh towels and toiletries were stocked up daily . On the last night we arrived back to a beautiful bath with petals and fresh fruit . All the small things matter to the staff here . I would 100% return . A perfect holiday made better by fabulous staff and setting

The property truly shines amidst a backdrop of breathtaking nature, meticulously landscaped gardens, and a pristine beach. The staff exhibited exceptional promptness and friendliness throughout our stay. Celebrating my birthday there was made unforgettable by the thoughtful surprises they orchestrated during the day. However, there were some notable lapses in attention to detail. Upon entering our villa, a strong damp odor greeted us, and the white wine served was barely chilled in all restaurants. The main bar, while elegantly designed, oddly featured a large screen playing Netflix at a volume reminiscent of a local pub, which seemed out of place for a luxury hotel. To add to the culinary letdowns, the expensive pizza at the Italian restaurant left much to be desired, falling below the quality of even frozen options found in local supermarkets. We raised our concerns, and the restaurant kindly removed it from our bill. Perhaps the most puzzling experience was being charged for a flimsy cloth washbag containing hotel amenities like a toothbrush and haircomb. It left us wondering how such bags could be reused. In conclusion, our stay was enjoyable, but it could have easily transitioned from great to exceptional had these seemingly small yet important details not detracted from the overall experience, especially given the premium price tag.

I stayed at pool villa. It has a nice Jakuji so we can swimming a bit even though cold and windy weather. Their cleaning service is great. even though i didn't ask to make our room up, they keep managing our room with cleanness. unlimited tea, coffee, cookies and water supplements. and turn down service is also great. They also provide extra blanket and heater based on my requests. The staffs are all amazing. Very well service minded and ready for helping me. Main reason to stay is hotel is playing a golf. Caddy is lind and very helpful. i am satisfied of the most of service in Banyan Tree.

We stayed at Banyan Tree for 8 days / 7 nights, staying in an Ocean facing Pool Villa with Well-being Package. Highlights: Jacuzzi / Hot Tub attached to the private pool. It got windy and cold on some days (hot and sunny on others). The Jacuzzi allowed us to enjoy a hot soak day or night when temperatures dropped. The on-call Butler service via WhatsApp was efficient and useful. Whatever we needed was a quick text message away. Always friendly and accomodating. Villa was serviced and cleaned twice a day, and with our Well-being package we got juices, fruit and healthy bowls of food in the afternoon. I knew this hotel was more isolated and that was fine for us, and the food options on site were fine for a one week stay. However, if you are planning multiple day trips from Banyan Tree then the transport may get tedious as it’s a fair distance from Hue and Hoi An. If you want a relaxing and pampered stay that feels miles away from the problems of the outside world, this is your place.

Banyan Tree Lang Co, in Da Nang Area is certainly one of the best resorts we have visited, in Asia, and possibly in the world; first and foremost - the service is attentive and maticulous; the rooms are spacious, the private pools are wonderful. the public area - swimming pool and the beach are just fantastic; food quality is decent; only thing we did not appreciate was the private BBQ grill in the villa; it is one of the resorts that we would like to come back to; highly recommended

Wow!! I cannot stress how beautiful this holiday was. The staff were absolutely incredible, nothing was too much for them . They were helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. The villa was perfect. It was clean , comfortable and nothing hadn’t been thought of . The in room check in after a long journey was a perfect touch . Fresh fruit , tea. Coffee , fresh towels and toiletries were stocked up daily . On the last night we arrived back to a beautiful bath with petals and fresh fruit . All the small things matter to the staff here . I would 100% return . A perfect holiday made better by fabulous staff and setting

We stayed in the lagoon view villa and could bird watch from the pool deck. There were kingfishers, bee eaters, jacanas, egrets and many other birds that came around. The pool was delightful and the perfect temperature. Using the bikes to get around the resort was fun. The beach is huge with very few people.

The Banyan Tree in Lang Co is a truly beautiful exceptional place to stay and enjoy all that Vietnam has to offer. The resort has exemplary accommodations in particular the hillside villas. They are simply superb. Built on a hillside and peninsula the hillside villas are truly peaceful, tranquil and relaxing for all families. In particular all of the staff at the resort are truly exemplar and really make the resort a great place for all types of vacations. Whether you are simply looking for a peaceful relaxing retreat the resort packs in abundance. If you fancy the hustle and bustle of the local major cities Hue, Hoi An and Da Nang are also in very close proximity. You can enjoy the hustle of any city and the retreat to the resort for rest, relaxation and superb food in any of the choice of restaurants at the resort. The Banyan Tree resort is also twinned with the adjoining Angsana resort next door where the Banyan Tree guests can also enjoy all amenities offered there too, including an 18 hole golf course within the Lang Co hillside. In arrival each guest party is allocated to a villa host. The Villa host provide a great service for arranging local water sports, booking restaurants, arranging day trips and simply attending to each and every need one would ever need whilst staying here. The BT resort team have simply done themselves proud during our stay and we would wholly recommend for all types and sizes of families.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, though it felt somewhat dated and perhaps didn’t quite match the high expectations we had for the price point — it’s more reminiscent of a property that would have been luxurious 15 years ago. We visited during the off-season, so the hotel wasn’t very busy, and unfortunately the weather wasn’t ideal. The restaurants lacked atmosphere, and the resort overall felt a bit like a ghost town, perhaps because many facilities are spread out and shared with the neighboring Asanya Hotel. On the positive side, we had an excellent massage at the spa and really enjoyed the breakfast selections. We dined at both on-site restaurants, and Saffron Thai was fantastic, particularly for the views. All staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. One minor concern was that our first morning’s walk along the beach revealed quite a bit of rubbish, though we did notice staff collecting it the following day.

In a formerly war torn part of Vietnam, this hotel stands as a wonderful oasis of peace and tranquility. We can't speak too highly of this hotel to which we return every year. The rooms - we stayed in a sea view hill pool villa - have fantastic views and are huge providing a real sense of space and privacy. The quality of the food is excellent as well but what makes this place truly exceptional is the quality of service. The staff are so friendly and go to huge lengths to ensure guests' stays are as close to perfection as possible. Its the little touches that we liked - lovely birthday cake and tree planting ceremony on birthdays and the traditional Vietnamese afternoon tea experience.

We had the most AMAZING time at the Banyan Tree Lang Co. Our beach pool villa was incredible. The pool has a great size for swimming and the jacuzzi is heated. And you are just a short walk from the beach and you have a beautiful view of the beach from the comfort of the Villa. While we were there we enjoyed a deep tissue couples massage, which was one of the best massages I ever had - the masseuse totally made the bump at the back of my neck disappear. I am just in awe of her technique! We also enjoyed dinner twice at the Saffron Restaurant, which has some of the best Thai food we ever had. The chef comes to greet her guests personally and the staff is just wonderful. And this is true for the overall experience here - the staff was so professional, friendly and thoughtful. We even received little gifts every evening and there is also a complimentary snack brought to you in the afternoon. The Watercourt Restaurant where breakfast is served is also very, very good and the staff will prepare delicious dishes for you on demand and also cut fresh fruit for you! Unfortunately, I do not have all the names of the incredible staff we met, but a big THANK YOU to Mi, Ngan, Hai and the manager Dao. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will hopefully be able to come back soon ❤️

Since our arrival until our check out, our time at the Banyan Tree Lang Co has been fabulous. The only negative is that we stayed for only 5 nights. I wish it could have been more. Our lagoon view villa was beautiful, designed in a traditional style. Our preference over a large scale hotel resort. We had the use of bicycles for our stay which was perfect for getting around the complex. Lovely little paths and pretty lantern lit bridges to cycle or walk through. We ate in all the restaurants over the course of our stay and also tried out Rice Bowl next door in the Angsana hotel. Every meal was delicious with exceptional service. We had what’s app chat with our own villa host which felt personal. We enjoyed the beach with stunning sea views. Staff there would bring us complementary sorbet, water and snacks each day. We also enjoyed a couples massage in the spa. Another lovely experience. I have to say the staff really made the difference. Stand out service, smiles and hellos from everyone. We have stayed in lovely resorts in the past but the Bayan Tree Lang Co truly stands out. Would love to return.

Our Villa Host, Man was amazing!!!! Super friendly, responsible, helpful, spontaneous and personable!!!! He has exceeded my expectations every time! An absolute super staff you have!!! The Villa was clean and comfortable. Privacy was respected. Cleaning staff were quick and quite thorough. I also really like the maintenance option you have on the website so I can report any defects, which were all taken care of at the indicted time. A big thumbs up for your maintenance team too! Greeters at the restaurants were all great! They remembered us by face and our orders from the day before…..amazing! Shi was particularly attentive!!!! Your Spa is also of high standard…… loved the massages!!!! Ladies there were skillful and gentle!❤️ In general, our stay with you was great! 다낭에서 너무 멀다 많이 떨어지는 접근성에 비해서 셔틀 운영은 개선이 필요하다 리조트가 평화롭고 청결하고 직원들도 친화적이고 거의 모든 부분 완벽했다 특히 담당 직원이 아주 친절했고 기분 좋고 편안한 분위기였다 그 외 마주치는 모든 직원들이 거의 다 친절했다 하지만 상황에 맞지 않는 식당 입장시 드레스코드 요구는 이해 할 수가 없었다 그리고 바닷가쪽 식당을 낮에 매일 이용했었는데 남자 직원은 교육이 필요할 것 같다 이유없이 실실 웃고 (친절한 미소가 아닌 불쾌한 표정) 내 영어 발음을 지적했다 못 알아들은게 아니라 말 그대로 지적을 했다 샌드위치 잘라달라는 말이었는데 참 어이가 없었다
다낭에서 너무 멀다 많이 떨어지는 접근성에 비해서 셔틀 운영은 개선이 필요하다 리조트가 평화롭고 청결하고 직원들도 친화적이고 거의 모든 부분 완벽했다 특히 담당 직원이 아주 친절했고 기분 좋고 편안한 분위기였다 그 외 마주치는 모든 직원들이 거의 다 친절했다 하지만 상황에 맞지 않는 식당 입장시 드레스코드 요구는 이해 할 수가 없었다 그리고 바닷가쪽 식당을 낮에 매일 이용했었는데 남자 직원은 교육이 필요할 것 같다 이유없이 실실 웃고 (친절한 미소가 아닌 불쾌한 표정) 내 영어 발음을 지적했다 못 알아들은게 아니라 말 그대로 지적을 했다 샌드위치 잘라달라는 말이었는데 참 어이가 없었다

We stayed for 2 weeks and did not want to leave. The villa was beautiful, and the staff and service was the next level! We've never had such service at a hotel! Our host and hostess Tuan and Bich were amazing making sure we had everything we needed, even arranging foot baths for us when we returned to our villa after a long day sight seeing. If you want a hotel to totally unwind, away from shops etc then this is the place to go! Extra thank you to all the staff in the restuarants and the pool guys who looked after us every day as we relaxed. Also if you get the chance do try the spa as the deep tissue massage was the best I've had.

It was clear that the lockdown has caused some devastation to tourist industry in Vietnam. However, I am not at all impressed by their policy of taking deposit without my permission. They took deposit from my debit card instead of just swiping, on the 9th May and they still ( 2 June) owe me the difference from deductions of our spend. They assured me it would be refunded within a week! We are on a 6 week tour and if every hotel had employed this policy we would have no funds left on the charge card to live on. The staff at reception desk appeared very inexperienced. On the positive the cart drivers, chamber maids, gardeners were absolutely happy and provided service with a genuine smile. The a la cart food in the Vietnamese rest was amazing.

We stayed at Banyan Tree for 8 days / 7 nights, staying in an Ocean facing Pool Villa with Well-being Package. Highlights: Jacuzzi / Hot Tub attached to the private pool. Nous voulions tester une fois encore un Banyan Tree, voilà notre motivation lors de passage au Vietnam. Plutôt isolé des routes classiques du pays, mais cela participe à son charme. Heureusement une navette est disponible à l'aéroport. A organiser en amont, ce qui n'est pas forcément aisée. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'accueil personnalisé : fleur, voiturette, directement en chambre... à la hauteur de la réputation du groupe. Pas déçus non plus par la villa avec une décoration, des matériaux, un design de grande qualité. Coup de maître, il semble que nous soyons les seuls occupants tant il n'y a aucun vis à vis et pourtant une vue dégagée sur les espaces verts, tant depuis le jardin que la piscine privative. Idem pour le spa, qui accueille chaque hôte dans un spa individuel, un moment où se croire être Cléopâtre 😄. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. weather was atrocious which put a bit of a dampener on the stay but obviously the hotel cannot control that. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic if a little overwhelmed at peak times. Biggest gripe was lack of food and beverage choices with only 2 restaurants open and limited menu items. Food quality was okay, not great given the cost of it relative to outside the resort.

The beach view villa, with pool and jacuzzi was amazing. A very relaxing holiday. The staff were very attentive. The beach is a vast stretch of sand with a nice wavey sea, still quite safe for bathing. A fabulous location. Very nice to have Vietnamese restaurants but we would have liked more choice. The Azura did provide an Italian menu but it was quite limited.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, though it felt somewhat dated and perhaps didn’t quite match the high expectations we had for the price point — it’s more reminiscent of a property that would have been luxurious 15 years ago. We visited during the off-season, so the hotel wasn’t very busy, and unfortunately the weather wasn’t ideal. The restaurants lacked atmosphere, and the resort overall felt a bit like a ghost town, perhaps because many facilities are spread out and shared with the neighboring Asanya Hotel. On the positive side, we had an excellent massage at the spa and really enjoyed the breakfast selections. We dined at both on-site restaurants, and Saffron Thai was fantastic, particularly for the views. All staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. One minor concern was that our first morning’s walk along the beach revealed quite a bit of rubbish, though we did notice staff collecting it the following day.

This place is heaven. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. Everyone has a smile and spread positive energy. The resort is great, the villas enchanting - we were completely satisfied. The best thing was that my wife is highly allergic and is dependent on gluten-free food. We have never eaten so well gluten-free. They made all dishes safely gluten-free and possible for celiac disease. We will be back again. Special thanks to the staff Bich and Dao Hoang who made everything possible for us and ensured that my wife could eat safely.

The property truly shines amidst a backdrop of breathtaking nature, meticulously landscaped gardens, and a pristine beach. The staff exhibited exceptional promptness and friendliness throughout our stay. Celebrating my birthday there was made unforgettable by the thoughtful surprises they orchestrated during the day. However, there were some notable lapses in attention to detail. Upon entering our villa, a strong damp odor greeted us, and the white wine served was barely chilled in all restaurants. The main bar, while elegantly designed, oddly featured a large screen playing Netflix at a volume reminiscent of a local pub, which seemed out of place for a luxury hotel. To add to the culinary letdowns, the expensive pizza at the Italian restaurant left much to be desired, falling below the quality of even frozen options found in local supermarkets. We raised our concerns, and the restaurant kindly removed it from our bill. Perhaps the most puzzling experience was being charged for a flimsy cloth washbag containing hotel amenities like a toothbrush and haircomb. It left us wondering how such bags could be reused. In conclusion, our stay was enjoyable, but it could have easily transitioned from great to exceptional had these seemingly small yet important details not detracted from the overall experience, especially given the premium price tag.

We had the most AMAZING time at the Banyan Tree Lang Co. Our beach pool villa was incredible. The pool has a great size for swimming and the jacuzzi is heated. And you are just a short walk from the beach and you have a beautiful view of the beach from the comfort of the Villa. While we were there we enjoyed a deep tissue couples massage, which was one of the best massages I ever had - the masseuse totally made the bump at the back of my neck disappear. I am just in awe of her technique! We also enjoyed dinner twice at the Saffron Restaurant, which has some of the best Thai food we ever had. The chef comes to greet her guests personally and the staff is just wonderful. And this is true for the overall experience here - the staff was so professional, friendly and thoughtful. We even received little gifts every evening and there is also a complimentary snack brought to you in the afternoon. The Watercourt Restaurant where breakfast is served is also very, very good and the staff will prepare delicious dishes for you on demand and also cut fresh fruit for you! Unfortunately, I do not have all the names of the incredible staff we met, but a big THANK YOU to Mi, Ngan, Hai and the manager Dao. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will hopefully be able to come back soon ❤️

Lovely hotel and staff. We had 2 bed heated pool villa. The pool heating was,not on for 2 days, even though we paid for a heated pool room. That was very disappointing. Other than that I stay was very nice. Whole property is well maintained, clean. Breakfast was very nice. They is a lady there who is really attentive and made special requests for us. A really asset for the hotel. Forgotten her name.

Just amazing and beyond!!!! Simply put, we can’t wait to come back and my teen kids were literally begging to come back even before we left.

This really was an unbelievably good stay. The resort is amazing and the staff could not be more helpful. The breakfast options are epic We stayed at a beach villa which was beautiful. In fact, we practically lived in it for the time that we were there The only downside is that it is isolated so you are only able to visit this resort and its sister resort. There are no restaurants nearby or shops
