Highly convenient and clean stay, just a bit tight on space. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, and the room rates are very competitive for the area. I was especially impressed by the staff, who were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful. As for the room, it was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning functioned well without any unpleasant odors. The only minor drawback is the limited floor space—it was a struggle to find enough room to open our suitcases. Aside from the luggage space issue, everything else was excellent.

Pros: Great location next to the train station and Dotonbori. Many restaurants close by and Lawson convenient store is just next door. Free breakfast every day and open bar from 2 pm to 10 pm where one can mix their own alcohol drinks or soft drinks. It’s very refreshing after a long day. There are tables with outlets in the breakfast area. Cons: room is very tiny. There is just room for a bed and a desk. Bathroom is an entire unit of shower, toilet and sink. If you are over 6 ft tall, please reconsider. It requires acrobatic skills. There is no daily cleaning but fresh towels are delivered every day. One area I think the hotel should improve is that the sheet doesn’t cover up the entire mattress, which is odd to see. Sanitary? Don’t know. Overall: Staff is very friendly and neighborhood looks safe. Keypad to get in after midnight. Keypad to get into the room. Would I book again, yes. My family? probably not. They aren’t used to tiny hotel rooms.

We stayed for three nights in Osaka. This hotel checked all that we needed: ample room for the three of us, complimentary breakfast, and proximity to Dotonburi and the metro station. We arrived early and the staff allowed us to check in without issue. There is an open bar from 2pm to 9pm on every day! The rooms are typical of hotel rooms in Japanese: compact and neat. The bathroom was like those on a cruise ship, very small but with a bathroom and shower room. Breakfast is complimentary from 6:30am to 9:00am so earlier than the other hotels we have stayed in, but they make up for it with variety and taste. There is fried chicken one day and takoyaki the next. There is even a Robodog to entertain us! I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly!
