The concept of the hotel is excellent. It is a modernised set of traditional mexican homes. There are two pools. The hotel is very clean. The food is very good. The location is central and near to all attractions. My criticism is that there is no coffee machine/tea in the rooms, no robes or towels in the rooms to go out to the pools, one of the pools is next to the restaurant so is a bit odd you would be the only one in a swimming suit, no shower gel provided.

What a delightful, comfortable hotel. Our room and bathroom were both very large, clean and stylish. Service was good. The shower was huge, and the water hot. Breakfast included with room was generous and delicious—full breakfast meal from menu, good choices, plus juice and fruit and coffee and toasted baguette. Location is just 1 block from Cortez Palace and main square, two blocks from cathedral and Brady museum. We would be glad to stay here again.
