La zona de aparcamiento está muy mal , así que recomiendo por 16 euros el día el parking del propio hotel, pero reservarlo antes. La zona es de 10 está todo cerca y se puede ver Sevilla a pie desde el hotel. El personal del Hotel de 10, nos atendió una chica que fue súper maja y nos ayudó a indicarnos bien por donde ir. This is more like a service apartment - with full kitchen (but you\'d better clean it well if you use it, or there will be extra cleaning charge, and a "studio". Much more roomy than regular hotels. The premise has laundramet. It is just across the river from Seville city center. Everywhere is walkable, and Seville seems to have an excellent bike path network. Lots of good local food options and grocery. It is a little bit out of the way from the train station, but taxi would be ust around ten euros.

L’appartement est très bien situé et accessible PMR. Il est très bien, conforme aux photos, assez bien équipé en vaisselle et propre. Par contre, les murs sont très fins et on a l’impression d’habiter avec les voisins ! Il y a un parking souterrain en supplément (16€ Par jour) par contre l’accès est très serré et il faut manœuvrer pas mal pour pouvoir accéder à tous les étages. Sinon inutile d’espérer se garer à l’extérieur, il n’y a jamais de place dispo.

Me gusto la ubicación, hosteleria y comercio cerca,y que admitan mascotas y dispongan de parking. No me gusto el estado descuidado del baño,humedad y juntas negras, y tener que pagar por un perro 12 e al dia,si admiten mascotas debe ir en el precio de la habitacion ,y si se estropea algo,para eso se deja una fianza de 200e.

Well maintained property and close to key tourist attractions. Parking is available for a additional fee (16 Euros per day I think); however it might be tricky to park. Had some issues with exiting the parking which wasnt straightforward at the time.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Séville, l'appartement Pierre & Vacances est idéalement situé et pres des commerces, bon accueil, propre et spacieux. Je rajouterai quelques ustensiles de cuisine tels que cuillères en bois, petites cuillères, verres à eau... et je mettrais des oreillers plus confortable (ceux ci étaient pour moi trop plat) un bémol sur l'état de la salle de bain, abord de la baignoire rouillé et le dessous de la brosse de toilette était sale. merci par avance cordialement

The reception was very welcoming, and the staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also great — very convenient and easy to access the Old Town, which we really appreciated. However, the overall sleep quality was quite poor. There seemed to be an air conditioning unit or some kind of machinery on the roof that ran constantly during the night, making it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, it resulted in two sleepless nights for our family. If we had stayed another night, I would have definitely asked to change rooms. It may be a small maintenance issue that just needs checking, as it doesn’t seem anyone has mentioned it before to reception. Hopefully, this can be looked into soon because otherwise, it’s a nice place with great staff and a very good location.

It's a motel-style apartment complex, fairly neat and clean for this type of accommodation. Friendly staff. Nice location walking distance to the old town (which attracted us to this particular property), paid parking right by the hotel. We liked the option of having a full kitchen and the washer! The room didn't have a toaster and a kettle, we requested both and staff has provided both. The not so nice: The beds are very uncomfortable. The sofa bed is old and gross. When it opens, two can sleep ALONG the sofa bed, so it's impossible to get up at night without disturbing the other person. We spent there two nights and definitely would not be able to stay longer. You can hear the noise of the neighbors, or people leaving early in the morning. When folks smoke outside of their units the smoke funnels inside if you open a window.

We stayed in apartment 7. Not sure about the other rooms but our was a large apartment with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a sitting area. It was actually surprising how large the room was. Overall the room was clean and nice. The bathroom could use some updating. The shower has a small glass panel and the water sprays all over the floor. The area is great and easily walkable to everything. Lots of restaurants and markets nearby including the Triana market. This would be a great place to stay for a family on an extended stay in Seville.

The property is in a great location and was very clean. The person who greeted us was very willing to share local knowledge with us. The suite was very large and well equipped. However, the wifi only worked at one end of the apartment, as we came in the door. The hot water to the shower had pathetic pressure, making hair washing particularly a trial. We could hear noises from the apartment above us most of the night but there is no night person to report that to in hopes of getting the noise to abate.

The apartment was a decent size for our family of (4), is in a good location for walking into the old town (about a 10 min walk) and the kitchen was fully stocked. There was always someone at the front desk to help with questions, even on Christmas Eve. (wow!) We would definitely stay here again

Nous sommes arrivés à minuit avec un enfant de trois ans, et à notre grande surprise, la réception était fermée et il n’y avait absolument personne sur place. Le numéro affiché à l’entrée nous a mis en relation avec une personne qui nous a simplement répondu qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire, car elle se trouvait à Barcelone. Une expérience très décevante, surtout avec un jeune enfant en pleine nuit.

The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, the sofa bed was quite worn and could benefit from replacement. The reception staff were friendly, but at times somewhat abrupt. For example, we were not permitted to enter the garage until the parking fee was paid, despite the car being safely pulled over on the roadside, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, at checkout we were required to remove the car from the garage immediately, even though there were plenty of available spaces and ongoing parking availability.

Cuentan con estacionamiento propio que si no mal recuerdo por la noche completa fueron €16, la primera señorita que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos explico paso por paso, incluso nos hizo algunas recomendaciones, la segunda señorita no fue tan agradable, el lugar está bien pero no sé nos dijo nada al respecto del calentador, así que nos bañamos con agua fría, incluso cuando bajamos a preguntar y dijeron teníamos que esperar, el lugar está en una buena ubicación, nosotros caminamos de ahí hasta los lugares mas turisticos

Advertised as being able to accomodate 6 people but that is untrue and may at best accomodate a max of 4 people. Staff was very unhelpful and seemed to not want to be bothered. Property would benefit from having a compilation of nearby attractions or even just be able to show the many restaurant options in the nearby vicinity. I will NOT revisit this peoperty.

The space was ample and clean. Beds including sofa were comfortable. All of the people at the reception were beyond helpful and very warm. We had everything we needed, amazing location, 15 min walking distance from the center. Near all of the historical landmarks. Loved it!!! Will stay with them for all future travel.

Ideal location, close to central Sevilla (20 mins walk) but with bars and restaurants close by. Apartment spacious, modern with good fixtures and fittings, comfy bed. Didn't use sofa bed in lounge as a bed, but arm appeared faulty, otherwise ok.
