Looking at the high rating of the hotel and what I saw once I arrived it doesn’t match. Our room had bed bugs and the air conditioning wasn’t cleaned since it was installed. The beds were so uncomfortable that I woke up 4 times with awful back pain. I expected more. The staff were friendly. But this is the only positive thing I can tell from my experience. I expected more from what I read in the reviews and the high rating that the hotel has.

The room was clean which was nice. However, There were wires hanging out of the ceiling in our room where a smoke detector had once been. Overall not the worst experience but not the best.

Rooms are ALWAYS CLEAN AND fully STOCKED. Property is old but maintenance greatly improved, even picking up after pets better. Nick, Sarah, and Dallas at the front desk are AMAZING! So helpful and kind. Cleaning lady and housekeepers are do an excellent job and are so friendly. I stay here at least 2-3 times per month.. and it’s very comfortable
