I want my money and my vacation days back. This was a grimy, unhealthy, unsafe place. No swimming pool, no hot tub, the fireplace did

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind. Parking was a horror. Parking is tight and very limited. We were looking forward to swimming and going in the hot tub. When we got there they informed us that the swimming pool and hot tub were out of service. They told me we could use the public pool at the community center for free. We were hoping to soak in the hot tub each night before bed. I plan on staying again next year we are hoping all of the stuff will be fix as it is coming under new ownership

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were larger than I expected. The pool was under repair during our visit but the sign at the front desk said they had an option to use the community center facilities. This was a nice gesture, although we did not use the option for our short visit. We enjoyed a cup of coffee from the local coffee shop on the beach in the morning, which was perfect.

The room was ok. Staff are friendly. I have been coming to seahorse since I was a kid (over 30 years) and the main reason I take my own kids and family is for the pool and especially the outdoor hot tub. They were BOTH closed. I know stuff happens and they did give us the option to go down the street to the community center pool. It was just all very disappointing for my kids and myself. It seemed like the hot tub was completely drained and the pool was just closed for no apparent reason? No explanation, no date of resolution. The hotel itself is fine, views are the best (windows could use a wash to see better out of) but the pool/hot tub is the star of the show! I’ll book again, probably.

The view was awesome. But the swimming pool was out of order, the toilet would not plush and the window would not close all the way. Not to mention we got locked out of our room. The bed was as pretty comfortable. And there was some shady characters hanging around the beach across area.
