Quite oldish hotel which needs renovation. We had our room on 16th floor and still it was quite noisy. Swimming pool had awesome view but there were only 3 sun lounger and this area especially needs renovation. Breakfast room had nice city view. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Booked 2 inter-connecting rooms. The good - Large size rooms with large flat screen TV and ok amenities - Location - 2 minutes from Asoke BTS - the power sockets could accept all types of adaptors so there wouldn't be a need for universal adaptors The average The gym was small but had what I needed. Dumbbells up to 25kg, treadmill, multipurpose machine Mattress was not too firm but when one person moved, the other would be disturbed The minus Pillows were a little too flat Lift was stuffy Swimming pool was too small We didn't experience too long of a wait for the lifts like some other guests had experienced though, which was great.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and we had been trapped in the elevator twice in two different days. There was one false fire alarm in one mid night after we fall asleep. There was no power in one evening for nearly 2 hours. After power was resumed, the air-conditioning was no function properly for an hour. The sound insulation is terrible. Lot of noise from trains, car and motorbikes making it difficult to get asleep.

Everything about the Continent was decent/good except for their lift. Horrible being stuck in it on 4 times during a 5 day stay. It keep going to the 38th floor when it refused any button commands and only "reset" at the 38th floor for subsequent button inputs.

We stayed at The Continent Hotel in Bangkok and landed one of the corner rooms, which gave us gorgeous city views that honestly did a lot of heavy lifting for the entire stay. The room itself was a decent size, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had good space… but you could tell it was holding onto its youth by a thread. The shower head kept falling apart like it was trying to escape, and the caulking around the glass looked suspiciously like black mold. Hopefully it was just… creatively aged. Noise wise, prepare yourself. Day or night, the soundtrack of Bangkok never really stops. Beautiful views, but zero peace and quiet. The rooftop restaurant came with great views, too, but that’s pretty much where the benefits ended. It’s small, overpriced, and nothing special unless you just want a photo. The rooftop pool followed the same theme: tiny, outdated, and more “Instagram backdrop” than “swim and relax.”On the bright side, the location is super convenient and the staff were genuinely wonderful. They were the standout part of the whole hotel. Overall: solid location and pretty views, but the facilities could definitely use some love. Not terrible… just a little tired.

Good location which is near Asoke BTS, room is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Strong water pressure and amazing for shower. Love the theme of the hotel, the skybar and restaurants are beautiful decorated. Few negative points are: The window is not soundproof so you can still hear the noises from main road. The lifts are very slow and hot, almost no air in the elevator.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and saw small cockroach every night. Maybe we were unlucky as my friends in another two rooms did not see cockroach. Anyway, it's terrible experience as we didn't expect this happening in a relatively pricey hotel. The breakfast was lack of choices and the pool is very small. Not recommended.

Rooms don’t match the photos. The pool is super small. No hot tub. Middle of the night tv would turn on from other rooms trying to connect music to it. Had to ask to clean the room. It smelled.

お湯がすぐに出ない事に対し、対応はしてくれだが5-10分位しないとお湯が出なかった。3日目に部屋の交換を申し入れると対応してくれたが、こちらから言うより先に交換の提案があった方が良い。部屋のクリーンの表示が壊れており3日の掃除はされていなかった。

I stayed at the hotel for two days with three friends. My room didn't seem to have any major problems, but my friends' rooms didn't. Of course, I did not have high expectations that the smoking room would not be properly prepared in the middle of the night, but basic amenities were not prepared at all, and there was even only one towel and no indoor slippers. Of course, I found out later that my friend couldn't communicate in English. At first, I thought that disposable items were not provided out of concern for the environment, but my friend was very angry when she confirmed that everything was provided in my room. That friend's rooms are rooms 904 and 907. This was the first time I experienced anger at a hotel of this price. So my position became difficult. This is because they were business guests whom I brought as a gift.

I really like staying in the hotel, the service is friendly and efficient, but it has to be said the cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves a lot to be desired, form stained flooring to a bath that definitely hadn’t been cleaned since the previous user of the room had finished with it. The bathroom cleanliness was an issue with both stays I had at the hotel this week. Everything else was spot on!

The Staff is very friendly. Location is just great nearby the BTS station Asok. The rooms are not super big but nice. The only thing to complain is the noise from the street. We stayed in a Skyview room on 23rd floor and the windows are very poorly insulated. So be prepared to sleep with ear plugs ;-)

Rooms are small and very dimly lit. Not a bright room at all and you want to get out into the light of day. THE BLIND BETWEEN ROOM AND BATHROOM WAS BROKEN.THE CHAIR WAS WOBBLY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED DURING STAY. Breakfast was good and specially the fruit selection was great.

I had the trouble with door open on the 3rd night. It took 2 hrs finally broken the door and took my luggage, then changed to another room. In the beginning, the hotel did not any compensation until I asked. It was a terrible experience.

The staff was the worst. No greeting when I walked past the front desk. The men in the doaman felt like they were staring at me. The level of customer service, especially from the front desk staff, was terrible. The staff member who cooked the eggs for breakfast also answered our questions with a tongue lashing. I will never go there again.

I had a great stay at The Continent Hotel in Bangkok! The location is perfect—right in the middle of the city, close to everything. It can be a little noisy from the street, but I didn’t mind at all since I love being in the heart of the action. The only small downside was that the elevator didn’t have air conditioning, which was a bit unusual. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again!

This is a high-rise hotel built on a very narrow plot of land. It looks like a luxurious hotel at first glance, almost like a theatrical stage set, but it feels like the facilities were not very expensive. The shower also didn’t provide hot water. However, the breakfast venue is on the 35th floor with a fantastic view, and the breakfast itself is excellent.
