Very nice property. For a few dollars more we chose a suite. Nice room. Very clean. Enjoyed the indoor heated pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Parking was easy. Breakfast above avg. Room was not cleaned. Shower leaked to the bath area. We did not towels and we used the ones we had for the floor. We requested fresh towels and the front girl got us those. But the wet towels were left on the floor. The rooms need to be cleaned and refreshed every day. Fresh towels. The shampoo and other were basically out.

I was very happy with the comfort of the room and the pool. In the middle of the night the room got very warm and switched on the air conditioner only to find out that it blew out hot air only. I contacted the front desk and the man there tried to help fix it but was unable to. He offered to switch our room, but it was already 2am and i was traveling with 2 young children. The room was 77 degrees overnight. I wouldve been very happy here, if it were not for this issue. We were staying only one night, the maintenance man came only as we were checking out at 10am to fix this issue.

The staff was very friendly. The front desk lady greeted me every morning I got off the elevator as I went for breakfast. the rooms were roomy and very clean. The cleaning staff was very friendly and quick to get us anything we needed. I would certainly stay here again.

Great for a one night stay. The bed was confortable and air conditioning worked well. The sheets did have a stain. And the bathroom shower had mold in the grout- those were the only 2 negatives. But over all it was in a safe feeling location, close to a few shopping centers with multuple options for food.

Housekeeping left my door open several hours, never cleaned the room. Any one could’ve taken anything out of my room… luckily know one did. Another person said the same thing happened to her.. very strange

The only complaint we have is that the bed was supper hard and thr pillows.... well what pillows. You might was well have just slept with out them. Our necks where so sore for the week after and our backs are still hurting.

We stayed in one of the recently refinished rooms and while a bit small, it was new, comfortable and clean. I was most impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of the staff at the hotel, especially the front desk. It's been awhile since I've been greeted in such a friendly manner, even remembering my name at check-out, and had such a hassle-free experience. We stayed over a tournament weekend and it was busy but I thought the hotel handled it well.

There are restaurants a short drive away but nothing in walking distance. You can hear the road and the ac is very loud, which doesn’t bother me but might be a problem for others. Nice staff, clean, affordable.
