This hotel was very clean and well run. The bed was very comfortable and the location is fairly quiet. The location is very convenient to shopping, both for groceries and nice stores. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and was included. The fitness center was adequate, but could use some mats for stretching. Parking was convenient under the building.

Our daughter lives nearby, so we've stayed in several different Glendale hotels, and this was our best stay so far. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and it is within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shopping. Parking is particularly easy (if not inexpensive).

The room condition and cleanliness was good. I was also satisfied with Breakfast. But the overnight parking fee was so expensive. It was $48 even though self-parking. That's too bad.

I have been staying at Marriott hotels quite a bit recently. They are consistently a good hotel to stay. I feel safe when traveling alone. The staff is always courteous and helpful. My only regret is that this property does not have a restaurant but there a ton of options within a block or two and very walkable. You can also order Uber eats.

I would have given the overall a 5 star but we had to pay $40 for parking per day and all street parkings were metered and limited time. However, our experience had been very pleasant and staff were all very kind & helpful. And even though we have to pay extra for parking, we would consider staying here again.

Our room smelled a little off, and had an air conditioning unit on the floor in the room with the window held together by duct tape, kind of weird. The location was great, the breakfast was really nice, the kids loved the pool and hot tub.

This is such a comfortable place to stay. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Breakfast is solid. I just wish there was daily cleaning. I’ll ask for it next time.

The location is excellent and overall the property was clean. We stayed 4 days and they don’t offer room service except for in the third day. We stayed for four days. No one came by to clean our room the entire time. We mentioned it to the front staff, the response was “ well it may or may not be on the third day, it’s random”. Even after we mentioned it, nobody took the initiative to have house keeping clean our room. Didn’t really feel like the front staff cared at all, spoke with three seperate people about this issue and they just stared at me and gave an excuse about why the room was not cleaned. Although location was good would probably not stay here again. I felt very ignored by the front staff.

Lovely hotel overall. There are lots of pros and only one con, but the con was a biggie for me (but maybe not for others) so here we go.... Pros.....incredibly friendly staff, they always greeted us whenever we were coming or going. Easy parking, $35/day which isn't bad in Glendale. Nice breakfast as well, lots of different options. Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. We asked that we be in a room away from elevators or noise since I am a light sleeper and they put us in a very quiet room so that was a bonus. The only Con was the water pressure and that's a biggie for me since I have long hair. The bathroom faucet was pretty much a joke and it took forever for me to clean my face because of the small amount of water coming out of it. The shower had such awful water pressure that it literally took me 5 minutes to wash out the shampoo (which kind of defeats the purpose of water-saving shower heads, right?). When I travel, we don't spend too much time in the room. We really just want a nice, clean hotel where we can sleep comfortably and have a nice shower. 2 out of 3 isn't bad, and maybe for some a good shower isn't that important. But for me, it's kind of a deal breaker. Would we stay here again? It's possible, but we are going to give the surrounding hotels a try first to see how those are compared to this one.

Staff was excellent. We checked in at night time and Christina was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options. Portable AC unit in our room made a bit of noise and at one time tripped the breaker to the main room. I would stay here again, but a bit pricey for a room with temp portable AC that is taped up exhaust to window.

After a long day with the family at a theme park, we checked in here around 11pm. Check in was uneventful. When we got to the room, well, look at the pics. There's some type of space A/C unit duct and blue taped to the window. The Thermostat on the wall was inoperative and the one on the space unit was in Celsius only (couldn't figure out how to change it to F). Anyway, my wife called the front desk and they made minimal effort to accommodate us. We were told that we were a late check-in and that's basically what we get. This whole mess could have been avoided with a little communication and compassion from the front desk. We won't be back.

Christina at Front Desk was friendly, helpful, and welcoming! The room had a full kitchen with cookware and dishware. The complimentary breakfast included both pork and turkey sausage patties, scrambled eggs, and diced potatoes as well as a waffle maker. Alejandro, whom worked the breakfast area, was a rock star! He kept the area clean and well stocked all while catering to the demands of every guest each one seeming to have a special request. He did it all with a friendly, professional, positive attitude! I didn’t notice the price tag on parking while making the reservation so that came as a shock. I’m not a seasoned traveler so this was a new lesson. Front Desk and Housekeeping responded quickly at 10:30 pm after we checked in and asked for additional pillows. I did not notice a safe in the room. There is a small sundries market by the Front Desk. The sink faucet in the bathroom was sticking. One electrical outlet by the television was not operational.

no bell man, no carts so i had to drag my heavy items in 3 trips. front desk guy didnt even bother to offer help even though they dont have bell man or carts available. he said he would call when it is available and never did. finally went down and got my own which barely worked, kept bumping into the wall. for the price they charge, they should offer some sort of assistance. also $12 for bottle of water. crazy

The staff went above and beyond especially the manager ! Made the transition of changing rooms so perfectly smooth. Anything you request they remember and follow up. I stay at 5 stars like four seasons and I would say the standards are stellar! Ty so much

I have stayed in this hotel a lot of times, however the experience I had this time was unexpectedly bad because the hotel staff were absolutely awful and rude, especially the manager for that night!!!!!!!! Never will I ever go back to this place!!!!!

Enjoyed the breakfast, our beautiful room, the pool and hot tub! The fabulous Americana at Brand outdoor Mall is a ten minute walk away! Raffi’s Armenian/Persian restaurant is right behind the hotel and the amazing Porto’s Bakery is a short walk away. The AMC theater is on Groupon, too. We loved our stay and highly recommend it!

When we were there we had 2 fire alarms. These people smoked weed at the second floor and were told are people from outside. This triggered an alarm at close to 11pm and we jumped out of bed. They said this story and which shows lack of proper security around this property. We were there for 4 nights and we were scared with a small kid. Hotel is new but location is a question.

This hotel is honestly one of the best hotels we have stayed at as a family! Nice rooms with a kitchen! And when you’re traveling with young kids a fridge is sooo nice! And the breakfast exceeded my expectations! Usually it’s just some random yogurt and cereal. This place put on a very nice spread for it being complementary with your stay. The hotel is in walking distance to a lot of nice shops and a mall. I will definitely be coming back to stay!

We enjoyed our 3-night stay. The hotel is close to shopping mall, restaurants and bars, everything is in walkable distance. We booked the one bedroom suite for two kids and three adults. Beds are comfy and the suite was spacious. Breakfast was delicious and plenty.

Have stayed at this particular property several times. One reason has been for the breakfast. But during our last stay the breakfast was really unpleasant. Super crowded, no place to sit, running out of food, cutlery, dishes, plies of dirty dishes. The place was mobbed. Not nice.

Great hotel in a safe convenient location. Hotel can very clean, well maintained with friendly staff. Breakfast options were great but it was the same menu everyday. Also, breakfast timings for weekdays could extend by 30 mins. Overall a great hotel in a safe location with many shopping and dining options closeby. My go to hotel in LA from now on.
