A escolha por esse hotel foi devido a ter estacionamento, o preço da hospedagem, ser central e na praça de uma das principais atrações: setas de Sevilha. O Maps não indicou como chegar a entrada da garagem do hotel , que é do lado da entrada principal. Para não ficar rodando em várias ruas estreitas e sem saber se pode acessar as calçadas com o carro, sugiro indicar no Maps Setas de Sevilha. O hotel é simples, o café da manhã não é muito variado, mas para nós foi conveniente. O pessoal do hotel é simpático e prestativo. O quarto é espaçoso (ficamos um voltado para o pátio interno). A cama muito confortável. A região tem tudo perto. Ficando no centro andamos mais de 10 km à pé por dia, o que fizemos em Mérida, Madri, Granada, Málaga e Marbella. Não foi possível ir até Gilbraltar de carro, pois era possível transitar por Portugal (onde alugamos o carro) e Espanha (seria muito cansativo a excursão de ônibus e aproveitamos Marbella)

Hotel che si trova nel centro storico di Siviglia, ottimo per visitare la città e mangiare, ma terribile per il parcheggio. La stanza non ha una scrivania per poter lavorare (c'è ma é piccola ed occupata dalla TV), e sulle federe dei cuscini c'erano capelli di precedenti ospiti.

Location is great, walkable to lots of points of interest. This is a small older European type hotel. A little hard to find especially when driving. Parking is a block away in a public structure which costs 22 euro daily with no in and out privilege. We had a room with a little balcony facing the Metropol Parasol. Breakfast was adequate.

We were on the second floor and the room was decent but there was a sewage smell that doesn’t go away the whole time we were there. The rooftop was nice with the view, staff was friendly. Overall good location but the smell was bothersome.

Prime location for the hotel and our room was nice enough. Our check in experience was great, with the colleague giving us loads of recommendations and a map. We asked for an iron one night and a different person on reception said she didn't know where they kept them so couldn't help, which meant we had to wear creased clothes. Enjoyed the rooftop bar, but it was only open for one night of our stay which was a shame.

Ravie de mon séjour à Séville. Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter à pied près de Las Setas avec restaurants et bars aux alentours. Toutes les personnes de la réception sont accueillantes, gentilles et disponibles. Chambre un peu petite et mal insonorisée mais propreté correcte. Petits déjeuners copieux. Terrasse-bar sur le toit de l'hôtel avec vue sur la place qui mériterait de fermer un peu plus tard. Le prix de la nuitée est un peu élevé malgré tout.

The place is located in a really good area but the hotel was nasty. We arrived late at night and after we did the check when we got to the room we had the surprise that the bed and the shower had hairs!!! The place was nasty but we were really tired that we couldn’t move to another hotel. Instead we cleaned ourselves. Also, one of the receptionist was very rude. My recommendation is to pass this hotel and get another one, there are some around the area.

We loved the hotel's location, it was very easy to visit all of Seville's main sights from there. The room was spacious, and had a very comfortable bed despite the pillows being a little too soft (a choice of softer and harder pillows would have been ideal). The bathroom was big and modern and had a great powerful shower, though the towels felt as if they were made of cheap material - not great at drying and left tiny specks of fabric everywhere. Also, the bathroom had no windows and the ventilation fan didn't seem to be working which wasn't ideal (but not a dealbreaker either). Our room was in the patio, very close to the breakfast area, so we got woken up before 8 every morning by loud voices of guests waiting outside, as well as clattering of plates. The noise was the main downside but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The outside of the toilet bowl had visible stains (urine and hair) on arrival. Even after I reported it, the issue wasn’t cleaned for two days. Unhygienic and unacceptable.

The hotel is well positioned by the Parasol with lots of eating and drinking establishments nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly though the room itself was small and dark. We faced the front of the hotel and were disturbed by cleaning activity from the local authority plus noise from a lift in an adjacent property. WiFi connection was very good and the choice for breakfast was also good.

Ho prenotato in questa struttura accorgendomi dopo appena 6 minuti di aver sbagliato data (ho prenotato il 27-29/01 invece di 27-29/03), li ho contattati più volte chiedendo la modifica pagando la differenza ma sono stato totalmente ignorato, salvo poi ricevere qualche giorno fa le istruzioni per l’Early check-in. Non sono stato ospite della struttura e mai lo sarò, i soldi che ho buttato per errore mio e disonestà vostra basteranno per qualche scatola di imodium.

Le petit dejeuner est servi trop tard (à partir de 8h) si l'on.part en excursion ou a l'aéroport, il n'y a pas de possibilité de prendre à emporter. De plus la personne n'est pas aimable. Les chambres sont petites et sales. La douche a hydrojet est vétuste, il ne fait être ni grand, ni gros pour ce doucher. Seuls points positifs : l'emplecement et le personnel de la réception.

I disagree with Hotels.com's 4 star rating for this hotel. Insufficient daily necessities in the room. The hot food at the breakfast buffet was poorly prepared, especially the sunny-side-up eggs. The tableware is not clean. Compared to the quality of the food, the price is a bit high. Actually, many breakfast choices nearby the hotel. The location is good. One of the receptionist was helpful.

El hotel no es un cuatro estrellas. Está limpio y tiene muy buena ubicación pero por ejemplo hay cosas descuidadas como algún desconchón en las paredes. El desayuno es variado pero de pago, unos diez euros por persona. Eso sí,no hay ni un detalle. No tienes ni la típica botellita de agua pequeña como obsequio y los vasos del baño son dos vasos de plástico de usar y tirar. Un hotel de cuatro estrellas cuidaría esos detalles. Para mí gusto caro para lo que es.
