Apologies can’t say but keep receiving messages from hotel to comment on stay we could not undertake. Booked two bed apartment which was absolutely perfect months in advance but shortly before trip informed room no longer available. Offered smaller room but due to heath condition not suitable for our group of three people. Company kindly offered alternative accommodation though further out of centre which was more suitable for our needs after we contacted them.

The person at the reception has been very kind and efficient, very good! The room itself had some problems, micro wave did not work, there were no liquid soap enough for the shower.
