Amazing location with a view of the Galata tower from the window, you couldn't get closer to the action. We stayed in the attic room which was on the 3rd floor and perfectly adequate for a comfortable nights sleep after a busy days exploring. Staff were incredibly helpful and I would definitely recommend for a weekend break. Note - bring your own booze - there is no bar in the hotel, and this is not suitable for anyone that has mobility issues as it is located on a steep hill and there is no lift inside the building.

Great hotel for our 4 night trip to Istanbul. Super central and convenient location close to Galata Tower. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The in house coffee shop with resident cat was a very nice bonus. Rooms were excellent and well sound proofed so no noise from the street was heard. Would highly recommend people stay here for their trip to Istanbul.

You cannot beat this location in the middle of Gelata. Walk about 7-8 mins to the tram station to connect to the main areas as well. Sultanahmet is 4 stops away and iskitlal street is 5 mins from the hotel too. However, the property has no lift and the rooms are a bit cramped and infrastructure is old and needs to be done up for sure.

All the staff was incredibly helpful. They are very conveniently located to shops and dining. They do not offer food, but that can be found steps away. They are in an incredible location, close to the Galata Tower. We loved the restaurant right across the street from the tower. You will feel very welcome if you chose to stay at this hotel. We had a two bedroom, one bathroom suite. For a family or friends, it was perfect.

This is a very lovely boutique hotel with attached coffee shop. The rooms are modern, well decorated, and comfortable, but the best aspect is the service from the team. They go above and beyond to help you during your stay, and it's so nice returning to their welcoming faces and a cozy but busy coffee shop. Feels much more like a neighborhood experience than other hotels. Excellent location for walking around, lots of restaurants and bars, and we even had a leisurely walk back from the Old City. We were 2 friends traveling, but I would return as a solo female traveler too. The coffee shop stays open late and feels safe and welcoming to come back to + the hotel staff

Lovely small hotel on a lively street. The two bedroom with balcony was wonderful! Spacious and breezy. No elevator was a nuisance for us, as the room was on the 4th floor. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful!!

Galata Towers için harika bir otel asansör olmayışı üzücü olsada genel olarak otel manzarası ve güvenli bölgede sessiz bir noktada olması önemli. Dışarıda ki gürültü içeriye asla yansımıyor. Temiz ve hijyenik olması oldukça güzel. Kimin hatası bilmiyorum Rezerve öncesi Hotels, veya otelin ücretsiz şarabımız sunulmadı tek eksiği buydu.

An excellent find in one of the best locations in Istanbul. Travelled as a family of five and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Hats off to the gentlemen on the front desk and the manager for the warm welcome, assistance and advice about the area. The hotel is beautifully located. It is an easy walk to main attractions. It is also comfortable, clean accomodation.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was small but clean. Although the room was facing on the busy street, the windows were really good we couldn’t hear a thing. If I had a chance to go again I would happily stay there again. Highly recommend

갈라타탑 근처로 언덕에 이ㅛ어 트램으로 이동하기 너무 힘듭니다 호텔 엘리베이터 없어 체크아웃시에 캐리어를 가지고 내려와야 하는 어려움이 있습니다 조식은 제공되지 않았으나 몇가지 과일과 음료는 무료로 제공되었습니다 청결상태와 호텔 디자인은 좋았으나 객실에따라 갈라타탑을 전망할 수 없었습니다

Nice small hotel near the Galata tower. Room pluses: good air conditioning, clean, comfortable bed. Minuses: no storage, very small and a very loud call to prayer at 5:30 in the morning. The neighborhood was great; close to everything, we felt very safe and found terrific eating options close by.

Schöne Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip in Istanbul, direkt am Galata-Turm. Auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber.

We stayed in the Deluxe Suite at World House Boutique Hotel Galata. The room was clean, cute, and very spacious, though the online photos make it look more luxurious than it really is. When we arrived it was quite warm, but the air conditioning cooled it down quickly. The balcony was disappointing: it’s small and faces directly into an office building with people working late, so we had to keep the curtains closed. The overall hotel is great, especially the staff is very helpful. However, our room is quite noisy. The noise is from the restaurant/bar on the first floor. Every night the noise continues until 10-11pm. If you are sensitive to noise, you should avoid this hotel or make sure that the room you get is not noisy.

Charming small hotel in central location. We had a deluxe room on the 4th floor (401) with ‘partial sea view’ and balcony. The room was small, the balcony was nice but there is no sea view. It’s also important to call out that there is no elevator so we had to climb 79 steps up and down each time we left the room. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We would recommend the hotel but suggest requesting a room on a lower floor if you have any health or other concerns related to the stairs and skip the partial sea view room option.

Situated along a small alley street 0.1km away from Galata Tower. As mentioned by other reviews, hotel is indeed very new and clean with appealing interior design. Only minuses are no TV in room, wifi rather weak on 2nd & 3rd floor. But if u choose first floor, noise from street can be disturbing

This unique hotel is a gem. Our room in the attic had a view of Galata tower that was spectacular. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and are eager to make your stay enjoyable. I’d stay here again.

A charming, boutique, well located hotel with very friendly staff. The manager and front desk host were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The cafe has great coffee and food. I generally stay at Soho House but they were booked. What a surprise this hotel turned out to be. The hotel is on par with Soho and the price can't be beat! Don't hesitate to book.

It was the first time for my husband and I to Istanbul, we could not have ask for a better stay, from the day we arrived to our departure the staff was amazing and very helpful, always willing to help us or advice us. Our room was very spacious and clean, we were in the very busy area but didn’t get any issues with the noises from the street. In our next visit we will definitely be back .

The staff was great! From the check-in process to checkout! Felt at home. FIRAT, ANT, ISMAIL went above and beyond. We walked throughout the city and came to conclusion that this is the best location. Very walkable to most attractions.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was central, close to the old town, public transportation and the ferries and trams. The coffee shop was very good and a lot of shopping nearby. The room was comfortable with a fridge and very small safe. The staff were excellent, very helpful with dining suggestions, booking airport transfers and just getting around. A good value small hotel.

The hotel has been sympathetically renovated and is very tasteful. My room was just as advertised. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is in a central location near the Galata Tower. There are many gift shops and cafes on the same street as the hotel. The new Cat Museum (charming) is just round the corner, and the Dervish Museum is just up the hill. The ferries are about a 10 minute walk away, as are the Galata Bridge and the restaurants and shops around Beyoglu. The hotel is also close to the Tunel, the funiculaire which runs up and down the hill.

This unique hotel is a gem. Our room in the attic had a view of Galata tower that was spectacular. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and are eager to make your stay enjoyable. I’d stay here again.

Great hotel for our 4 night trip to Istanbul. Super central and convenient location close to Galata Tower. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The in house coffee shop with resident cat was a very nice bonus. Rooms were excellent and well sound proofed so no noise from the street was heard. Would highly recommend people stay here for their trip to Istanbul.

You cannot beat this location in the middle of Gelata. Walk about 7-8 mins to the tram station to connect to the main areas as well. Sultanahmet is 4 stops away and iskitlal street is 5 mins from the hotel too. However, the property has no lift and the rooms are a bit cramped and infrastructure is old and needs to be done up for sure.

Great location. Very friendly staff. This is a VERY small hotel. Only real issue, which is outside the hotel’s control, is that it is right next to a mosque, which blares the morning call to prayer over loudspeakers at sunrise every day, which was 5:12am when we visited. It goes on for a long time and is impossible to sleep through. Beware if you don’t plan to get up at that time.

Nice small hotel near the Galata tower. Room pluses: good air conditioning, clean, comfortable bed. Minuses: no storage, very small and a very loud call to prayer at 5:30 in the morning. The neighborhood was great; close to everything, we felt very safe and found terrific eating options close by.

A charming, boutique, well located hotel with very friendly staff. The manager and front desk host were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The cafe has great coffee and food. I generally stay at Soho House but they were booked. What a surprise this hotel turned out to be. The hotel is on par with Soho and the price can't be beat! Don't hesitate to book.

This boutique hotel is located in the bustling, vibrant Galata area. The room was perfect for my husband, myself, and my teenaged daughter, with a separate sitting area with twin bed for her. The room was mostly quiet except for call to prayer, which does happen in the middle of the night but didn’t really bother us. Also one night there was a party in the building across from us which was loud. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They organized travel from the airport and laundry service both of which were reasonably priced. The only problem is that the air conditioning units didn’t work well and it was incredibly hot in Istanbul when we were there. Also the coffe shop downstairs had limited options for breakfast. All in all it was a good hotel for a good price.

All the staff was incredibly helpful. They are very conveniently located to shops and dining. They do not offer food, but that can be found steps away. They are in an incredible location, close to the Galata Tower. We loved the restaurant right across the street from the tower. You will feel very welcome if you chose to stay at this hotel. We had a two bedroom, one bathroom suite. For a family or friends, it was perfect.

This is a very lovely boutique hotel with attached coffee shop. The rooms are modern, well decorated, and comfortable, but the best aspect is the service from the team. They go above and beyond to help you during your stay, and it's so nice returning to their welcoming faces and a cozy but busy coffee shop. Feels much more like a neighborhood experience than other hotels. Excellent location for walking around, lots of restaurants and bars, and we even had a leisurely walk back from the Old City. We were 2 friends traveling, but I would return as a solo female traveler too. The coffee shop stays open late and feels safe and welcoming to come back to + the hotel staff
