The room was spacious, the breakfast was plentiful, and we didn't have the time to test the spa facilities, therefore we cannot comment on them. Even though we did have the deluxe room with a balcony, our friends had a better view from the standard riverside double room (which had no balcony, but we didn't have use for that anyway). Heating via the A/C was a bit weak, so take that into consideration. On-site parking was available, but limited so that for the first night we had to park it at the nearby aquatics centre. If you don't want to dine at the hotel, there were plenty of restaurants on your way to the city centre.

J’ai réservé 2 chambres. Nous avons eu 4 car surclassés. C’est top cela fait 8 ans que nous venons dans cet hôtel. Avec le changement de propriétaire le parking est devenu gratuit. Il y a une boutique nous avec pu acheter des produits utilisés dans les douches et crèmes pour le corps ! Petit déjeuner top !

The cost of €16,00 each time we wanted to use the pool is a joke. We were not aware of this and the staff did not care. Wifi was horrible and the front desk had to give us a router to connect.

They advertise a lovely pool, BUT we were not allowed to use it without having to pay over 100 Euro over 3 days. We were not told this till too late. Message to Hilton, other hotels have a pool and let their guests actually use it. Without a rip off fee! You should very clearly tell people before they book they can't use the pool without paying high fees! Breakfast also is far too expensive for Romania. Some nice rooms ours had a horrible view. If you stay here dont get cheapest room. Staff are nice and friendly, but not very helpful, should tell guests how they can use free trams, etc.

Das Hotel ist nahe dem Zentrum in einem Park gelegen und ist mit Parkplätzen und Garage ausgestattet. Auf der einen Seite liegt es schön am Fluss. Die Zimmer sind schön, sehr sauber aber eben gerade dem was für 5 Sterne mindestens vorgesehen ist ausgestattet. So ist das „Infotainment“ sehr rudimentär und hat außer TV nicht viel zu bieten, die vorhandene Minibar verfügt nur über 4 Flaschen Wasser was sehr wenig ist. Ansonsten sind alle Dinge wie Duschgel, Safe und Handtücher dem Standard entsprechend vorhanden. Das Restaurant hat für ein 5 Sterne Haus viel zu wenig Auswahl, die Speisen sind sehr einfach und dafür viel zu teuer. Die Bar ist einigermaßen ausgestattet und hält verschiedene Getränke führ viel zu Preise bereit, auch wird kaum etwas ohne Zuckerzusatz angeboten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, reichhaltig und ist völlig in Ordnung, Der Wellnessbereich verfügt über einen schönen großen Pool, eine Sauna sowie ein Dampfbad, Fitness Raum und Anwendungen, es ist sauber. Was das Hotel wirklich empfehlenswert macht ist das sehr freundliche, außerordentlich aufmerksame und gastfreundliche Personal! dies macht „fast“ alle Fehler des Managements wett. The hotel is clean, with decent rooms, very good breakfast, and within 20-25 minutes walk from downtown. The only negative on our side is that we paid for a room with balcony and we got a balcony right next to the HVAC vents, which made it unusable.

The room had an unpleasant smell, reminiscent of stale milk. It was impossible to open the window to air it out before bed because the windows were permanently closed. There was no water in the room or anywhere in the hallway. There was only paid water from the bar. This was the first time I'd encountered such a problem in a hotel. Every hotel always provides water in the guest room or a bottle and a dispenser in the hallway for refilling. Finally, breakfast. We requested scrambled eggs with onions and vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, fresh chives, etc.), a very basic dish. Instead, we received an omelet with mushrooms (mushrooms are not vegetables; they're a separate category). The omelet was also very salty, even extremely salty. Later, I showed them a photo of the dish I was referring to—scrambled eggs—and we still received an omelet, but slightly mixed to make it a bit more like scrambled eggs. However, it wasn't what we asked for. If the chef can't prepare such a simple dish, he can always tell me and invite me into the kitchen, and I'll make it myself. It's really not a problem for me, I just ask for honesty and the opportunity. The situation was somewhat saved by the lady at the front desk, who was very kind.

1st day when we arrived the hot water was not there.... wifi is super weak, aircon is bear minimum. The landry jas never arroved in time and needed to call twice to get my washed clothes with 12hours delay and then of course they chatged fully.

Used as a stop gap en route to Istanbul by motorbike. Everything was good but bed was far too hard and did not get a good sleep. Not the fault of the hotel per se but of all the hotels used so far this was by far the least comfortable bed.
