Our experience with RIN Airport Hotel has been nothing but a bloody mess right from the start. Disinterested and indifferent front desk staff who provide misleading info to guests? Check Lack of common courtesy from hotel staff who can not be bothered to reply to a guest's email query? Check We thought it would be a good idea to contact RIN Airport Hotel ahead of time to confirm the shuttle starting point. On Sept 4 a front desk staff member advised that the shuttle leaves from zone AB4. No other details were supplied. However, hotel website indicates that the shuttle leaves from Domestic Arrivals terminal. Next day we called hotel front desk again to clear the contradictory info and another staff member advised to check hotel's Facebook page Needless to say, the shuttle does not leave from the place indicated in the video anymore After rushing back to Departures Terminal through the construction site with our luggage we found the shuttle just as it was leaving. I placed a quick call to hotel to ask if they could contact the driver to do a loop and return to pick us up and was told that the shuttle leaves according to a schedule and there's nothing that can be done. Helpful staff all around, isn't it?? To top it all off, a staff member simply took back the key card upon check out, advised that everything is in order and moved on to another task No greeting, no thank you, nothing It was an expensive lesson in staff indifference and lack of concern. Wish I could give 0 stars
