I have stayed here before and it’s a really nice hotel. The pros: the pool, gym and spa included is kept up and running, clean and well maintained. A very nice option to have while is why I chose the hotel. Breakfast is included and has good options and most days wonderful fresh omelette station. This trip there were a few mornings things were not as fresh but overall good selection. I think things could improve with staff serving fresh coffee vs machine coffee. The beds are quite comfortable though the pillows could use an upgrade. They are quite hard and would make a world of difference if they upgraded them. Great location to the park and easy access to tourist locations via Uber.

The room was clean and well maintained, the pool was clean (a bit busy only during the weekend) the steam bath and sauna, hot. The lobby bar was welcoming and service in general was good! Uber and Bolt cars arrive quickly and can take you anywhere you want to visit.

One particular lady at the wellness area reception was rude all the time... There was a lot of noise from parties, from the courtyard or somewhere else, kept me woke up. Other than that- nice hotel. The gym's area for stretching and calisthenics needs to be improved.

Rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The gym area was quite nice, although it appeared to be not only for hotel guests, so it was quite busy. The breakfast included a great variety, but everything was served cold. Both mornings the food was served in warmers, but there was no heat applied, resulting in cold eggs, bacon, sausage, and all of the other “hot” foods. We also had loud upstairs occupants that stomped all over the ground late into the night, bug that was an issue for us because we are light sleepers.

first of all, amazing service. arrived extremely late at 3am due to plane being delayed, but still got a great couple of coffees at the bar. room was not too bad, bed was perfectly fine, but: - wardrobe could not be used as doors were out of their hinges. - bathroom is very small, door cannot be closed once sitting on the toilet - shower was disappointing on 3rd morning, no water pressure at all.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Ramada! The staff was incredible! We were there tor my daughter to play tennis at the club next to the hotel. It was super convenient and the club was terrific!! The front desk, cleaning and restaurant were just awesome!

The hotel is a nice one in the beginning. I liked the pool area a lot both inside and outside. But the service was just short of abysmal. The coffee was always finished in all of the machines and when I asked for help they just shrugged their shoulders and basically din nothing. I asked for a coffee 1 minute after the breakfast was overI and got a redundant no! I have lived at at least 50 different hotels. This one had the worst service ever. Small thing like the staff say hello, in this case dindent at all… the breakfast was okey but with the abysmal service I have to give it a 2 about off 5. Max. In all an okey hotel but don’t come here if you want to be treated as a human being.

Not satisfied at all. Even repeated customer, the hotel seems to be fully booked but only 6 employees were for 480+ guests (as a waiter was talking around ..)

Great location easy access to rt 1 and airport. Price fluctuates severily based on if a convension nearby going on. Still a great stay with a very good pool a rate find at this price.

I have stayed many times over the past two years. Friendly staff, gym and wellness center is a bonus but unfortunately quite a few things were out of service/broken during my stay this time. I paid more than previous stays and there is more of a decline this time. Breakfast could use a little rotation of choices and freshness was hit and miss on one morning. Still no gluten free bread options and it’s plenty available in Bucharest grocery stores. Grateful for extra pillows but they really need an upgrade they were like cardboard and all the same density, and really hard on my neck for sleeping. I can see the need for some upgrades over the past year, specifically mattresses and pillows. The remodeling of the joining hotel for the next year was something I wish I would have known before booking. Missing a lot of space and the second area to work and have a coffee/go outside was disappointing this trip.
