Great hotel! I stayed in the Senator one bedroom suite and it was felt luxurious. Good spacious lounge area with huge desk, huge bathroom and a very large bedroom! Staff were friendly and polite throughout and as a suite guest the executive lounge was a great perk to have with breakfast, dinner nibbles and a complimentary bar from 17:00!

O hotel é 5 estrelas, mas faltam detalhes de um serviço de JW Marriott de um staff mais atencioso. Escolhemos a propriedade para passar o ano novo em Bucareste, no check in foi informado que teríamos champagne para brindar na virada juntamente para assistir a queima de fogos, entretanto a champagne foi fornecida apenas para as pessoas que pagaram pelo jantar e nada aos hóspedes. O quarto é amplo e a limpeza eficiente. Café da manhã bem completo e os funcionários amigáveis. A maior decepção foi em relação as amenidades do hotel, escolhemos o JW Marriott devido a estrutura de piscina e academia, mas para nossa desagradável surpresa, nãos funcionou no dia 01/01 e só fomos informados no check in, se tivesse informação prévia no site, com certeza não teríamos escolhido esse hotel. O hotel fica próximo ao parlamento, mas longe de todas as outras atrações da cidade, e além de estar longe do metrô.

This was by far the nicest Marriott that I’ve stayed at. I absolutely loved the hotel, the restaurants, the bars, the shopping mall inside. All of it was great and the price was very reasonable. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else the next time I come back to Bucharest.

I had a very pleasant stay with my wife recently. We had a Grande Executive Suite which granted access to the executive lounge on the 8th floor which we made good use of. The gym on-site is better than most high-street gym's, very impressive. I would stay again

Very nice hotel, i stayed in several different rooms, all were immaculate. I kept loosing my phone charger (my fault) and they helped me every time. I accidentally left some jewelery in my room, it was returned to me, they called me taxis when needed, the executive lounge had good food and very friendly service. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom spotless. Location is good, there are several restaurants open late located near by.

The front desk personnel were always excellent and courteous which we appreciated. Our room was quite comfortable and my only complaint was that the cleaning staff were inconsistent. One day they neglected to put a pillow case on a pillow and another day our bathroom glasses were not washed. We liked the choice of dining experiences and found all restaurants were excellent. The breakfast buffet was quite substantial. We wish the hotel was more within walking distance to many sights, but we did appreciate the view of the Parliament building from our room. We would stay here again.

Fabulous hotel - feels like a luxury experience. The staff very quick to help, professional. Room well-appointed with luxurious bath towels, great bedding, clothing storage space. Mattress comfortably firm; excellent wi-fi; Great coffee-maker selections. We ate at the in-hotel Italian restaurant, which was surprisingly reasonable (for a hotel restaurant) and the food amazing. The pasta tasted fresh-made. Very easy to get an Uber, or better yet, a really doable, 2-km walk to Old Town, part of which goes through a large park. (use Google maps to navigate - but easy!)

Everything was excellent as expected from such hotel. Only problem my door was knocked from housekeeping at 08:30 in the morning to ask me when i will check out and then when i arranged with reception for a slightly later checkout my door was knocked again at 12:00 to be asked the same question and because i didn't answer the door straight away they just broke in which is unacceptable. Why they couldn’t just give me a call to ask….

To be honest, I was kinda disappointed. I’ve been to this hotel a couple years ago and their service went down a lot. First impression was bad. Got over there, the doorman nor the bellmen offered to help us with bags. The doorman was smoking and on his phone didn’t even bother to look at us. Room was not ready at 5pm when we got there. We had to wait until 6 smth just to get in. The pool was crowded and full of kids, small and was taking swimming classes. To be fair, the only nice persons were the front desk agents I interacted with. Room was nice, nothing to say about that, so was the executive lounge. It’s a shame a beautiful hotel like this can manage to get professional staff only at the reception. Wouldn’t go there again. Way better options around Bucharest.

Das beste Hotel in der Stadt. Sauberkeit, Personal, Restaurants und Service sind hervorragend. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Nichts zu bemängeln. We booked a family suite at the 8th floor for our family of 4. It had a main living area, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 half bath. The staff was all very polite and courteous. Especially Marcel who always went out of the way to help us out. They even put extra water in the room knowing we are a big group. The location is right behind the parliament. The hotel lobby has a Louis Vuitton and few other designer stores to indulge as well. Breakfast buffet at the executive lounge was ok. However we expected more from the breakfast. Overall JW is a great choice!

Superb services and staff. Great restaurants on site with the exception of la cucina, the Italian one which did not have items on the menu that we wanted and offered us a reheated other than what we had ordered item. Very bad experince. Olea and the steakhouse were excellent though. J. W. Marriot is a gem!

My stay at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel was memorable. The property feels grand and historic, with a striking marble staircase and a spacious lobby. But what truly stood out was the service. Paul and Alex at the front desk went above and beyond- thoughtful, responsive, genuinely customer-centric. They really represent the best of Marriott hospitality.
