Surprised that the hotel is rated a 4 star. The room had no fridge, no steamer and the bathroom was super weirdly divided: toilet was by the entrance door to the room, and the sink and shower were next to the bed. Also, there was confusion about the shuttle. No one said anything about reserving the airport shuttle over 24 hours in advance so when we went to the front desk to reserve it we couldn’t do it because it was only within 12 hours timeframe. The location was great.
