Liked the service and room , booked for use of the hot tub , and it wasn’t working ,

Good breakfast menu. Nice pool and great hot tub. Convenient location.

Failed to mention at check-in and before purchasing, that hot tub is closed, and indoor pool is not heated. (The main reason we chose this hotel.)

Food options were good nut a little variety of the breakfast meat would be better. The Bed was a major challenge. I am very short and it was hard for me to climb into the bed. I think you could put the beds on the floor indtead of the stand and people could sit on the side of the bed or more easily climb into them. also I think you need more handicapped accessible showers in your rooms. and maybe not have people who don't walk well have rooms closer to the elevators and activity centers so we don't have to walk all the way to the end of the hallway. The Hot tub should not be advertised if it is not working.

Says bus and RV parking in the amenities description. There are only 2 spots, both were taken when i arrived. Partially drank bottle of coke in the fridge and walls dirty in the room. Not exactly worth the cost. Very disappointed.

This hotel was very nice. The worst I had was the door to the fitness center wouldn’t unlock and I had to wait around 15 minutes for someone to unlock it. Breakfast was great

Good property, but a lot needs improving. Cleaning was subpar and items were outdated. The fitness room treadmill stopped working while on which made me almost fall off. Most of the staff were on their phones while customers were around and it was tough to get attention for care when needed.

Great staff. Clean. Comfortable bed. But staff needed to apologize for some broken things. Elevator issue. Ice machine broken. One door exit only (card reader not working).

Everything was clean, pool was clean and hot tub was warm and had pressure to it, absolutely get amazing after 10 hour drive. Food in the morning was surprisingly good and fresh with lots of options.

Love this property for its hot tub and pool. Its clean nice area and staff are great!

Very nice stay. Only concern was previous guests had left food in room fridge which had not been cleaned out.

This place was horrible. I checked in at the 3pm check in time with the front desk staff. The gentleman said "let me check and make sure the room is clean and ready". He physically went to the room to check,.Once in the room, the room was poorly cleaned. We found garbage that was still in the room. The staff was not very helpful and lacking knowledge an professionalism. My original stay was for 2 nights. We only ended up staying 1 night.

I liked the location of property. The property needs updating. The room had an overwhelming smell of urine. Staff not very attentive. The pool was extremely overcrowded, the same group was in it for several hours. Not very good for young children. Would recommend spending an additional $50-$100 to stay elsewhere. Do not go off of the guest ratings, those have to be paid for. I rate this hotel 4 out of 10.

Friendly front desk, clean room, plenty of towels. Breakfast was hot, well stocked and a variety to choose from.

The hotel was well kept. Outside was always clean and mess free. The front desk staff were great from check in to check out and in between. There was a very good breakfast selection (2 types of waffles, actual eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, cereal, mini muffins). The very nice lady in charge of breakfast kept it stocked, hot and clean. I appreciate the small things - the lemon water in the lobby was delicious (especially on the very hot weekend), all the employees were friendly and happy.

This hotel is a step above other budget hotels. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was all so kind and friendly. The lobby was comfortable. My only issue was the grungy caulking in the walk in shower. It’s an easy fix so I wonder why the cleaning staff are satisfied with a 5 foot grunge in the bathroom.

We did not know we needed to request housekeeping.. our toilet over flowed and we were handed a snake device to open it ourselves, that did not work then they gave us a plunger to use ourselves.. we used our towels to clean up the mess and put in a service request for the next day. They did not service the toilet. Or clean towels. We tracked down housekeeping and got fresh towels for the day.

The property was immaculate and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a decent variety. Highway access was easy. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Excellent service from the front desk to the staff. Very clean and well maintained property. The beds are showing their age and are sagging a bit. But overall a great stay.

Tv remote was falling apart. Clock didn’t quite work. Door to bathroom would not stay open so bathroom was freezing. The smell in the room was nauseating.

I read all of the reviews before I booked this hotel. I selected it off of the reviews. When I got there, I requested that I get a room on the top floor so not to have people running around over my head. Alex, the person who was on shift that evening was lovely. He said we have already upgraded you and you are on the top floor. Excellent! I went to the room put on my stuff went out in the hall to get some ice and my card wouldn’t work. I had to go back down to the desk and have Alex redo me some cards which he did no problem. When it is time for bed, I pull back the covers and see that there is an absolute divot in the bed. This had to be the most uncomfortable bed I have ever had to stay in. The next evening, I stayed two nights, I had to go back down and get another key as that one wasn’t working again. The girl at the desk said maybe it’s the lock itself. I explained to her how bad the bed was and wondered if she could get me a different room. She told me she could not. There was a total of 12 cars in the parking lot and I’m pretty sure they put everyone on the same floor. There was lots of commotion on the fourth floor. I did not understand why they could not switch me rooms. I’m sure it wasn’t full. The breakfast was great and the woman who was running the area of the breakfast was amazing wonderful and kind. I am unsure whether or not I would stay there again just due to the uncomfortableness of the bed. Also, the air conditioner did not work correctly.

Air conditioning didn’t work properly. I could not find any instructions and it was the middle of the night so I did not call the front desk.

Everything was as advertised. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. My only complaint, if i can make one, is the GM's choice to have motion activated thermostats in the rooms. I get why they would do this for financial and ecological reasons, but as a guest it took a while to get the A/C to stay active long enough to drop the temperature in the room about 10° going from quite warm in there to comfortable. I would have preferred regular thermostats as most places have where you have more control. Staff could manage regulating them in unoccupied rooms.

This hotel is five stars in every category. I was pleasantly surprised with everything, the Ambiance of the actual hotel, the plentiful and convenient location of surrounding dining options and shopping, outstanding customer service and very pleasant. Regarding our room, it was larger than any other hotel I have ever been in. Lots of walking space, very wide at least 100 square feet bigger than anywhere else, there was a pillow top mattress and the bed was extremely comfortable. Fell asleep quickly and woke up feeling very refreshed with no aches from sleeping. The shower was very refreshing and the bathroom was on the larger side then average. There was a refrigerator and microwave. Also included was a very large closet in which to hang clothes. Every morning from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. there was a delicious full course breakfast from omelette to oatmeal including waffles, cereal, sausage and more. The Ambiance of the Lobby was Modern and very appealing and welcoming. Dogs and cats are allowed with a $75 non-refundable fee unless you have a service dog which is exempt. In our case, we did have a service dog. She would like to write her own review but she's sleeping. To our surprise, the room was a very large and actually the largest room I've ever been in in a hotel. It was definitely well over 300 square feet which is pretty much the standard for most rooms it was more like 400 square feet. It was very wide and welcoming. Highly recommend and The Price is reasonable.

Great stay, just wished we couldn’t hear every time someone walked on the floor above us.

The pillows were knotty and not comfortable. Only the sheer curtains close making the room light at night due to all the lights from businesses next door. It would be nice if the drapes would close.

Things went bad at check in when I was charged $162 even though I had a confirmed charge through booking with hotels.com of $146. The desk staff saw the email.. did nothing. They forward it to manager.. who did nothing. Very disappointing that giving a credit of $18 seemed not possible . Although a nice hotel ..I will not stay there again.

Front desk staff was amazing. Very friendly. Always available. Rooms were stocked and clean. Breakfast was hot and always being restocked as well.

I have stayed there three times. Each visit was great. Staff so friendly and helpful. Michell who runs the kitchen is awesome. Alexis at the front desk so welcoming and helpful. All staff are great.

We arrived. Kids running in parking lot and front lobby at midnight. Little kids under 12. Either the clerk was asleep or high. Took her minute and she struggled. First room gave us has not been cleaned. Beds unmade, towels on floor. Second room…before she could open the door her kids were running out of it. This woman had at least 5 children at work with her running wild outside and inside. We left. She said she would refund but she didn’t know how. It was late we were exhausted and we left with no credit. I think I’d we’d stayed around for the credit would have been more time. We want the refund who ever has to do it.

We had a 4 hour drive before a wedding. I called to inquire about early check-in. The asked that I check back the day of arrival, they were able to accommodate. Wonderful staff.

The location was perfect staff was great!

Property access is a bit quirky (according to my nav app) but manageable.

everything was great except for a Rock band that was playing outdoors till 11:00 at a bar across the street. There was no sleeping till they ended.

We were fortunate to stay on the newly renovated 4th floor and the room was so comfortable! From the AC/Heat to the wonderfully comfortable King bed, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are super friendly and when you first walk in, they are so warm and welcoming. The staff in the breakfast area welcomed us as well and paid close attention to our needs. Lots of options for breakfast including healthy ones. The hot strong coffee is always a big plus for me. This hotel has always been our first stop on our journey down to Florida and the easy on and off access to I-57 makes for easy travel too! We definitely will be back!

The property was very nice. The staff at the front desk and breakfast area were fantastic. The breakfast attendant was very helpful finding gluten free options for us. They even had gluten free waffles that were made for us which was very impressive as not a lot of places we have stayed have options like this.

Great comfortable beds, great breakfast with real eggs and lots of selection of foods, friendly and courteous staff! Enjoyed our two nights! Lots around the hotel to eat and places to go!

We travel often and have have seen it all…..This hotel was fantastic. Hands down the BEST free breakfast we have ever had, besides having great food, the staff made sure everything was stocked and very clean. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again when passing through.

This Comfort Suites has been the best hotel we have stayed in during our week long trip across four states. The breakfast was excellent!

The coffee containers at the coffee station in the lobby were all empty and the staff did not refill or dare to when informed. The key card entry at the west entrance from the parking lot did not work properly,

Good Rooms, spacious and comfortable. Outstanding breakfast. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue coming back, basically for the breakfast, but everything else is good too.

the room was very good, clean and outfitted. the elevator had a bad odor and the flooring outside it and in it were stained. The breakfast coffee was not working and the eggs ran out. Another person arrived about 8am and things improved.
