Quality Inn & Suites Woodstock near Lake Geneva

The ac unit “on button” was missing though the front desk was able to get it to work. The room itself had plaster missing from the ceiling and multiple holes that were patched but not painted over. The bed was very uncomfortable with the springs pushing through in multiple places and only 1 washcloth was provided - had to go ask for more along with a hair dryer (it was missing from the holder in the room}. The floor in the bathroom was not clean either. The desk lamp was rusted and missing the button to turn it on and was not replaced despite multiple requests. The facility is dangerous to enter or exit for anyone who is handicapped especially and the first floor hallway has multiple divot areas hidden under the carpet that almost caused a fall multiple times. And don’t expect any maid service - totally non-existent and the “free” breakfast was a joke. Make sure you have your own phone because the phone in the room is only there as a paperweight. This facility would fail an ADA inspection. Will never stay there again.

So much better than the Super 8

Unhelpful staff, no telephone, tv doesn’t work. I requested a refund on my two rooms at check-in and was denied. I have used Hotel.com for years with success. Unfortunately things have changed for the worst.

Dumpy hotel. Rooms have walls that are patched and not painted. Cheap but I would not go back.

We stayed at the Quality Inn for 3 nights. It was after we had just stayed at the Super 8 which is just across the street. What a difference!! It was clean, visually appealing. The staff was kind & accommodating. It was like night & day. So long Super 8
