Very nice hotel in a great location, within walking distance to the old town. The apartment was small but comfortable, perfect for two people. It had a kitchen and even a washing machine. It’s in a safe and quiet location and there’s a convenience store just downstairs. There is a lift in the building. Highly recommended.

Apartment was well appointed and very comfortable and just a few blocks away from everything in Old Town. Parking, however, is a nightmare. I did not know when booking to reserve a parking space so that really needs to be added to the description! I was lucky to find one after circling several times. (Lots of one-way streets so that was not a simple proposition.)

Staff were really friendly. Location was perfect for sightseeing. Apartment was clean and impressive with it's own hot tub and sauna upstairs. The best way to relax after a day walking. There's a seperate shower and toilet upstairs, which is really convenient. We had a dressing gown each on the bed, and a complimentary bottle of wine in the kitchen. We couldn't fault anything about it. We flew home at night, so reception were happy for us to leave our luggage there while we went out for the day.

We got an apartment with the private jacuzzi and sauna, it was a really nice apartment, clean and tidy equipped with everything you might need. Very good location close to the main square and train station. A few negativs only, the apartment felt a bit cold, we couldn’t switch off the aircon in the gallery, and no door on the bedroom, so you can smell that pool water (if it make sense) everywhere, even in the bedroom, and even though you turn on the heating in the bedroom it feels cold since it has no door. The temp of the jacuzzi seemed to be locked on 39 C which is really hot, couldn’t spend too much time in it but it was nice. Few marks on the sofa that make you wonder of their origin if you know what I mean.🙄 Staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

A well run apartment block with friendly, helpful staff. It had everything we needed and they even let us check in a little early! The bed was comfy and warm and the apartment was spacious and well facilitated. It was a great location too with the old town just a few minutes away by foot. Would highly recommend.

The pictures don’t do it justice this room was so spacious and just overall a very home like feeling, there’s a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, a nice backyard area to take sun or have a smoke, room came with a free bottle of wine that was very good, a washing machine which was very useful for me and heated towel rack plus the old town was a 5 minute walk and the train was also about a 10 minute walk would recommend to anyone who visits krakow, also reception lady was very nice and clear with the instructions for entering the building past reception hours

The Apartment was fantastic value for money, it was really big and modern and it had a large balcony with table and chairs, the Apartment even had a washing machine and iron and board and the place was spotless, the only problem we had was that it was very hot despite the heating being off.

Rigtig flot lejlighed. Sofaen som min mand sov på var der mange ulækre pletter på og soveværelset var der en del støv. Men vi vil besøge det igen. God beliggenhed, tæt på kiosk, off. Transport, park, by, seværdigheder og meget andet. Morgenmaden får 3 stjerner ud af 5 mulige, ihvertfald ikke så flot som de selv viser, men standart okay. Sødt personale.

Overall we enjoyed our stay with this spacious and very modernized apartment. A few things to note would be, there were crumbs under the couch along with a few other areas slightly messy. Our bed sheet had a stain, and one of the pillows had a red blood or lipstick stain slightly, as if it was worn off or didn’t wash out. We didn’t make a big deal about it, but it was nice to have a fridge and nice balcony. It’s in a nice area with only a 4-5 min walk to the main rynek which was nice. We didn’t realize there was parking underground with reservation for cheaper than what we payed for across the street which was 100zl. They did leave a bottle of wine in the room along with water bottles in the room, however when I messaged them about if it was free or not nobody replied so we didn’t touch them. I would recommend this place, hopefully it was just a one time that our room was not cleaned perfectly. The younger girl who checked us in was very polite and friendly, helpful and enthusiastic to talk to us, but then on the other day or two there was a older woman who would just “shrug” her shoulders when we walked in or out and didn’t seem as “friendly” to say hello or just ignored us when we said good morning.

Lovely spacious apartment. Nice big modern TV but nothing in the way of English speaking channels which is to be expected. Lovely big round bed. Adequate bathroom and kitchen area. Nice comfortable chairs in living area. Would certainly return one day.

The photos we saw online were nothing like the cramped apartment (The Grammy) we stayed in. The main bedroom literally only had a bed in, which we had to climb over to get into - no wardrobe, drawers or bedside tables. The other bedroom had 2 single beds and a tiny wardrobe (perhaps 50cm hanging space) and no drawers. We had to keep our suitcase and with most of our clothes on the kitchen bench, not ideal for a 5 night stay. The living area was also very small, not really suitable for 4 adults. Pros - good location, coffee machine, the 2 maintenance issues we had were dealt with straight away and the staff were friendly. We wouldn't stay here again if we came back to Krakow.

Good value - apartment was well appointed. Bed was a bit average and it was hot as the bedroom was on the mezzanine but the A/C was downstairs. Also the curtains/blinds were pretty non existent so it was very light in the room from 5am

This is a great set of apartments in a great location close to the old town but far enough away to be quiet. Lovely bathroom with a hot powerful shower. Plenty of toilet rolls provided. On the downside, the room blinds are quite transparent and do not shut out the light, so we were disturbed by the light early every morning. We had one of the basic apartments and there was a supply cupboard outside our room. If we weren’t already awake due to the light, the sound of the cleaners opening and banging the cupboards shut would wake us. There was only one cup and one bowl for two of us. We were arriving after 8pm when reception was closed and needed to ensure a remote check-in. Communication wasn’t the best through hotels.com. My messages were ignored and I needed to call them. After calling however, we received very clear instructions regarding our late check-in. Overall, especially due to the location we enjoyed our stay at the Parkside apartments, and would choose to stay in them again.

Excellent location and lovely apartments. Excellent room facilities. However there was no curtains in the bedroom in one of our apartments which was bizarre and inconvenient when the sun rose!

Everything was great about this place. The check in tenant gave us the opportunity to enter the facility early. The facility itself was great and near old town Kraków and the Jewish corner. I would definitely recommend it.

The woman at the front desk was very kind in giving instructions to the room and also gave us a map so that we were aware of what was nearby. Room was clean, food was awesome. You could make polish kanapki (open face sandwiches), cereal, yogurt and a bunch of other things. Not a lot of options but they were all good. Takes a few doors to get in but instructions were clearly provided by front desk. I would stay again!

Nice apartments. Very close to the heart of old town. 3-4 minutes walk. 10 minutes walk to Galactica shopping-center. Close to the train-station which have 2 trains per hour to Krakow Airport. Will definetly come back :)

Property location is simply excellent, within less than 10 min walking distance from train and bus terminals, and in 5 min walk from the Main Market Square. Similarly, it would take you about 15 min to walk down to historic Kazimierz district. A very quiet, safe, and friendly place to stay in Krakow. Quite inexpensive, an excellent value for money. Clean and nice rooms. Will definitely return back. A*****

Oppholdet var utrolig bra, veldig imøtekommende personale. Dette er ikke ett vanlig hotell, så litt mindre roomservice må man forvente, men dette visste vi på forhånd. Man kan kjøpe frokost der, dette var overhodet ikke bra, veldig lite utvalg, så om jeg skal dra frem ett minus, så er det frokosten, men vi gikk bare på ett annet hotell i nærheten å kjøpte en annen frokost. Jeg anbefaler virkelig dette stedet videre.

Apartment is in great location few minutes walk to Old Town square. The first room we were assigned the bed was in a loft that has a spiral stairs to access from the living room. Not good for seniors’ safety going up and down since bathroom is down the main floor. We asked to be changed and we were given a studio room which was spacious enough for 2. No housekeeping service but you can ask towels and garbage bags from the reception. My only complaint is the soggy bed and pillows. You get only 2 soggy pillows. Otherwise the place is good enough for us. Reception even arranged airport car service for us. Breakfast wasnt my favorite but there’s cafes and convenient stores nearby.

The woman at the front desk was very kind in giving instructions to the room and also gave us a map so that we were aware of what was nearby. Room was clean, food was awesome. You could make polish kanapki (open face sandwiches), cereal, yogurt and a bunch of other things. Not a lot of options but they were all good. Takes a few doors to get in but instructions were clearly provided by front desk. I would stay again!
