Staff extremely friendly. Room was very clean. 24/7 coffee in lobby. Bar and restaurant onsite. Breakfast buffet is a bit overpriced, I believe it was $17.99 pp, however you get a discount coupon I think it was 10% off purchase. We did not eat at hotel. There is a Dunkin donuts literally 2 min drive or 5-6 min walk adjacent to hotel. Ther is an indoor pool, up to 4ft. Hot tub outside but under maintenance. Fitness room very small. There is an outdoor patio with fire pits, which was pretty cool. Smoking area, w chairs. Overall very nice. Would recommend!

This was a wonderful hotel, great price and super close to Foxwoods (just 1 mile)! The only downside is they don’t offer any shuttle services to and from Foxwoods and there are hardly any Lyft or Uber options late at night. Hotel and staff were fantastic!

The property was clean. Stayed overnight with my teenage son. The pool and the hot tub were clean. My son stayed in the hot tub area for 2 hours after being at the beach and it being cold. The staff were nice. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to Foxwoods.

The room is very spacious and very clean. The bathroom is clean. Like that this hotel offers room service and has an indoor pool. Very close to foxwoods casino. The issue I had was there is no hotel shuttle to foxwoods.

Everything was great! Being near the casinos Foxwoods’s and Mohegan sun. I thought there was a shuttle to take me but not the case, had to wait almost an hour for a cab ride😕

It was great that it was so close to Foxwoods. Staff was friendly,check in and out was easy,food in restaurant was good and waitress was excellent. Another nice touch was complimentary coffee and lemon water in the lobby.Issues were room smelled musty/moldy and the fan in the bathroom was on 24/7 the switch did not work to turn it off.

Room was huge, which was good, since there were three of us. Staff was outstandingly helpful, especially Joshua, who checked us in and also changed a light bulb and brought us a cot. Hotel under renovation, our room not done yet. Was comfortable, but did need refreshing. Got free appetizer with drink purchase.

This was the closest hotel to the casino that wasn't part of the casino. Easy 1.5 mile commute. Overall hotel is in good condition. Very clean rooms and facilities allbin good working order. Staff were friendly and helpful. We used the pool and exercise equipment and they were in good working order. The outdoor hot tub was nice but had leaves in it. Another reviewer stated the room was cold when they went in and so was ours however we turned the heat on and it warmed up nicely. The bathroom shower was nice plenty of hot water. The fridge microwave and coffee maker all worked as they should. The tv in the room was a little small and oldet model 32" samsung. The wifi was slow but you could pay for an upgrade. Overall good value and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend.

My only "con?" Definitely not "sound proof" rooms. The noise level can get up there. They have quiet hours and now I know why... Other than that? Excellent! I've stayed at Foxwoods many times and I'm not sure I'd do that again. This is such a convenient option. SUPER close to Foxwoods (a few min drive), ample parking, easy access to the hotel itself, easy exit. Foxwoods is great (the hotels) but dragging bags through the casino to check in, then to your room, then dragging back, walking to your car (unless you valet)... it's convenient to not have to drive anywhere but this hotel in itself is so much more convenient. The rooms are lovely with dark, rich wood tones, a very comfortable bed, heating/cooling temps that suited our needs (we like it cool), coffee in the room. It was very nice. It was very clean, which is very important to us. The staff at check in - I wish I could remember her name - but she was amazing and accommodating. They have a little convenience store area that you can buy snacks and such and they also have a nice restaurant on site. We did have some drinks and fries there - all were great and the bartenders were wonderful. Definitely highly recommend this hotel!

My stay was good up until I went and looked at my credit card after it was processed. I found $150 miscellaneous charge on my account when I called the property to discuss this charge after the booking was completed. I was told I should know why this charge was there. The customer service rep was extremely rude over the phone and kept saying they don’t have to explain to me why I have this $150 charge. This did not include the incidentals for the room. I would be careful booking with them.

Check in person (Michelle, I believe) wasn’t friendly, but on the rude, not caring side. I have good hearing, but there were men loud in the bar, so I had to say “excuse me” 2x she wasn’t happy about that. “I” apologized, bc she was so rude. NOT welcoming at all!!

Our stay did not include complimentary breakfast. A small bottled water was more than $6. Most all of the hotels I’ve stayed at have breakfast included and considering the price with tax was almost $200 a night it was far from a good deal. But the most upsetting thing was when a man opened our door in the middle of the night. The hotel staff stated they did not know who it was but they had to have a key to open the door. She stated she could not comp our stay as we went through Expedia.

Rooms and facilities are clean and freat condition. Front desk staff where pleasant. My account and room was check already when i arrived but i never checked in. It was a stranger who was able to check in under my name. I walked into a room full of clothes and someone was in the bathroom, i got a room change but never was told how was that possible. Breakfast hostess was unpleasant and overwhelmed. Breakfast options where limited or unavailable. The wait was long for food to be brought out, we left without eating. we had coffee with bread

No free breakfast was included. For the price and of the buffet, it was just limited, no waffles, no pancakes. Just eggs and bacon home fries, fruit and cereal. Only one of the servers was a little nasty. She shouldn't come to work if she was in a bad mood that morning. The other girl Sam was amazing.

This hotel has a great location. It’s clean, nicely decorated with a bar and restaurant. The rooms are very nice and mattress was spectacular. Our air conditioner worked like a charm! The breakfast is amazing! Lastly, the staff was the cream that rose to the top. They were amazing! I will stay here again!
