Around a 10min walk from surrounding train stations, easy journey from hotel to universal studios. Excellent breakfast buffet, the best from all the hotels we stayed at on our trip. Our room was lovely. Bed was a bit firm for our taste but was okay. Only downside was on site laundry located on the 18th floor. Theres a QR code to a site that says when machines are in use etc but unfortunately some guests were inconsiderate and didnt remove theirs when finished. This was a very popular service when we stayed and so was competitive to get clothes washed. We were quite desperate so had to wait for 40mins in the laundry room for guests to come and empty their clothes out. They lock with a code so you cant just empty them yourself if someones left it. A sign said they would open automatically after 15mins if not collected but this didnt happen hence we waited. Given hotel size maybe 6 machines isnt quiet enough. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Hotel was able to hold our luggage until check in so we could go enjoy our morning. Check in is a hybrid self check in/staff assisted. Room was clean and size was comparable to US hotels. Location is great as you’re only a few blocks from the train station that allows you to go basically anywhere in Japan. The hotel has luggage lockers so you can lock your luggage after check out if your transportation does not depart until later in the day. It was very helpful. Only negative was the on site laundromat, machines unfortunately left our clothes wet and we ran out of time trying to get them dry. I’d still would stay here in the future, price was very reasonable for such a new hotel. This is the only hotel I stayed in Japan that had a lobby you could sit/relax in.

Although the room was not as clean as expected, the high service standard has more than made up for the above. The room is very well-designed with everything travellers need. Overall the property is worth considering. Workers are attentive and the location is conveniently near the JR line and shopping. The cons are that the dining area and carpets leading to and inside the rooms were not clean. The carpet had stains. For Japanese standards I would say this is below par. That said, the rest of the room, such as the bathroom and bedding were clean and up to the standards we have experienced at other Japan hotels. The other slight inconvenience - no outside food is allowed in the main lobby and dining area. I understand the rule but it would have been nice to be able to enjoy some outside bought desserts with the free coffee/tea. The free happy hour (wine) and free snacks were a nice touch though.

It was an okay hotel which which was blighted by sewage smells coming from the bathroom and around the property. No coffee or tea in the room which for other hotels of this type would be standard.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the onsen bath. Amazing property. Clean, new, very close to restaurants and transportation. Great hotel and great staff. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is lovely! We stayed 5 nights in a superior double. The room is large and clean. The only bad thing I have to say about this hotel is that the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard and my partner and I both slept terribly here. We ended up with back, neck and shoulder pain, tightness and headaches.

The location of this hotel is great! Very close to Osaka station and easy access to all the subway lines and buses. It is on the quieter side of Umeda, which we appreciated. The main shopping area is within walking distance as well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We booked the Deluxe Double room for our 4 night stay and it was very spacious (especially with big luggages) and very affordable. The room was very clean and the hotel has a big range of amenities and benefits for guests! Would definitely recommend staying here

Overall the hotel was great. Loved the fact that they had refreshments in the lobby and drinks. My only real issue was that they had everyone wait until check in at 3, and then it was basically a mad rush to check in. They literally had everyone wait in the lobby until check in and once it was 3 on the dot, everyone was able to check in

Middling review for this property… it should have been five stars across the board, but two persistent issues prevented it. There was hair on the wall in the shower from the room’s previous occupant, and despite me mentioning it in my Expedia check-in survey, it never got addressed … EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM WAS CLEANED TWICE DURING MY 3-NIGHT STAY. Gross. Secondly, the staff wasn’t terribly helpful. Having had a sore throat, I asked at the front desk one evening if they had any honey I could put in some tea. “No, we don’t have honey” came the immediate reply - despite the fact that 3 meters away was a fully-stocked bar that had closed five minutes earlier from which they definitely could have sourced some honey for a guest’s special request, had they taken the time to consider it. This is basic guest service for a high-end hotel. This property seems to trade on reputation and attitude, but have forgotten the virtues of basic hospitality and customer service. While the property, rooms and public areas are very nice, and the price was reasonable, I was quite disappointed by the quality of guest service which was definitely below expectations.

Before I arrived I reached out to the hotel to ask a question about holding luggage and they responded quickly and promptly. It was a huge relief to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before we could check-in. When we checked into the hotel I had made a mistake a book the wrong type of room. I went back to the reception desk and they were able to quickly find me the room I needed for a small and reasonable fee. The staff were kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful!

We enjoyed our stay. It's just a couple of minute-walk from Osaka Station and there are a few convenience stores nearby. It was clean and the staff were nice. The breakfast was good with variety of food. The lounge had free coffee and even free wine during the evening happy hour. The big bath on the top floor was a good additon on top of these good services.

I thought the check-in process was extremely disorganized. I was arriving from Kyoto so I got there at 1:30. I asked if my room might be available earlier and he said very seriously, “check in is at 3:00pm.” So I left and had lunch and came back at 2:50pm. They were all at the front desk and we were all sitting in couches. At 2:50 I noticed people were being checked in but no communication to us on the couch. I finally asked, can we check in? And I was told to form a line. It was very odd. I used to work in group travel and I can tell you this was very unfriendly and not a good beginning. The rest was fine!

放以日本標準來說不算小，酒店入住程序非常快捷，職員友善。早餐不錯，如果有多些選擇更好。酒店位置方便，鄰近的HERBIS Osaka可以直接從地底通道西梅田地鐵站，及透過地下商店街通道梅田站及東梅田站，以及多個JR站。地下街有很多食肆及購物地方。最方便的是兩三分鐘步行時間就可以到機場接駁巴士，非常方便，值得推薦。

The hotel is a 5 min walk to Osaka Station so have access to dining, shopping, metro or train/shinkansen to other parts of the Kansai region and beyond. The airport bus stop (KIX to Osaka) is a 3 minute walk. The metro station to Dotonbori is a 3 min walk. The breakfast was amazing (rotate the options every other day). There’s coffee and smoothies, sparkling wine on weekend. There are convenient stores close by. They have foreign TV stations in English (NHK and Australian - ABC). The only thing is the AC turns off by itself. The staff was nice despite language challenges. I was glad I was able to leave luggage until time to head to airport. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

We stayed for 4 nights.The hotel was close to the airport limousine bus stop. The room was adequately large enough. Breakfast had lots of Japanese options with champagne on offer. Limited Western options. Only quarter size milk bread that takes 10 minutes to toast. What was unique with this hotel was the generous free coffee, soft drinks at all times plus snacks at afternoon tea. The lounge was a lovely place to relax and the staff was attentive and professional.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The pajamas, slippers, and amenities were amazing. The breakfast was good but with veyr few occidental options. Anyway is a very nice property and very well located near the Osaka Station.
