Hotel promised the back up generator during the storm. They lied. Power went out and we were in complete darkness. Generator had no oil/water and wasn’t even hooked up. I will never stay there again. This place is a rip off. They would not issue partial refund.

The breakfast was always fresh and tasty. My boys loved the biscuits and gravy and pancakes. Pool was clean and quiet. All staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when in the area visiting family.

The hotel was very nice some construction taking place, but the room was overall great. Nice comfy bed, lounger and desk to work. Very quiet and room darkening shade was everything. Beautiful, hot breakfast, will be staying again when I’m in town.

When i got to my room, i noticed the room hadnt been cleaned prior to my arrival. Used towels on the bathroom floor, food in the garbage and bed wasnt made. I was too exhausted to go back down to the front desk and get another room.

It is a gem in an otherwise pile of dung.........Raceland, Larose, etc are all typical South Louisiana towns with little to offer if you are not an off shore worker or a fisherman.
