I arrived and was greeted by a kind staff member. She went the extra mile for me to feel welcomed. The bed was comfy and the room was nicely laid out. The only downside was they were in the middle of switching tv providers during my stay so only had one night of tv. Not the end of the world but the rest of the experience was better than I expected.

While the room was a "newly remodeled" room, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, the shower/tub was crap. The water doesn't drain while you are showing, so you are standing in dirty water. The shower head is old and scaley, poor water pressure. Aside from that, we could hear the water from the room above us dripping all night. For the price. We expected better.
