The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice (but could have used a few bananas or apples instead of only an orange) and the pool was clean and refreshing. The beds were comfortable but they needed a few smaller pillows and the shower had plenty of water pressure with a massaging head, which was nice.

We stayed at the La Quinta in Boutte, La. For the Saints game on Nov. 10. Customer service was great, parking was great and cleanliness of the lobby was beautiful. The only issue I had was there were roaches in the room, the bathtub had rust stains, door knob was loose and among other simple stuff. I saw two roaches crawling on the wall in the room. I would have asked for another room but, I didn’t want to scare my kids who are extremely scared of insects.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was amazing. We were able to get an early check in after driving all night to escape a snow storm in Tennessee. There was a very loud dog in the room next to us that barked all night, but that's not the hotel's fault. We had some issues with the laundry facilities and had to get staff involved. Even she admitted they should pull some of the equipment out of service to fix it because it didn't work correctly, but she was extremely helpful. We will stay here again if we are in the area. Thanks for having us!

Most places offer the pool area to be open intill 10:00pm. This one opend untill 8:00pm. As a traveling family we were disappointed that the pool was closed. Thankfully the receptionist allowed us to use the pool for 30 mins. After 8:00pm and he mentioned the reason was because when traveling workers use the pool, they are too loud and disrupt the guest.

Very noisy at night. I was on the 1st floor, maybe higher floors would have been quieter. No curtains, just a pull down shade that didn’t stop the morning sun from waking me up early which was a bit frustrating.

We were given a room on the main floor, which we have never gotten before. When we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist, Ms. Tiffany. I had made reservations for 2 other family members, and wanted to make sure that the stay was charged to me. Ms. Tiffany helped make that happen by taking my information, and making sure there was no hassle to the family members. The continental breakfast was delicious and sufficient. The whole staff were courteous and friendly. The room was cleaned every day. The only comment I will make is that there should be a rubber mat in the bathroom tub to insure us senior citizens don't have a slip and fall. The tub was very slippery.

The most important feature of this property is the staff. The front desk was exceptional. Tiffany greeted us with a big smile when we walked into the hotel. She was professional and accommodating with having our room on the main floor, and she gave suggestions for rooms when the rest of my family came in 2 days later. I appreciated her help in making sure my family would be taken care of.

I couldn’t have picked a better hotel. If you’re looking to relax, this was the perfect location. 20 mins from the airport, 30 mins from New Orleans, 1 hour from Baton Rouge. It was far enough away to be relaxing but close enough to enjoy everything around.

We were in New Orleans overnight to catch our Caribbean cruise. We wanted somewhere that had good review ratings, modern building, quiet environment away from the hustle and bustle. We struck gold.It was a lovely building. very quiet. Staff was courteous and ultra helpful with suggestions for dining. This is a highly recommended space if you need quiet time, down time and just tranquility. Yeah. We just spent two weeks in Manhattan so needed to just have stillness.

Beds and sheets were clean-one sheet was ripped, bathroom corners were dirty, breakfast ran out of food an hour before closing. Staff did make more eggs for us but no meats. No bananas only oranges. Overall it’s good for the price…lots of local workers stay here and eat early so get to breakfast early. People that work here were very nice!

Nice hotel at a very affordable price within easy driving distance to the city. Very helpful and friendly staff. Love the 24 hour free coffee in the lobby. My only criticism is that the eggs and sausage need to be kept at a slightly higher temperature on the breakfast bar. Every morning they were barely Luke warm.
