In for a 5 day stay. Construction all along the street out front, not the hotels fault. There was mold in the closet and bathroom ceiling. We were moved to a different room, but limited rooms because all of 1st floor was being renovated. Elevator would not work from second floor, with an infant and all their items it made it difficult. Door to room was not aligned which made opening and closing it hard. We had to yank or slam it to get it to work. New furniture was stored outside our door and across from it so stroller was a no-go to use for the baby.

They we’re remodeling the entire hotel it was a mess the plumbing wasn’t very good the ac quit in our room so we had to pack up everything and move to a different room the pool smelled of chlorine and the halls spelled of paint .

Property is being renovated and the room we were given had very little light. There was only a small lamp in the bathroom sink area. Was on the first floor and could hear every noise coming from the lobby. However, the staff was extremely helpful and polite.

No air condition in hallway on floor 3 or 4. Poor A/C in room on 3 floor. The room on the 4th floor did not work and at. When complained, they said maintenance could not be there until 11:30 pm and they could not move to another room. No carpeting at all on 1st floor hallway, bare concrete. Carpeting on other floors was filthy and had been pulled up along edges. Walls were half painted. Computers down Sat. morning and could not furnish receipts. 4th floor was promised a substantial discount because of no A/C but we have no receipt to to show that. We should have been told about the work being done there. The 2 rooms on the 3rd floor had A/C but you could not get it below 73. Was very uncomfortable. The beds were horrible. Hard and slanted on each side. Had a hump in the middle. All 3 of our parties complained. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!!

The staff was friendly and accommodating, but we only dealt with them when we checked in. My family came and rented two rooms for 2 days. The room on the third floor was in good shape and everything was working properly, but the room on the second floor was terrible. There was definitely mold growing in the ceiling in the bathroom and in one corner of the bedroom. The air conditioner worked, but not well. It never could get the room down to the temperature that we set and it was humid in the room the whole time we were there. The comforter on one of the beds had a large tear in it that was easily seen upon walking into the room. The shower curtain was also torn in several areas. I'm very disappointed with the second floor room and I would have complained to the staff, but when we checked in they said they were fully booked so I doubt they could have gotten us into another room. I understand that the hotel was going through a remodeling process while I was there, but this room should not have been rented out in the shape that it was in.

The room is so close to the street all night drag racing and or emergency sirens blasting down the streets, breakfast was barely breakfast .. they started serving at 6 and by 7 there was hardly anything to eat!! However, Staff was very nice at front desk!

We were amazed by our room. It had the jetted tub, we knew that part, but we didn't realize it had a full-size fridge, a place to cook, and an enormous microwave as well—very comfortable setting. We will be back.

We booked a jetted hot tub and was given a reg room and went down to ask why and if we can get the room we had booked in the first place and we could have but the tv didn’t work in it. Failed to notify us of this issue and no discount. Hotel was a wreck due to remodeling. No service at front desk had to wait 10 mins bc she was off cleaning

The toilet had not been cleaned and the bathroom would flood when I took a shower. AC wasn't great, would wake up sweating or freezing. The TV didnt have an HDMI cord but the lady at the front desk brought us one as soon as we asked. The girls at the front desk were pleasant.

It was ok. The hotel isn’t very clean though. They took out our trash one day of our three night stay and I had to get towels all three days because they never left any the first day, and we didn’t receive housekeeping the other two. The stairwells hadn’t been swept in a bit. Staff was very friendly and it was comfortable. I understand everyone is short handed but it could use some attention. Breakfast was great every morning. I think there was even homemade sausage for the biscuits! Could be a very nice location with a deep clean.

We had a light that shined in our room that light our entire room up. The only blinds that shut all the way was mesh ones. So it was really hard to fall asleep. Went down to breakfast at 7:15 and there was no hot food left waited around for another 30 minutes and still nothing. Sign said breakfast from 6-9:30.
