Close to Greenbelt shopping mall. Very courteous staff and personalized service. The only downside is no parking area for guests. You have to self park in nearby Greenbelt mall and walk back to the hotel.

The room has no window. The attendant made me climb the stairs with my luggage’s even there is an elevator. I ask for change of room denied. When I get into the room is like an oven , waited for 3 hrs. For the room to cool old air conditioning

People at the front desk was nice but the facility was very small the elevator only takes two people and very small bathroom. The AC was wall unit and seems like it was about to go out. The tv was supper small and the window was shut and could t open it. The people are nice but the facility has some work that needs to be done I would stay their only if it was a short time like a day or two

Nice, well located hotel in Makati. I felt very safe walking in the surrounding area, which is close to several malls. Large well cleaned room with safe. Very decent breakfast buffet, some interesting local cooked options as well as fruit, yoghurt, cereals. Excellent service from all the staff, always friendly, helpful, some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights on September 2024, and we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, has an amazing breakfast buffet, and the staff are very attentive, professional and friendly. The only drawback is that the rooms and building overall need refreshing, they could use fresh paint and some repair.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They were very helpful and hospitable. Asking assistance and favors, e.g, water and other needs in the room, was fast. The housekeepers cleaned the room every day as requested. Fresh sheets and replenished bottled water everyday. My only concern was that the housekeepers are noisy outside the room and the towels need upgrade. They are almost worn out. Breakfast was incuded in my stay which was superb. It’s so close to Ayala Center: like a 5 min walk depending on the traffic. My room was small but it was okay, no complaints. Generally everything was okay and I’ll definitely stay there again.

Property is clean and is very close to Greenbelt shopping mall. There’s also a Seven Eleven just across the hotel. Good breakfast selection. Service is outstanding. As for the room, it was basic and windowless. The walls are not sound proof so you can definitely hear customers next door. Will recommend for short stays.

Overall pleasant experience, very friendly and welcoming staff, location is perfect just opposite greenbelt. If the soundproof could be further improved then it's better. Can clearly heard the staff outside talking and working, especially in the morning 6am++. Always got woke up by them working in a room nearby.

I got a really small room with very little spaces to move around and places for luggage’s. Bathroom is good alright but not not even a small table or anything to place toothbrushes and personal toiletries.

Check in was fast, but there were unreasonable restrictions in the statement of understanding such as dress codes for entering the restaurant, requiring shirts with collar for example, specifically no in room massages and early curfew for guests. The room was nice, neat and clean, but the bathroom was soooo small that the door could not be opened fully because of a fixture built into the wall. Finally, upon checkout, I was told that my bill for the room was incorrect and was charged an additional amount for my stay.

We liked everything about the property except for the unti size. It was very small but cozy. The thing we liked most was The Buffet Breakfast! It was fantastic. Food was quality and choices were reasonable. It was delicious!

The property was ok and in good walking distance to greenbelt shopping and restaurants. It is however a very noisy hotel so if you’re a light sleeper I’d suggest elsewhere. Staff were happy to help.
