Ramada Grand Tsim Sha Tsui

I like the location of the hotel, which is really convenient for everything. The price is also very good for a 4 stars hotel. However, I'm not satisfied for below:- - "Fitness center" only offers few equipments located outdoor close to street. It's not really useful in HK which weather is humid & always > 30C° in summer. - Bed linens were not changed for > 1 week long stay. Was told it's supposed to be changed every few days. It's changed only after requested. - Suspected the room has bed bugs. My daughter had serious bug bites on both legs & I had few on legs & arms. No new bites after changed room. However, the itchiness had lasted for ~ 1 week and the marks have still not gone.

Basic hotel. No frills. Friendly staff. Very convenient to MTR. The only funny thing is the hotel gym. Its so insincere, that it only consist of a tiny threadmill, a bike and a step machine in a hidden corner of the lobby. Even the staff is embarrassed to bring us there when we inquire

Convenient stay for 2days. Grocery and restaurant right off property. Elevator safe and working. Room is very small with hardly any space to sit or move around. Wallpaper old, dark and stripped. Only bath towel with patched hole provided. Men’s room in reception area wet, dirty and smelly.

立地もよく、料金もホテル代の高い香港の中では安価なほう。エレベーターがなかなか来なく来ても満員のときがあるので、外出は早めにしたほうが良いと思う

Wood panel room, small like HK budget travelers hotel. Convenient location. Shower in very small bathtub with dim lighting not conducive to the meaning of relaxation. Weekday rates reasonable, weekends not so much.

It was a really nice place. But the rooms were smaller than i expected. Washroom doors are slide doors, which had a gap peeping into the suite. Also the elevators took very long to go up and down. The free wifi kept disconnecting (barely connecting).

Very simple room, however compared to the price paid per room per night very acceptable. Plenty restaurants in the neighborhood, no hotel breakfast required. Long waiting time on elevators.

Cleanliness was really subpar. We stayed for a few nights. When we checked in, there was already biscuit and old contact lenses found on the floor from the previous guest. We thought they might have missed it but even after the second day it was still there. My friend also tested by leaving an item on the floor to see if they clean the floor, and they didn’t. Would have also been good if the room had a small closet to hang things but they didn’t. Otherwise, everything else was pretty standard for a hotel. Location is quite convenient.

Clean room and room services

Unfortunately, I was not very satisfied with this stay. The room did not feel clean and the staff service was just average. The positive points are the good air conditioning and the convenient location near shops, but overall I expected better.

Excellent value for money. Very clean and comfortable. Only criticism was the waste bin in the bathroom needed a bit more cleaning/sanitising. Short walk to Temple St markets. Really handy to the subway.

Convenient location but completely rundown. Dirty towels in room at check-in, and when I tried to call room service for fresh towels no one answered. It was only an overnight stay thus my husband and I didn't bother complaining. But definitely won't be returning.

The room had spiderwebs and dust, we booked single king size bed & they confirmed our booking but they ended up giving us twin bed which was hard &uncomfortable room .room was small also the toilets .we stayed for 2 night didn't clean the room , the stuffs are not healpful nor friendly . We are disappointed for sure

Staff is courteous and helpful. Hotel offers free use of washing machine and dryer. Bed is very comfortable.

The room relatively clean. Staff friendly and prompt response. Air barely ok. Struggled to get the templeture. Very convenient to get around for different erent foods

交通の便も良いし、食事や買い物等も便利、部屋も香港にしては値段の割に広いし、全体的には良いと思います。 残念なのはベット等調度品が古いようで、時計は止まっているし、ベットはスプリングが浮き出ていてそのまま寝ていると体に当たって痛いくらいでした。

Hard beds, small rooms and bathrooms, musty smell

I paid over HK$ 1600／ night to stay there for 2 nights. The room was so small that I barely had any space to put my things. I had to squeeze myself between the wall and the bed. The sockets were in the wrong places at the bottom of the wall where I could not reach. I asked for a knife to eat some fruits but was told they did not supply knives. The room was near the lift and noisy. It's a rip off.

部屋は狭めでしたが、全体的に綺麗で良かったです。廊下の声が丸聞こえでした。

Room is too small, bathroom even smaller, of you are over 511 you will have trouble with the small space for the toilet, shower not much better, bed is hard like is got cardboard instead of a mattress, positive points for the staff, very friendly

The room was extremely small, not even enough room to open a suitcase. My RV camper has as much room inside. The room is old and dated, with some musty smells. I probably will not be staying here again.

There is no closet to hang clothes.

The room is tiny. If you thought shower stall in a cruise cabin was small, think again. The shower curtain sticks to your skin during shower.

Front desk were rude. They will not honor the reserve now and pay at the desk policy even thought it is cleared stated that it’s an option. They make you pay more in person when you arrive. Definitely DO NOT GO! Plenty of other option in Hong Kong.

Ring to front desk, housekeeping, operator for over 30 mins, no body pick up

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for over ten days between mid-May and June. Overall, the experience was mixed. The hotel is a bit old, but the location is extremely convenient. During our stay, the Duty Manager Kenneth Lien was very professional, thoughtful, and attentive which truly impressed us. By the way, the housekeeping lady on the 25th floor was also very friendly and kept everything very clean. David/Eva

Front of the hotel staff should have lessons in hospitality as no eye contact, never a smile in fact quite rude. The only place in our recent travels that required payment to store luggage. The best person in the whole hotel was the cheery doorman

前枱服務的Duty Manager, 坐升降機遇到的幾位其他酒店職員都親切有禮. 這次是再次入住. 雖然今次的雙床房較細, 但房間景觀開揚, 晚上望到尖沙咀的市區繁華夜景, 甚至維港一隅(大廈之間看到的少少海景).

チェックインの際にカウンターに３人いたが、こちら３名でのチェックインにもかかわらず対応したのは一番若い子の１名のみ。他の２名はグリーティングどころか目も合わそうともせず、何をするでもなくPCを見つめているだけで、サービス業にあるまじき応対だった。適正に問題があるので転職した方がいい。RAMADA / WYNDAMの本部は指導するべきだと思う。チェックアウト時のおばちゃんは愛想がよくて感じがよかった。

Housekeeping service has left much to be desired. There were occasions my room wasn't attended until late in the afternoon when I left my room since 8 am. The teacups weren't cleaned or replaced daily! The air-conditioning system was impossible to adjust to the desired temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. Two days before check-in, a friend delivered a small packet to the hotel for me to collect upon arrival. However, both reception desk and concierge refused the safe keeping of the packet, even when the confirmed room booking was there.

First time i thougt where is the front desk when I arrive. The front desk was looks like just old information desk or desk for working staff. And the front desk staff were looks very unfriendly and kind of unwelcome guest unfortunately. Ramada hotel is not world wide hotel?? Bad quolity staff more than youth hostel staff .clean staff was very kind and charming. Hotel was bit old. But ok for price in that area. Need bit walk from station call Jordan station. They have 7/11 ,posh style supermarket,masage shop around hotel and not danger area. Not so big recommend. But ok when u stay for short while and save money.

Convenient

Cleaningness is good. Buses and MTR networks is very convenient about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Foods, restaurants, convenient stores and shopping centers in the neighborhood. Location is in the quiet area, about few minutes walking to the busy prime areas in Kowloon.

People is friendly. Good location for walkable to public transit (subway trains & buses), local stores, park & various choice of eateries.

Given the price we paid, we were happy with what we got when we checked in. The hotel has a convenient location, many 7 elevens, and other small shops nearby. Easy and short walk to Kowloon Park, Temple Street night market, Nathan Road, and Jordan Road nearby, so easy access to/from HKG airport. A lot of restaurants and shopping malls are within walking distance from the hotel. Jordan MTR station is just around the corner, and HKG airport bus stops for lines A21 & A22 are also within walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was ok, and worth the 77 HKD we paid each, not a lot of variety, but enough for a start to the day. Coffee, tea, juices, toast, scrambled eggs, ham, chicken sausages, and various vegetables were available every morning — a changing selection of local food, steam buns, noodles, spring rolls, fried rice, fish balls, etc. The rooms are a little small but nice and clean and well equipped. Hair dryer, water boiler, mini fridge (could fit in 2-3 bottles of water / soft drinks) small bathtub, and a twin bed. We asked for an additional blanket, as it was quite chilly in the room, and that extra blanket was delivered to us promptly. Overall we were satisfied with what we got for the amount we paid. Would definitely stay again. Check-in was super fast and efficient, staff in the hotel was nice and helpful whenever we needed help or had some questions.

The hotel location is very convenient to go around the tsim sha tsui and jordan area with close to jordan mtr station and city bus stops. The room is in a slightly smaller side but it is clean and quiet with a good city view. The hotel staffs were very friendly from the start and the check in and check out service were also very smooth. We had a very pleasant stay in Ramada on our 2 weeks HongKong visit.

Check in took a long time and they tried to charge me more that the Expedia rate. Bed was like sleeping on open bed-springs. They changed my room the next day - a little better. Shower leaked from the pipe and sprayed water all over the floor every time. Had to mop up after every shower. Breakfast served canned pineapple. Only 1 two-slice toaster for entire hotel - long wait. Area around hotel is nice and close to Jordan street metro.

The property needs updating and the restaurant on site had limited selection of food.

OK hotel, but some things detract from the overall experience. As in many hotels in the area, the room was very small. Not even room for a sink in the bathroom (there is one in the room, though). Toilet placed in an extremely narrow nook, so it is very uncomfortable. Bed is very hard as in many Asian hotels. Interior dated and worn, but survivable for a few days. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not very good.

コロナ後初の香港訪問だったが、星3.5levelのホテルが、ほぼビジネスホテル化していて少し驚いた。まず、部屋備え付け品のレターセット、cleaning サービス、housekeepingは全て廃止、モーニングコールも無しとのこと。朝食も、ホテルにしては種類が簡素化していた（普通には食べられる）。バスアニメティも、髭剃りや櫛などは無し。タオルもバスタオルのみ（到着便変更で利用した小ホテルにはハンドタオルはあったが…）。なぜか、tipを置いてもそのままだった。少なすぎのかな？言葉が通じるので，フロントに直に交渉ごとをいろいろ相談したが、対応自体はとてもていねいだった。そのつもりで利用すれば良いと思う。ロケーション的にはとても良いところではあるので。

I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada Grand Tsim Sha Tsui. The room was comfortable, highly placed on the 25th floor, and well maintained. The staff were kind and helpful. Eat breakfast elsewhere is my recommendation. Everything one might need can be found within a 10 minute walk. I particularly enjoyed Kowloon park, where there is good walking, a swimming pool, tai chi classes and fitness equipment. Public transport is good and easy to use. Buy an Octopus card.
