Stayed 2 nights

I booked a one-bedroom with two beds. I’m not sure why I ended up sharing space with 60+ people. I expected to share with fewer than 10 people, since it was advertised as a room with two beds, not like the other dorm-style options. We are not even using the same bunk bed, yet the beds are still very close to each other. The design of this place is very strange. The living areas have no doors at all on the floor, including near the washroom and the upstairs common area. You can imagine how noisy it gets when someone finishes showering, cooks, or parties in the common area. The stairs connecting the sleeping floor and the common area are also completely open with no doors. On top of that, there are huge metal storage drawers under the beds without wheels. Every time someone pulls one out, it makes a lot of noise. This is the worst experience I’ve had with Hotels.com after more than 100 bookings over the years. I contacted customer service, but they couldn’t reach the hotel either. I can’t believe I paid $220 USD for two beds for two nights just to sleep in what feels like a public area. Hygiene and safety are also concerns. No one seems to enforce the rules, and it looks like they only clean once a day for a place that holds nearly a hundred people.

Not at all what was advertised. Pictures have been photo shopped to make it look nicer. I felt unsafe the whole time I was there
