So cool, when we entered our room it had a custom welcome on the television. The staff was so accommodating. They made sure we were able to have adjoining rooms to keep our family together. The whole hotel was very clean. Pool had tons of clean towels, which was refreshing. Breakfast was wonderful and the attendant was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and have already consodered staying again on our next pass through on the same route.

My room smelled like vomit. The hotel was sold out and I got in late so I didn’t even bother. Room 317 needs the carpet shampooed. Overall the staff is good and the people are nice, the rooms just need some more TLC

Everything and everyone at this hotel was great! The only thing that I think would be up for improvement would be the caulk around the tub in the room we had needed to be bleached in a couple spots. I’m really picky about bathrooms and there were a couple spots around the tub that were mildewed.

It was horrible. window was busted, air did not work, ceiling fan did not work, carpet was not vacuumed and toilet had toilet paper in it like it was never cleaned. Manager would not speak with us and put all up to the asst manager whom was just relaying what the manager said. manager even slipped our bill under the door so that they would not have to talk with us. called corporate and they supposedly took down the complaint but never heard anything back from them. we were there 4 nights. on the 2nd day they placed us in another room which was not much better. they only discounted 1 night. this place needs to be mowed down. it is horrible. white powder up against the floor molding.

PROS: our room was spacious and nice. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was just ok. CONS: we had to ask for the sheet to be changed on one of the beds because of a ?blood spot. We were right above the lobby and could hear the sliding doors constantly-all day & night. The staff all smoked right outside the door leading to the back parking lot. (Next to the “this is a smoke free property” sign.

The hotel is nice. HOWEVER, I was awakened at 4:45 by a cacophony of extremely loud banging of pots and pans, roaring running water, numerous loud thugs and wall banging. I was assigned a nice single king room on the first floor #106. After I was so rudely awakened, I walked in my pajamas, barefoot to the front desk to inquire as to what the racket was, if it was a kitchen behind rm #106? There was a young woman slumped over the desk reading something on a stack of papers. When I spoke to her, she never looked up and after a very long pause, without even acknowledging me, nor looking up, she mumbled “ya, the kitchen” and huffed. She was extremely rude! I will be contacting the Manager, Bruce Bailey on Monday, Dec 15 to lodge my complaint and concerns.

The night desk clerk was just fantastic. We got there late and he got us checked in quickly. His was efficient and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and out the door we went to complete the last leg of our trip. We got a call from the the hotel when we were 1/2 from home. We had walked out of the dining area and left my wife's small suitcase behind! Going 7 hours back to pick it up was out of the question. The lady who called, Angel, told us her manager could take it to the post office and ship it to us and they could charge it to my credit card. They had it to the post office in less than an hour! I was already going to leave a positive review because of a pleasant stay, this locked it in. The room and breakfast were very nice, the STAFF was EXCELLANT!!

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Everything was clean. The breakfast was pretty good. Me and my wife really enjoyed Hope. Everyone we talked to or ran into was really friendly. The location is convenient, there is a Walmart right next door and a Mexican restaurant.
