The room was fine. But little things soured the stay. First of all a coffee machine in the room or at least having a couple extra on hand would have been great. Saying there's coffee in the lobby doesn't help the early risers that prefer to have a cup of coffee before showering and getting ready for day. Telling someone to just walk down to the lobby and get the stale coffee from the pot is not customer friendly. Why do I want to get dressed just to go get coffee. Also I like to get to the fitness area around 6am. I was out of luck since the fitness area doesn't open until 7am. No exceptions made. It's not a hotel I would stay at again because of that and the guy at the front desk that didn't care about bending those rules.

While on the website was advertised with a indoor pool and hot tub. Upon arrival came to find out the entire bottom floor was being remodeled and the indoor pool/ hot tub was also closed. I was traveling with my two kids and that was a big disappointment. Asked to be swapped to a double bed if available, the lady said the hotel was booked up yet, availability showed at 60 percent for the night. parking lot reflected it. There are thousands of hotels but only few are hospitality business.

The staff was very friendly. The front desk clerk helped us set up a spot for dinner since the common area was closed so late. Was very helpful in everything we needed. Elevator was out, but this was told at check, so really couldn't be to upset. Overall great experience

The stay was negatively affected by (3) items The view is a freeway which is heavily lighted and the blinds are almost sheer making sleeping problematic The key had major functional problems and had to be reset but still was working on sporadic swipes The elevator was not functioning The personnel were nice and attentive

The elevator never worked and we were on the top floor. I have a knee replacement and my best friend has had a hip replacement. The sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain. So we would have to brush our teeth in the tub.

Be sure to book a room that does not face the highway. The pavement surface is very noisy and the cars and truck never stop. My noise cancelling ear buds with double pane windows did not provide enough noise reduction for me to sleep (and I am not a light sleeper). The bathroom was not clean - mold in the corners of the tub and hair on the bottom of the tub. The coffee is very marginal and the breakfast is very limited.

While the room and exterior were clean, the east stairway was not. And I hope the semi red stain on the 3rd floor stair landing isn’t blood. Pointed out to staff, but when I left the next day, nothing had changed. Area appeared safe, off frontage road of highway.

The room was dirty!!! The floors were not fully swept or mopped. It seemed like all the things dropped on the floor by previous guests were swept into the closet. I saw a roach in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Considered to be one of my worst stays in all of the hotels I ever stayed at

When we arrived at our hotel we noticed that our room wasn’t very clean, but we went ahead and unpacked. Late that night when we got back we realized our sheets were not changed. They were very nasty. We went down and told the lady working the night shift and she had said “she can’t believe guests can leave rooms like that.” I asked for new sheets and we made our own beds. We realized in the morning our towels were dirty as well. The lady working the morning shift was very upset about it which I appreciated. The pool was nice and they had a decent breakfast.

Check in was a breeze, bed was a little bit on the hard side. Pillows were very soft, floors in the room needed swept, and the bathroom had hair everywhere. Towels,shower, back of the toilet. Shower was lukewarm at best.

The property is conveniently located off the Interstate on 51st street and about 15 minutes from downtown. The premises were clean both inside and outside, the manager at both check in and check out were professional. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was included in the room price. Good value for the price. Will definitely come again! .

Average location, road noise was noticeable. Room was good condition for most part, just some small scuffs or damage I found. Only hiccup was I did the pre arrival check in, but getting to hotel I was told it wasn’t successful even though had message saying good to go.

Check in was easy and the on-site free parking is great. Pre/online check in didn’t work, so had to do that again when we arrived. Room was comfortable aside from the road noise. Request a south facing room! Also, no curtains so we had street and lamp light in our room all night. Hard to sleep.

My daughter, grandsons, and I stayed five nights at the midtown La Quinta in Tulsa. We were very comfortable. We asked that the bed linens not be changed daily, and housekeeping obliged us. We had ample towels. The air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast options were tasty. Best, though, was when we had unruly neighbors, the hotel staff came to our rescue immediately. And then when the noise started again, the staff took care of the problem. We had a quiet night.

To be quite honest i gave five stars on everything cause of the way they treated me and my family. My mother had passed away before i had to use my reservations and the hotel was very understanding of our situation and was able to make sure i was taking care of so i could only imagine that everything was top notched. Thank you so much!

I had the worst experience at your hotel. The bed sheets were stained and had clearly not been changed. The bathroom was dirty, and the front desk staff was extremely rude. When I requested a room change, the staff member dismissively told me, “This isn’t the Hyatt; we don’t change bed sheets every day.” He refused to call his manager or accommodate my request. Frustrated, I immediately checked out, yet I was still charged in full. I will never stay at LaQuinta or Wyndham hotels again.

Our check in process was quick and easy. I forget the guys name but he was very friendly and helpful. We had our bball team and he turned on the lights for us so our team could eat dinner in the lobby. The next night, not so much. The lady refused to turn the lights on (at 7:30) pm so we could sit down there and eat. We spent $1,400 on 4 rooms for the 2 nights so it seemed pretty ridiculous that they couldn’t accommodate us to do something as simple as turn the light on so we could eat. Other than that our stay was great. Rooms were clean and spacious

Staff was non existent when we arrived. We buzzed and called multiple times. Still no answer or staff member able to be seen. So we had to beat on glass door. Finally a staff member emerged. Their excuse for not being at the front is because they didn’t have anymore check ins for the night since check in was at 3pm. If they actually went and looked at the list of people checking in they would’ve seen I paid ahead and was coming from 5 hrs away. WILL NOT be staying again in the future.

I travel 26 weeks a year so I have a lot to compare too and I have stayed in a fair share of LaQuinta's. The hotel is newly remodeled and clean and staff was accommodating. However, Breakfast was subpar and there are no coffee makers in the rooms. For the same money I think I can do better. Not a bad hotel but I will try every other hotel in the area before returning to this one. It's the small things that make a big difference!

We couldn't rave enough about the cleanliness of the entire room. Without that we're never quite at ease in any hotel room. Beyond that, we were greeted by a friendly reservation host. The breakfast area was well kept and well stocked with warm and cold food items. Sweet lady attending that area.
