clean, quiet, safe didn't like parking situation because it wasn't very convenient

The room and hotel in general were in good condition. There was a pretty good workout room and an indoor pool. There was also a convenient computer room. The breakfast was excellent. The in-room coffee was pretty weak, but I think that is characteristic of most hotels, lol.

After reading the reviews, we chose this hotel to stop. We are Hilton Honors members and have had good luck with these hotels in the past. The CSR was friendly upon check in but upon entering the hallway, the air conditioning was dripping and the carpet was soaked. We did report this to the front desk. The next morning, we went to breakfast and it was not as expected compared to other Hampton Inns. The selection was just ok. We looked forward to a good shower before hitting the road and the bottles in the shower were empty (shampoo and body wash). Upon checkout, I did express my disappointment to the CSR at the front desk but we were not offered points or discount… only.. “I’ll let the staff know for the next guest.” Really, am I not your current guest?

Everyone at this hotel was very nice and helpful. The patio area was great for sitting outside catching up with everyone or just having a cup of coffee in the morning.

The controls in the shower/tub did not function.

Internet didn’t work, Televisions didn’t Work, I had to go downstairs and get new remotes. Beds look like the sheets weren’t changed very disappointing

We did not get the king room we reserved. Pool (indoor) was cold. No soap in sink side dispenser. Room we ended up with was tiny. Conflicting signs about pool hours. Rude staff (manager) at check in.

We really enjoyed the small fire pit on the front patio

I likes that the hotel was very clean, and had all the normal amenities you would expect. It was very close to some stores and places to eat as well. The location was great for our stay.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I do not like mold in my bathroom, especially around the shower and commode. I am also not fond of see-through linens. This is not a 2-star hotel chain, but it certainly felt like it. The redeeming aspect was the staff. They were friendly, professional, and helpful.

Room was not cleaned very well. Bathroom walls has peeling wallpaper and mold growing at the seams.

The person at the register counter seem oblivious to me standing there waiting for my check in. There were two persons at the check in counter and both were talking to a lady who it seems was checking out. It was obvious that they had finish checking the lady out and they were just chatting. I had to ask if they will be done talking soon, to which he replied that it was a line (not his exact words I am para phrasing), I told him I find him very inconsiderate. He seems shocked that I would have the nerve to tell him that. I was given a handicapped room which I did not ask for. The carpet was dirty. I tried calling the room to ask for another room but no one answer the operator number. By this time my husband had pack out some of his things and said he doesn't want to move. He will put up with the inconvenience. Whenever I am travelling I always look for the Hampton Inn Sign and stop there because I always get a clean room and bed. The top sheet on the bed did not look clean and no one clean the room the Saturday. I was told that we had to ask for the service if we wanted the room to be cleaned. My husband asked one the cleaners to clean the room. It was done and the top sheet was also changed, which looked clean. I was not at all pleased.

Hotel not quite as clean as the Plant City Hampton but clean enough.

The hotel was great. Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Overall, great stay.

There was loud noise during the night beginning at 4:00 AM and continuing until about 6:00 AM coming from the room next door. I was told there was no one in that room, so I don't know what caused the noise. It kept us up the rest of the night.

We had to contact this hotel 4 times to finally get an early check-in. We were coming in for a funeral. None of those we spoke with were polite but seemed bored and disinterested. Check-in itself was extremely slow and the clerk even said to us that she was having issues with the “new computer system”. I left a note for the housekeeping crew noting the cobweb which had been there so long there was dust on it. Our room was next to the ice machine….no other comment needed. The location was what worked for us. We had another family member staying at this hotel too. He was not made aware of the $50 room charge for “incidentals”. He’s an Hilton Honors member…but I guess that didn’t make it in to the “new computer system”.

Bed was terrible. Sheets had hair on them when we checked in. Pillows were small and uncomfortable. No USB plug for phone. Had to have 110 plig. Lower level parking lot had no steps other than the center and made for long walks to and from car in the rain.

Clean and comfortable easy access to I-75 very friendly staff beds were comfortable coming back in June

Staff was very good. Very small rooms that need updating not worth the $240 a night cost.

The mattresses were awful, my husband and I woke up with pain in our backs. the rooms need updating. The staff were friendly

The questionnaire for this Expedia/Hotels.com review is EXTREMELY flawed, but the hotel itself was great. View was of the parking lot and surroundings, but it's better than it sounds. I was able to see lush greenery and mountain in the distance. But the review didn't give that option. Oh well. In either case, the room was clean, the facilities well-maintained, the bed was comfy, and the staff were highly tuned to customer service. Very convenient to I-75 and many Ocoee Whitewater Rafting outfitters. I'd definitely stay here again.

Customer service was excellent

The A/C in room was not working when we returned from dinner. Front desk person had no help and was very busy with a lot of things going on in the hotel. Finally around 1:00am, we were able to change rooms as the A/C was not fixed. Front desk person was very polite and said they would compensate us for the trouble. That never happened. There was too much going on in the hotel that night (arrests, people checking in to occupied rooms) in addition to kids knocking on doors until past 12pm.

The hotel is within walking distance to a small shopping center and many restaurants and fast food places to eat.

Lovely new facility. Close to restaurants and shopping. Located just off I -75.

We werent able to check in until late 3pm. I asked for an early check in when i booked the room but they didnt have a room ready. BREAKFAST was good they had scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, turkey sausages and waffles.

Being able to check in early was great! We were able to spend extra quality time with our granddaughter, a student at Lee University. The breakfast was really good and well stocked. Also, the property was very clean and well maintained. Thanks Wm. & Lynn Blalock

We enjoyed everything about this property. It was maintained well and was very clean. It had the best breakfast I believe I have ever seen in any Hampton I have ever stayed in over the years. Easy to get to. The staff was very professional and helpful.
