Fantastic hotel right on the Piazza where everything in Trento is right outside the door. Room had air conditioning and very comfortable family room for four of us and very clean bathroom. Register car license for 30 mins free parking and enter cobble stone roads via Andrea Pozzo gate, then park all day for six Euros 700m 10 mins walk was very easy. Free breakfast inthe morning had an amazing assortment of baked goods. Four different kinds of croissants and so many yummy juices. They also made us any Italian coffee you want. Had a great stay. Gelato four scoops for five Euros all around the hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We arrived at the hotel quite late. The receptionist who greeted us was very helpful with both our car and suggesting 2 great restaurants to go to. Breakfast - also amazingly fresh and wonderful (those who have traveled in Italy know that it is not a land of great breakfasts :)! The hotel has recently been renovated - top quality interior design and utmost respect for this beautiful old building in the old town of Trento.

No lado que ficamos o acesso aos quartos era somente por escada e ficamos no 4º andar, o que era bem cansativo, ainda mais com malas. O quarto era bem amplo, cama queen, vista para a praça. Banheiro grande, chuveiro com água forte e quente. Toalhas horríveis, parecendo lixas. Roupas de cama ok. Café da manhã variado. Para uma pernoite foi ok, mas para jornadas longas, 4 andares andares é muito sacrificante.

It was tricky to find and parking was not good. Even when we found our way and was instructed on where to park, it was challenging to find parking garage and it was a lot more expensive to park than the website mentioned it was.

Our room was newly renovated. Large bathroom. Right in the main square. A little tricky to arrive as the hotel is in a pedestrian only area but Marco at reception was super helpful. Parking is an 11 min walk from the hotel in a secured location. Staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel is very clean. There are no elevators but staff offered to assist with our bags. Overall a great experience.

Hotel in posizione ottima. Cortesia del persone, colazione e pulizia della camera eccellente. Vista di piazza Duomo strepitosa, peccato solo per il quarto piano senza ascensore, ma trattandosi di edifici storico è comprensibile…diciamo che servono per smaltire gli eccessi dell’ottimo cibo consumato ai mercatini!

Il punto di forza dell'hotel è senz'altro la posizione con vista bellissima sulla piazza del Duomo. Inoltre ci si sente accolti grazie alla gentilezza e professionalità del personale. La struttura è pulita e dotata di tutti i servizi compresa l'ottima colazione. Manca l'ascensore nella parte dell' albergo con vista sulla piazza ma lo staff si è reso subito disponibile per risolvere il problema del trasporto del bagaglio. Albergo superconsigliato!!

If you want to be right at the main piazza this is the place!! We asked for a room overlooking the piazza and was wonderful! The bathroom looked recently renovated and spacious too! The only thing is that if you’re driving you can not park right outside of course and parking lot is a little far away, but we knew it in advance, was no surprise! Good breakfast and nice staff that helped us resolve even some issues we had!!

Great room. It had space, a comfortable bed, excellent air conditioner that was easy to use, nice breakfast, and large bath. The view on the Piazza was lovely, but the windows kept local noise out. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Would definitely stay again. Be warned, there is no elevator for some rooms (ours had no lift), but the stairs are easily managed. Overall, great place in the center of everything.

Rooms were well appointed and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is about as central as you can get and the train station is less than a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast was decent and inclusive. I would recommend this place highly.

Camera con vista spettacolare sulla piazza principale. Pulizia eccellente e personale educato e cortese . Ottima la colazione,sia dolce che salata ,con tanti prodotti freschi. La parte più vecchia dell' hotel non ha l' ascensore, ci avevano avvertiti con una mail, le stanze sono veramente demodé. La stanza da bagno invece era ristrutturata e molto carina. La vista sulla piazza ripaga i tre piani di scale. Lo consiglio

Directly in the city center, therefor not quiet, but the windows are super isolating - best choice to be in the center. The rooms are brand new renovaten and nice. Servive and breakfast are super - at all we love it.

Loved staying here. We had the room with the balcony and bath and really enjoyed people watching. Room was lovely and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Vi kom dit sent på kvällen när staden firade sitt skyddshelgon i en flera dagar lång fest. Inga parkeringsplatser att tillgå, men hotellet hjälpte oss hela tiden över tel och erbjöd sig t.o.m att komma och hämta bilen och parkera den åt oss. Första klassens service!! Frukostbuffén var konton med. Hit åker vi gärna igen.

This is a perfect little hotel, right on the main old town square in the heart of Trento. The staff / receptionists were super friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful visit here.

Staff 10/10. Room was clean, really clean and looked new! Breakfast had so many options and was perfect. Can't say enough about the east location from the train (maybe 10 min walk at best) and perfect location on the square! Exceeded my expectations and I'm a demanding traveler with all of the places I've stayed

I can really recommend this hotel if you would like to stay just in middle of the city centre on the main square. It’s wonderful located.

Rooms were well appointed and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is about as central as you can get and the train station is less than a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast was decent and inclusive. I would recommend this place highly.

Our room was newly renovated. Large bathroom. Right in the main square. A little tricky to arrive as the hotel is in a pedestrian only area but Marco at reception was super helpful. Parking is an 11 min walk from the hotel in a secured location. Staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel is very clean. There are no elevators but staff offered to assist with our bags. Overall a great experience.

Il punto di forza dell'hotel è senz'altro la posizione con vista bellissima sulla piazza del Duomo. Inoltre ci si sente accolti grazie alla gentilezza e professionalità del personale. La struttura è pulita e dotata di tutti i servizi compresa l'ottima colazione. Manca l'ascensore nella parte dell' albergo con vista sulla piazza ma lo staff si è reso subito disponibile per risolvere il problema del trasporto del bagaglio. Albergo superconsigliato!!

Fantastic hotel right on the Piazza where everything in Trento is right outside the door. Room had air conditioning and very comfortable family room for four of us and very clean bathroom. Register car license for 30 mins free parking and enter cobble stone roads via Andrea Pozzo gate, then park all day for six Euros 700m 10 mins walk was very easy. Free breakfast inthe morning had an amazing assortment of baked goods. Four different kinds of croissants and so many yummy juices. They also made us any Italian coffee you want. Had a great stay. Gelato four scoops for five Euros all around the hotel.

El hotel esta muy bien y el desayuno vale la pena. Hace falta una tetera en la habitación. El personal es muy amable y tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante. Pedimos desayuno para llevar por que salíamos temprano, pero fue escaso.
