The location was perfect for our visit to the Sherblues Music Festival. The staff greeted us and made checking in smooth and easy. The room was cozy, with lovely decorative touches that made the stay extra special and memorable. The room was clean and amenities were plentiful and easily accessible. The breakfast menu was limited, but options were offered. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast on the open air patio served by staff. We had a wonderful experience and hope to return in the future. À la Prochaine!

Incredible stay. The room itself was very comfortable and beautiful and very clean (absolutely clean; I found no dust, hairs, or anything like that). It feels like a place personalized for your comfort and privacy. The shower got hot enough for me, which was great. I did not need to bring anything with me in terms of soap, towel, etc. The owners contacted me ahead of time to find out whether I had any dietary concerns, which was lovely since I do (lactose, gluten-intolerance, pescatarian). I did not have the breakfast but I heard it is wonderful; I did have tea and it was amazing (they have unique flavours like mango lychee!), and they always have granola bars available. The owners are incredibly helpful when I needed to get a taxi on my way out; I did not have a credit card or CAD and they exchanged some cash so that I could pay my taxi fare (this area does not have Uber or Lyft). The total invoice came out of the card used to book, which was very convenient. They are so friendly and caring; I felt like I became a better person just by having interacted with them. The area is also incredible; just ten minutes away is a beautiful area to walk (with a fountain) and lovely restaurants (I highly recommend Antidote). It does rain off-and-on so be sure to carry a light raincoat and shoes that will not soak too easily. They also do offer parking (I was asked but did not come with a car).

Spotless room, amazing taste in furniture, original hardwood floors with tile accents. Antique furniture through out gave it a old miney vibe. Not a single piece of dust to be found. I am neurodivert, and often dont feel the floors are clean enough to walk bare feet. I did not feel this way there. Breakfas5 was absolutely amazing, i felt like i was in a five star restaurant. The dishes were lavish. Paintings were hung with care, mirrors used appropriately to make small spaces feel larger. The staff was absolutely delightful, curious but not nosey. They took a rela interest. Our larger bag was carried upstairs for us, which was much appreciated. No one bothered us the entire stay.
