On check in got “upgraded” to a very dated villa. Found a used napkin next to the bed after I had already spent two nights there (totally unacceptable), obviously housekeeping not at their best! House keeping staff did not spray a fragrance in the room after “cleaning” and left their own odour lingering in the room. Got moved to a different room after finding the used tissue. Was offered free breakfast, which was not relayed to breakfast team causing further inconvenience. Breakfast staff member was coughing over the food whilst he was cleaning the serving spoons. Absolutely not acceptable, please maintain a basic hygiene level!! Guest eat the food you just coughed over! Front security team failed to organise buggy service on asking twice, so walked instead. Friendliest of staff was Tarsem in the front of house team welcoming and departing guests. Did exactly what he said he would. Overall 2* only because the final nights room was nicer then the villa. Otherwise this is a very substandard run property. Most staff members need training of what 5* service should be.

It’s a lovely property with INCREDIBLE service. We stayed few nights to celebrate an occasion and were very impressed by the focus on service and hospitality. Special call out to Elena at the reception and Abhitosh at the restaurant who were too nice. There were others too (Salman at entrance, Christopher with the luggage) and we did not find one person who was not warm or helpful. Sitting by the canal side, they had complimentary lollies, water, sunscreen and sunglasses cleaning service! Property itself is very opulent and well kept. Great assortment of restaurants and food options. Lots of open space around the property to take walks. The gym is one of the best gyms I have been to with plenty of space, open views and nice equipment.

The hotel is beautiful with a glamorous lobby and cozy room. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Huge pool and beach. Nothing to complain. The only thing we didn't like is the location. There is nothing within walking distance.

We also want to highlight Mostafa, the Travel Consultant, who immediately organized museum tickets for us — truly remarkable service! And Yasin from the Concierge team provided excellent guidance throughout our stay. The hotel’s central location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. We stayed in a Radnam Pool Villa. There was a number of issues with loose fittings, a tv that kept turning itself on and A/C that was not great in the master bedroom. I also found that there wasn’t a mirror near a plug in the Master so I couldn’t dry my hair in that room. Bedding was lovely and pool area was great too.

Le Ritz-Carlton se situe dans un grand ensemble avec un beau parc. Le service est bon dans l'ensemble. Le personnel très serviable et agréable. En revanche, la chambre attribuée était très sombre, défraîchie et située dans une partie de l'hôtel peu entretenue. Attention, ne pas reserver de Venetian suite.
Le Ritz-Carlton se situe dans un grand ensemble avec un beau parc. Le service est bon dans l'ensemble. Le personnel très serviable et agréable. We were only in Abu Dhabi for an overnight stopover on our flight home. We chose the Ritz Carlton both for its reputation as well as its proximity to the grand mosque so we could take an after hours tour. The service was outstanding and very friendly. The room was large and comfortable. And the mosque in the background made for an almost fairy tale setting. I would definitely love to spend more time at this hotel in the future.

On check in got “upgraded” to a very dated villa. Found a used napkin next to the bed after I had already spent two nights there (totally unacceptable), obviously housekeeping not at their best! House keeping staff did not spray a fragrance in the room after “cleaning” and left their own odour lingering in the room. Got moved to a different room after finding the used tissue. Was offered free breakfast, which was not relayed to breakfast team causing further inconvenience. Breakfast staff member was coughing over the food whilst he was cleaning the serving spoons. Absolutely not acceptable, please maintain a basic hygiene level!! Guest eat the food you just coughed over! Front security team failed to organise buggy service on asking twice, so walked instead. Friendliest of staff was Tarsem in the front of house team welcoming and departing guests. Did exactly what he said he would. Overall 2* only because the final nights room was nicer then the villa. Otherwise this is a very substandard run property. Most staff members need training of what 5* service should be.

Stunning hotel! Couldn’t fault the staff, rooms, service. My only grumble is there isn’t anywhere to have a nigh time drink outside, you have to eat at one of the restaurants or are stuck using the inside slightly uninspiring bar. A sunset type bar, and there is plenty of space for one would round this hotel off! Couple call outs, I was an early checkin and Mary did a fantastic job accommodating and getting my room early. Also the incredibly smiley and friendly Ibrahim pool attendant, and forgive me I didn’t catch his name, but your front of house gent with glasses and a beard was so attentive and friendly. All of the staff were amazing, I’m just mentioning those I interacted with more than once and that stood out. Bravo!

Lovely property. Punjab grill was excellent food. The only thing that could have been better was the pool area staff was not on top of it. We had to wait forever for drinks. The doorman Salman was amazing. He remembered our names, provided water for our excursions, and went above and beyond. He was excellent and ill remember his great service to customers.

The stay here was incredible. All the staff were extremely accomadating, the facilities were top notch and the breakfast buffet 10/10 (I'd recommend paying extra for it if booking here).
