The bed was comfortable but the pillows need replacing. Hot water was unpredictable like most places in Mexico. No kitchen in the unit i rented but had a good fridge and some cups, bowls and silverware. Some of the people staying there were older and didn't like any noise.

Everything was very nice. The manager James was very responsive to our questions. The property has several units all with a different layout. Ours was a single king room with a patio door opening onto a common area with a small splash pool. Not really a patio but most units were bigger with their own out door areas. The pool and grounds were immaculate. This is about a 15 minute walk to Centro Bucerias but there are dining options near by. The biggest grocery store in the area was a 10 minute walk. So that is bonus if you have a kitchen

I really liked the place. Very rustic and cozy. Beds were comfortable and we got a nice upgrade on our room! We just wished we had an a/c in our room, unfortunately the only a/c is in the living room. At least in our room. But it was a pretty nice stay over all.
