Beds were Comfortable. Location was Great if you want something quieter than the Tourist Zone. Quick Uber anywhere in the area. These are Condo Type Apartments. Small quiet beaches below the property. Multiple Buildings extend up the hill, pools between buildings. The resort has a Golf Cart and help to bring you up with your luggage. Be prepared to walk some stairs (no elevator) and slopes going back and forth. Great Restaurant with Gluten free/Veggie options on site. Mariam (and Aaron) served us in the restaurant a few times. Both so nice and Helpful with recommendations!

This property is situated where every room has beautiful views of Cabo San Lucas for sunset watching. There is a pool for every other building so, you can probably find a quiet pool somewhere close. It is a walkable 15 minutes to the nearest supermarket and a shorter walk to Oxxo. Bus routes are in front of the supermarket so not far to catch public transit. The condos are quite large and could easily accommodate a family or two couples, as each room gets a full bath with shower. The property is about a 10-15 minute walk down to a swimmable beach at Playa Cabo Bello. You can cut through the Misiones Del Cabo condo complex and use the stairs to get there otherwise its a long walk through the Cabo Bello condo complex. On the negative side, the condos are a bit run down, and we had a number of technical problems with hot water, AC, Fridge, TV remote. All were fixed within 48 hours but glad i knew Spanish to explain the problems. The appliances were a bit cheap and functioned ok, but not great. We tended to cook in our condo due to the outrageous prices at any of the local restaurants. If money is not a problem then I am sure you will enjoy a nice breakfast for $$$ at the restaurant.

Arrived at hotel a/c units weren’t working in the rooms, went to get my kids out of bed and there was bed bugs on the bed. We got moved to another room but had to flip the whole mattress’s and take off sheets just to make sure that the beds didn’t have bed bugs. No hot water, over all terrible experience

Great view! The room was spacious but the floor was not clean. The reviews said Wi-Fi is spotty at best, in our building it was nonexistent. They ran out of hand towels three days into our stay and could not replace them and took another two days to get regular towels. And the water pressure in the primary bathroom was very weak. To make the stay better, I would recommend a welcome basket, sponge, hand towels, paper towels, and leave a broom and dust pan in the room.

The staff was very friendly at check in. The room was available immediately. The room was exceptionally clean, well appointed and spacious, with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. The restaurant next door was great and gave a good discount for the hotel guest. We will differently go back there and would recommend to anyone we know.

Cleaned every day, very comfy beds, air conditioning and wi-if works great. Suit also has great view. The shower does not seem to work properly as hot water and cold water rotate automatically and u can not really control it. We managed to take shower so not a biggie. Overall is great experience.

The grounds of the property are very nice, updated with nice landscaping. Wish I could say the same about our room--sparsely furnished with banged-up, dated furniture. The ocean view was gorgeous from this 4th-floor, 2 BR condo that overlooks a lovely pool, but hard to see because the curtain rods were broken and we couldn't get the curtains open. The slider wouldn't lock, there's no elevator, no kitchen towels, only 1 hand towel per BA, no warm water to shower. There are about 15 different buildings of 8 units at this property, the highest bldg number being down the hill,closer to the water where the office is. We were in building 3 and had to drag our suitcases all the way back up the hill after checking in. Estefan at the front desk was very friendly & pleasant. The workout room was pretty good with a nice view but no towels or water. We only stayed one night and would've complained about stuff had we stayed longer. The price was great for the view.

The room had a nice view however, the sliding balcony door was broken, the AC in the main room would not change temperature and was cold all night long. One of the toilets had a faulty lever and would not flush completely. I think a little more maintenance would make this place a little nicer experience.

The suites were recently upgeaded. Very modern style, beds were super comfy, large showers, maid service everyday. No hassle checking-in. Only negative is the livingroom furniture. They have outdoor patio sofas which were very uncomfortable.

This is not a hotel. It is a time shared building with some of the units rented out. From what we could see most of the units were extremely bare, for instance, all the lights in our unit were a single lightbulb in the centre of each room, no bed lampsno standing lamps in the living area. There was one picture on a wall in the entire place Three frying pans, milf pots to cook in no dish towels no stoppers for the sinks. It’s sort of like going camping in an unoccupied building. no standing lamps in the living area. The office was hard to find, but once we found it, our stay was relaxing and comfortable. Since we had an entire condo for two people, we had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean, but windows and mirrors weren't. Loved the view of the marina. No hot water at sinks, but showers had warm water with low pressure. Quiet neighbors most of the time. Air conditioner worked well. Wish there were lamps by the beds ( just one overhead light in bedrooms).

We were impressed with the friendly and fast check in service. The front desk was accommodating and quick to address our needs. The room was clean and very spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was lots of closet space, a safe and decent furniture. The kitchen is basic but it was all we needed. The best part was the incredible view from the balcony! We could actually see the wales jumping in the harbour! Pros: beautiful view Quiet pools Basic but clean Location- 5 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the bus stop ( Cabo San Lucas or SAN Jose del Cabo) Excellent service Cons: not many options for restaurants close by Grocery store is close but you need to cross a very busy highway Minimal cooking supplies ( only a couple fry pans no pots) This was fine to make breakfast.

Whatever you do do not stay here. No hot water in any of the ten buildings. We were lied to for two days that we had wi-fi then the staff finally admitted it did not exist. No drinking water. Bed bugs in buildings 6 and 8 with serious repercussions. Our “kitchen” had one plate, two forks and a spoon. The “ stove” was a bunson burner only had one speed and the fry pans provided were too big to put on it! No blankets or other amenities. The worse part is when we and three other unrelated guests ( all in different buildings) arrived at the same time to complain the front staff laughed at us and said to find another place,! This property is a sham… owners should be ashamed.

The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant adjacent to it was excellent. The pool area was peaceful. The staff was reasonably friendly, but they spoke very little English. It was a long walk uphill from check-in to my room (ending with two flights of stairs; no elevator). My stay included one free breakfast at the restaurant; there were no other food options (or really anything else) in walking distance. No information in the room advising about hotel policies, check-out times, etc. Cabs were easy to get, but pricey.

The manager and staff were very accommodating and dealt with our issues in a timely manner. However the kitchen utensils could be upgraded, as well as the furniture. The views were spectacular. It is unfortunate we had to go elsewhere to eat. Prices were good location was good.

There was no Internet/ wifi at this hotel. Initially they had us check into a room that had not been cleaned. The beds were not made, there was garbage on the floor. The second room had been cleaned, but was in pretty bad shape. The toilet was running and water was on the floor. The air conditioning was not running well, despite being programmed by the Sunrock staff member. Hotel staff offered to clean our room when we return from being out all day around 4 PM.

The stay was pretty good very decent just feel kind of deceived with the amenities that’ says they offer that weren’t true! Breakfast is not included they give u 20% off from there restaurant! No elevator so u do have to carry all ur stuff up and down the stairs! I do have bites but can’t tell what if they were from the bed but I did notice them when I woke up! It did have some nice views though!

Got there late at night, first unit, all the air conditioners were broken, switched us to another room, with less of a view. No furniture for the balcony. Cleaning staff takes away shower mats every day. Overall liked the place, beautiful private beach 5 min walk, quiet. Far from town and restaurants. more for families that want solitude and want to cook themselves. Appreciated all the appliances in the kitchen, blender and coffee machine. Got 2 English TV channels.
